A személyzet segítőkész és figyelmes. Aki tud akár 4 órán keresztül is válogathat a reggeli svédasztal bőséges kínálatából. A Hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel a belváros de mégse zajos, a szálloda előtti parkban szőkőkút, játszótér és árnyékos padok segítik a kikapcsolódást.

Localização excelente. Próximo à Avenida da Liberdade. Boas instalações. Quartos com ótimo espaço e estrutura. Equipe excelente, muito atenciosa e prestativa. Estive no Hotel Alegria em dois momentos diferentes, em quartos diferentes e os dois me atenderam muito bem. Acredito que já tenho uma ótima base quando voltar a Lisboa.
