8.6"The best hotel!"
The hotel was really nice, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a lovely room which overlooked the pool and the beach, and my room was looked after every day. There's food for everyone, and as a picky Eater, I had many options. The animation team made my holiday. They were always full of energy, and always had a smile on their faces. They made sure to include everyone with activities during the day, and the best part was the evening entertainment.

Service 4/5 Cooking & food was excellent 5/5 I was very disappointed with my stay. Some staff at the beach were behaving in a very inappropriate way, even engaging in sexual acts in front of guests, including children and families. I told them I did not want my kids to see such things, but they ignored me completely. This is unacceptable for a family hotel. Some workers are rude with the visitor on beach and reception 1/5 The pool man and the guardian's on the beach are rude n no politeness 00/5
