Jessica at the hotel was amazing from arriving until leaving. She went above & beyond to make sure we had the best experience even though it was the end of season she put us on all the best trips that was still available & told us all the great places to go. Nothing was never to much for her she would always checking in on us to make sure we was ok & didn’t need anything. She is truly a lovely lady she should be manager as the most helpful & friendly staff member there I would visit again just to see her 😁

The food at Il Gusto is unreal - 4 courses for free included in our stay! The quality of the service was also excellent - all staff members at this hotel are very friendly and seem to have a great relationship with each other! :)
