Nagyon jó helyen, a Sassi di Matera városrész szélén helyezkedik el a szállás. A recepciós hölgy nagyon barátságos, segítőkész volt. A szoba hatalmas, jól felszerelt, az erkélyről az utcai forgatagra van kilátás. A reggeli is megfelelő volt. A szállás korlátozott forgalmi övezetben (ZTL) van, így a parkolás a kb. 400 méterre lévő, Parcheggio Comunale Via Vena parkolóházban lehetséges.
