ロケーションが良い。シェラトンやフォーシーズンズなど高級ホテルチェーンのあるマルケス・デ・ポンバル駅の目の前。空港や近郊のシントラ、オビドスへのアクセスも良好。Baixa-Chiadoへも地下鉄ですぐ。交通量が多いため多少車の音がするが、繁華街ではないのでほぼ静かで問題無し。 施設自体はやや古いがよくメンテナンスされている。朝食のビュッフェは美味しく、スタッフはてきぱきと仕事をこなしていた。
アメニティが最小限しかない。四つ星ホテルでシャンプーとボディーソープが一緒なのは改善してほしい。
