6.7"It was great and I would recommend it to anyone"
The personal help from Gennaro was amazing. I was coming in off a train and trying to coordinate getting to the hotel. He was amazing helping with the taxi and all communication. After that, I arrived rather late and not feeling well. He was helpful to ensure I could get something to eat after I put my bags in the room. And, to top it off, it was one of the best meals I had in Italy!

The staffs were very professional and always willing to help the most difficult task. The event setting was extremely beautiful for all our activities.
The bathrooms and the meals were not as excepted, less option to choose from, and the bathroom facility was broken and a bit unpleasant for use. But everything else was amazing.
