7.9"Close to everything, clean, super nice staff - no complains"
The hotel is in the heart of Stesa - very close to everything - shops, restaurants, the ferry boats, train station, etc. The staff was overall amazing, very nice and helpful on all aspects - special thanks to Kevin on the reception, truly differential to the stay. The room was super clean all the time. I took a family room, and the children beds were separate, which was also a very good thing, so each could sleep in their own single beds without problems. The bathroom was fairly small, though it was as expected/seen on the photos. Overall, super recommend.
