9.2"A Sublime Hotel"
A wonderful hotel that is located right in the heart of Funchal and directly on top of a superb shopping centre. The staff at the hotel are first class and attention to detail is second to none. A special mention to Charles the Reservations Manager who made a dual birthday celebration very memorable. Without a doubt I will return and the whole two weeks was seamless , faultless & and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Many thanks to all and well done.

We arrived early and enjoyed waiting on the roof terrace waiting for the room to be ready The room was exactly what we expected and the only tiny niggle, was a lack of space adjacent to the bed which is an inconvenience when it is time to sleep and you have to put technology etc on the main table to charge Breakfast had a great range and always teat ourselves with a glass of fizz The roof terrace has great view and service at the bar is very attentive
