8.8We had a fantastic stay at TRS Ibiza signature level. The staff were great, especially our butlers Paula and Jennifer. The food was amazing. The hotel grounds and the pools were superb. The only negative is that there's nowhere to get a snack after 10:30pm. There is 24 hour room service but this is at a cost.
The property itself was amazing. I enjoyed my stay however a few things that could be improved are the timing of the restaurants and bars, there are many time periods throughout the day where there are no food options, the bars also close at midnight which doesn’t accommodate those who want to go out later in the night. The staff also never answered the concierge phone making it very difficult to get things in a reasonable time. Minor things but could’ve made the stay much better!
