9.2"Amazing facility with great staff"
Overall, the staff were just amazing into great care of their guests. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I know that parking is always an issue in Key West, so that played into some of our troubles, but not much. The staff really tried to accommodate getting you somewhere where you could keep your vehicle.
We were moved into a different room from our original reservation due to a issue with our prior room. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than we were supposed to get, but we may do.
