8.4"Un paradiso siciliano!"
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza al VOI Arenella Resort e siamo stati davvero bene. La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde, e il mare è cristallino. Si mangia molto bene, con tanta scelta e piatti di qualità. Abbiamo condiviso alcune piccolezze che potrebbero essere migliorate, accolte con grande disponibilità dal management, che siamo certi sia già al lavoro per intervenire. Grazie a tutto lo staff per la splendida vacanza!
Non ci e' piaciuto che il servizio navetta per la spiaggia fosse interrotto dall 1 alle 3 del pomeriggio. Un servizio continuo sarebbe stato ottimo.

Il villaggio è ben organizzato, con ampi spazi grazie ai quali non si avverte mai una sensazione di affollamento, nonostante il resort fosse pieno. I servizi sono ottimi: navetta per il mare molto comoda, animazione coinvolgente e staff gentile e super disponibile, servizio ristorante veloce e di qualità. Il mare è favoloso!
Suggerirei una copertura nella zona ristorante per riparare dal sole le persone in fila alle cucine esterne. Inoltre suggerirei di rinnovare le camere.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to the sport facilities, entertainment activities, beach service with parasols and sun loungers (upon availability). The Club card is mandatory from 30/05 to 27/09 included, at a cost of € 7,00 per person, per day for adults and children above 3 years old. In other periods soft entertainment. This fee is not payable for children under 3 years. Payment of total booking is required on arrival. Please note that access to the wellness and fitness centers is available on request and at an additional cost. The poolside pizzeria requires reservation. When booking a half board or full board option, drinks are included at the main buffet restaurant. Children aged 12 and under are not allowed in the wellness center.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
