"Best spot in Isla"

We had the best time at the Ixchel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved Julieta in the restaurant. So sweet to us. The hotel staff does an incredible job at keeping the entire property pristine. We really appreciated the large water coolers in each room. We were able to fill our water bottles easily. The hotel is seriously in the best location on the best beach and walkable to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

"Another great vacation at Ixchel Beach Club"

We’ve been coming here since 2014 to escape the cold Michigan winters and are never disappointed. Well appointed rooms and an unparalleled location just steps from the ocean. Special shoutout to Edgar who quickly sorted out our room request on our first day; Hugo, for the accommodating and excellent service at Kalak; and Mauricio, property manager extraordinaire who makes it all look easy. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
