Our room 407 looked like it had been renovated with was very spacious and we had a spectacular view.

Please note that air conditioning is only available in summer, from 15 June. It can be used from 06:00 to 10:00, and from 15:00 to 03:00. When booking an apartment, please note that daily cleaning is not included. Please note that the bar is open on our other terrace on the second floor. As for parking, since we are located in the historic city center, there are two options available. The first is a partnered parking service, where the host will come directly to collect your car. The cost is EUR 25.00 per night, but the service closes at 8:00 PM. The second option is the municipal paid parking lot at Porta Catania, which is only 500 meters from our property. Please note that this street is a dead-end, so you will need to reverse your car to exit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
