9.6"Deserves its 4 stars - a lovely place to stay"
Really impressed with the warm welcome we received from reception staff, the comfort and facilities / equipment of the room, the range and quality of breakfast, floor 8 facilities. Staff were very helpful during our stay, including listening to my attempts at speaking in Italian.
Nothing significant. The wand in the shower is worn and could do with some maintenance / replacement (room 407)

Staff excellent, reception very knowledgeable and helpful, room cleaner amazing, staff at breakfast very efficient only asked your coffee order once and remembered it, and the bar does a really good Aperol.
We can't fault it.
