8.8Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Unlike neighboring hotels like Kenzo (hated my experience there) Barcelo staff is professional and courteous. They make you feel welcomed unlike the Kenzo hotel. They have dining options. Rooms have balconies for views of the beach. The pool is nice and quiet. It's expensive overall but it's worth it.
Read more ↓This is a busy hotel with many tourists, some of whom can be quite demanding of the staff. I found a few reception staff to be a little impatient, though it’s understandable given the pace and volume of guests. The location is excellent—close to everything and especially nice being near the ocean. Breakfast was adequate and provided a reasonable start to the day. The biggest downside was the noise when the nightclubs finished around 4 am, which was very disruptive for at least an hour.
