The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The other restaurants on the premises were all great and the team in Bahia (Caesar) were so friendly. It's all been refurbished to a high spec and the gym was great too. Reasonably priced food and drink. Easy to get to and from other popular destinations. The place was spotless. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy.
The sunloungers aren't the most comfy as they slide off quite a lot. Also they stop serving drinks at the pool at random times - one day it was 'last orders' at 4.30pm, the next day 6pm and the following day 5pm!

Food in all the restaurants was very good but the stand our memorable element has to be the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. This is the 4th visit to this hotel a d they manage to maintain high standards.
Although we vacated our rooms by 9am most days asking for the rooms to be serviced, on more than one occasion rooms hadn't been serviced at 4.30 in the afternoon when we returned for shower.
