8.4we did not receive any VIP access. I didn't realize this was something we had to request!! I believe we should have received a daily food credit which was not offered! we ate at the restaurants / ice cream shop daily and received no credit or discount. We were changed for a meal on 9/18/25 when we didn't even check in until 9/21, still waiting for that credit.
Read more ↓I had my wedding at the Crane, my coordinator Tamisha was amazing and very helpful. There is a lot of walk base on where your room is locates. Some area were infected with rochs, my nieces were placed ina room above the garbage area which caused they room to be infected. The situation was not handle very well with the staff nor management team.
