9.0You walk in the door to a gorgeous scene.Then, you are greeted and taken care of immediately. We felt welcomed, like VIP'S! Fabulous staff and accommodations! We will be back. Marco (front desk) and a lady (can't remember her name, sorry!) were Amazing! Also, there was a park nearby that was fabulous for our dog! The housekeepers were the sweetest ladies I've ever met in my life! And, our room was prestine! We will be back! bar/pool was Awesome sauce! We, thoroughly, Enjoyed this Hotel

I would like to say that an amazing experience at Hotel Greystone. The hotel offered a safe and clean space. The location was within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. There is construction across the street, but the noise was not unbearable. I will definitely be going back to Hotel Greystone when returning to Miami.
