Our room was upgraded on arrival which was very special. We had a large, clean room with a balcony looking out to Hagia Sophia. The room was air-conditioned and there was an elevator provided for our baggage. Location was very central to other touristy attractions as well and nearby were many restaurants. A Turkish breakfast was included and was lovely. Staff were exceptional in their assistance.
Our only complaint was that we were provided a balcony but couldn't use it as there was a problem with the door that needed fixing.

Location excellent. Staff friendly & helpful especially Omer who was exceptional. Reception staff also very helpful. Room was large & beds were comfortable however room needed a few maintenance tweaks. To make kettle & coffee maker work you had to hold the plug in. Breakfast was very good & lovely to have it outside in a private courtyard.
Just attention to details in room like wardrobe door not shutting properly, lighting was also poor in bedroom.
