Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. || Waterpark access will depend on the number of nights booked. For example, a 1-night stay entitles the guest to one access either after check-in or before check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
