9.8"Great service"
Great service from the hotel Staff. From the front reception (except the larger girl that always looked a little upset and bit rude) the staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. They made our stay memorable. Big shout out to the sweetest guy- Bau- who treated us like family. Great job!
"Fun experience"
Food’s not bad and the beach a little crowded but we had a fun time and the kids loved it. The complex is sprawling. Took like 10 mins to walk in. So if you leave something in your car, don’t bother going back to get it unless you really need it. Service was excellent. Look for P’Baw, he’s super friendly and was very attentive to the family’s many requests - patient and went out of his way to please us. Thank you!
