The hacienda is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff is really kind and professional, and on top of this, the food is amazing.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 2 years old to 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for US$50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The property's facilities are only for the use of guests staying at the property. Breakfast is available for an extra charge for children and extra guests. Please note that construction works are ongoing and will continue through April 2027 for Towers A and B, and through April 2028 for the final tower.
