8.8"A relaxing and enjoyable reprieve from our hectic retirement"
All employees must go through some super customer service program. Everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect. Each employee knew their job and did it with perfection and a smile. The hotel was up-to-date and very clean. The morning breakfast was super.
Unfortunately, we were there at the time that also the sargassum had arrived so ocean swimming was not our thing. However, many people were in the ocean. The hotel is on the calm side of Cancun so you can walk out quite a way. The ocean breeze was pleasant as we lay under the palapas.

Struttura molto pulita ed organizzata, fronte al mare . Spiaggia , piscina , bar eccellenti per servizi e prodotti .Colazione abbondante , scelta maggiore , qualità molto buona .
