9.2"Fantastic Hotel"
What a great place to stay! One of the best all round Hotels that we have recently enjoyed. From the minute we arrived all the team ensured that we were well looked after and really wanted our stay to be special. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent as was the service. Every morning we were met by Ravi at breakfast who made a connection with all the family and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. Not many Hotels are able to be on top of everything but they certainly were from our families perspective.

Everything about our stay was perfect The staff were all professional helpful and friendly. It is hard to remember names but Ravi, Mai and Rodney were a few. However everyone, deserves recognition. We love staying at Intercontinental Hotels and The Robertson Quay was superb.
