9.2A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.
Read more ↓The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time
