What a amazing hotel from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave staff are fantastic Mr Ahmed is absolute credit to your hotel. Your rooms are beautiful food is fantastic. Jamie entertainment manager and his crew amazing shows they do all staff are so friendly. Best hotel we have stayed at and will definitely be back

The fact that there is only one physical key to the room is a bit of a challenge since only one member can hold them. The mattress in one of my rooms, was broken...
