The people are incredible! The service is fantastic! Tiago is awesome as he was so good with our boys. Great people work at this hotel. That's the biggest part of our wonderful experience.

Staff are amazing and the location worked very well. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Three restaurants offered every imaginable food desire
Just the elevators. Hard to figure out and once you did, it was hard to get a car. At times, waits were very long.
