7.4Initially, the driver was unable to find the property and had to call to get directions. Once I arrived, the receptionist was on lunch, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat. Once the receptionist arrived at 2 pm, I was told the room was not ready and I had to wait another hour.
Be careful with reserving this property through Expedia. Upon arriving, I was told that Expedia did not forward the reservation to the property manager, and that there was no vacancy. It was quite nerve wracking, but the gentlemen at the front desk helped me find a place to stay.
