It’s perfect for kids and families, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the entire staff. Special thanks to Aya at the reception for her professionalism and outstanding hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. I also appreciate how generous the hotel is with room upgrades whenever available, a thoughtful gesture that makes guests feel valued.
