9.8This hotel was very conveniently located to major sites. Our room was very spacious overlooking the water and jetties. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a postcard to send out.

"Leuk hotel op goede locatie"
De ligging is top, je wandelt zo Armenian street in. De kamers zijn heel ruim, vooral de badkamer is heerlijk groot. Supergoede douche en zachte handdoeken. Zwembad klein maar prima. Vriendelijk personeel, vooral de attente en vriendelijke bewakers aan de parking.
Het ontbijt is echt heel pover en niet erg lekker. Ook slechte koffie. Je kan beter ontbijten in de stad. Jammer dat er maar één lift is voor het ganse hotel.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Penang State Goverment requires hotel to collect a Hotel Fee of RM2 per room per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
