This hotel was located very near San Marco Square and was easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, giving directions, etc. Breakfast was delightful and was a combination of buffet where we selected our choices and the staff filled our plates and served at our table. Coffee was delicious. The people were so friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very close to the Grand Canal.
I can't think of anything that we did not like at this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

amazing location, super friendly and helpful staff! 10/10 the lady that was checking us in was extremely nice, gave us a lot of recommendations and tips!
