9.6Pondok Naya Ubud is a nice and peaceful property. Although it’s a little away from the main street, the shuttle service to the parking area is very helpful, and Ubud Market is only about 5 minutes away by Grab or Gojek. The stay was comfortable overall, but I felt the staff could be a bit more welcoming. They did accommodate requests, but sometimes seemed reluctant, which was different from my experience at other places in Bali. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
