9.2"Fabulous staff in a great hotel."
Beautiful hotel, nicely furnished and optimal use of space; sliding doors around bathroom are genius. But as always the people make it; I had an unfortunate fall and the care the people showed was amazing. All turned out well luckily but it is great to know the staff here really does show up when needed.
