מלון מושלם בלב הרקליון! התארחנו ב-DOM Boutique Hotel והייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת מהרגע הראשון ועד העזיבה. המיקום מושלם – במרחק הליכה מהחנויות, המסעדות והאטרקציות המרכזיות בעיר. החדרים יפים, נקיים, מודרניים ומאוד נוחים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, טרייה ומגוונת, עם מבחר מצוין. אבל מעל הכול – השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים, חייכנים ותמיד שמחו לעזור בכל בקשה. תודה רבה על אירוח מושלם ועל תחושה של בית. אין ספק שנחזור שוב בביקור הבא שלנו בכרתים, וממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מלון איכותי בהרקליון!

Excellent location (at the heart of the city). Not noizy. Breakfast was rich and wifi was fast and reliable. They also have a parking opposite the hotel which cost 15 euros per day and its 24/7 open. Staff is friendly and welcome.
