We had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the food is completely amazing. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Every team member went completely above and beyond to make our stay special. Their service was excellent from start to finish. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Special mention to Muhammed Hamdallah and Maria Mikael. They went out of their way to make our stay special . Thank you

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hospitality of the entire team was exceptional—everyone was kind, warm, and always happy to help. We celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it a truly special occasion with thoughtful arrangements. The staff at the pool were especially attentive, caring, and friendly, making us feel completely relaxed. We also loved the opportunity to taste traditional Egyptian sweets (Maamoul), which was a lovely cultural touch. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
