Really top notch restaurants in the Playa Bastian area, one is attached to hotel, and a few nice bars. Best area in Costa Teguise! Try these restaurants: Sausalito's 10/10, right out of hotel and walk along till you get to Playa Bastian complex. It's on the edge of that, Los Amigos, which is further into the Playa Bastian complex, La Gaviota, left out of Hotel, short walk, La Aulaga, along seafront then set back off path. One of the best is: Montemarte 11/10! on the Los Molinos complex across from hotel. It's a French restaurant and it's divine. Lots more to go at!

To say we had a great holiday would be and understatement.when we arrived we were greateted by this unbelievable smell from the hotel it was beautiful.we were checked in our bags were brought to the room. The room it self was very clean we had an amazing view of the pool and sea from our balcony..the food was amazing you were spoilt for choice.all the staff from reception to cleaning to pool boy were so helpful and friendly.shops and supermarkets pub restaurants were all in walking distance from the hotel.so all in all I would highly recommend this hotel 100% and I would return in the future PERFECT AMAZING well worth the money

Staff were incredible, the pools were amazing and it was so good to be able to go down to your choice of 4 pools during the day and not have to worry about getting a sunbed.

I stayed for 4 nights at the end of a longer stay on the island. I loved the quiet and calm atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms and pool areas are really well maintained and high quality. Unlike many resorts I’ve stayed at there were no issues with sun-beds, plenty around and spacious pool area. The towels are generous with no need to give up a token or deposit. The food especially breakfast was really good and constantly replenished.

The location just outside the main centre was ideal for us. Our room was well appointed, with a large sofa which was a good option to just having the bed to sit on. The balcony was large and sheltered and great to sit out on and had a great view of the pools and the ocean beyond. The breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty and well stocked. The evening entertainment was very good and the pool exercises were fun

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff. The main pool and rooftop infinity pool areas were spotless and there was always plenty of sunbeds. The food available around the pool was excellent and very fairly priced. Our bedroom was really comfortable and had everything we wanted. Special mention to Bianca on reception who always went that extra mile, Fernando in the pool bar who was amazing and Silvana who gave me an excellent massage in the wellness centre.

Went for a bit of winter sun. Had a great stay. Hotel was lovely. Loved lounging by the pool as the UK had a cold snap. Pool bars sometimes struggled to keep up when it was busy but we were so chilled it was rarely an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good. The spa was pricey so didn’t experience that. Daily activities were a bit of fun but wouldn’t say they made the stay. Location was good in that we could walk down to the coast and the local shops, etc but I’d advise hiring a car if you’re looking for more than just lounging by the pool. Taxis could be a bit hit and miss. You can only pre book if it’s to the airport. Any other trip is just on demand so at busy times you might be in for a wait.

After a warm welcome, we really felt at home right away. We liked the efforts made to preserve nature and the environmental approach of the hotel. Spacious bedroom with large and very comfortable beds. Two heated swimming pools very well equipped. The entire hotel team is very kind and friendly, everything is done with a smile and a personal approach. The food at the restaurant and the pool is tasty and prepared on site with local products. Special thanks go to Aurelio, Almudena, Goyo and Diego from the restaurant, Aron and Fran at the pool. Simona, the professional and energetic manager of the wellness center and the magic hands of Tzaïra who massaged all our tensions away. We will return for sure next year.

The friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff. The roof top bar and pool were a real treat. There were always plenty of beds round about the main pool and the cleanliness of the pool area was excellent.n

Both pool areas were great and especially liked the infinity pool on the top floor with stunning views. Really nice breakfast with lots of options, loved that it was until 11.30 so still had time to grab a coffee and a snack after morning gym. Free filtered water served around the resort was a nice bonus. Overall good food on lunch and dinner too. The room was spacious and we had side sea views and a good view of the pool. We did not enjoy our first room at all but the kind lady from the reception changed us to a different side of the hotel for a reasonable cleaning fee.

Nice hotel, great staff, food a bit average but huge selection. Nice location. Had a swim up room, very nice. Evening entertainment was ok Queen tribute band excellent though. Too many trees, extra to use the room safe but on the whole good hotel. Might well return.

This isn’t our first stay here and it won’t be our last. The hotel is well kept, clean and lovely through out. The staff are friendly and kind, yet professional. The hotel is situated right on the beach and is a short walk from some great restaurants and shops. We have recently stayed in a swim up room and the room was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Only thing to say against the hotel is that the sunbeds are very uncomfortable, I think for a five star they should offer a mattress for them.

the food and the spacious rooms were perfect. the infinity pool access as we bought the gold level package gave us access to a private area where we could spend quality time with our 6 month old baby on our first holiday with h.

We really love this hotel, having stayed twice in the gold level area with a swim up room. The pools are wonderful, having your own swim up pool is lovely. The buffets are really great with plenty of options even for someone with allergies and the onsite restaurant for lunch was also really great, with plenty of very tasty options. We love the location, just step out of the back gate and you're central to all the restaurants, shops, cafes and bars that you need. This is certainly our hotel of choice in Tenerife.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay in a Gold Swim up Room and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were brilliant - especially with our children - the food was delicious, the room was perfect and the location of the hotel was wonderful - feeling secluded while it was a stones throw from the beach with good access to the local town. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in Tenerife!

We have just returned home from 10 lovely nights here. This really is a beautiful hotel which is very calm and relaxing. Whilst there are families there they are families that have chosen a quite calming hotel. We only had B&B but the breakfast was fabulous and the staff lovely. The pools are a lovely temperature and there is always sun loungers at any time of day. My only thing I would suggest is that the smaller pool and spa pool are for adults only. The large pool and children’s pool is ample for families. The spa is worth a visit we enjoyed a very relaxing 2 hours in there. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. Yes the bathroom is a bit odd but as a married couple it didn’t bother us. If you like to sit on your balcony this may not be the best place for you the balconies are very enclosed and when sat down you can’t see out unless in a glass fronted suit. The bed was firm but comfortable but I would say for 5* the pillows could do with replacing. The rooms are so quiet which was fabulous for someone who is very sensitive to nighttime noise. This really is a fab hotel and we wouldn’t think twice about returning if the price was right.

The variety of food was great. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed villa with a private pool. It was beautiful and cleaned daily. There was toys left in the villa for the kids. Very family friendly, was nearly all families with children while we were there. We went all inclusive which brilliant.

We had a swim up room which meant we had privacy while enjoying the pool, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Mini fridge in the room stocked with snacks, soft drinks and beer. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and very efficient, we never had to wait for a table at meal times and when we sat down at the bar we was always served straight away, amazing customer service.

Everything was 10/10. We arrived there and didn’t leave the hotel until we were going home. There were plenty of sun beds each morning and even if you went out late you had no worry getting them. There were 3 pools to chose from, we spent most of our time by the infinity pool as it was quieter than the others. There was a super friendly young bar man beside this pool from Argentina so shout out to him. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for families also. The app the hotel used was brilliant - lots of activities each day; we did some water activities (aqua aerobics and water bike, both done by Noellia she was great). The food was great, so much selection each day (in the buffet) - we went for the all inclusive option and there was very little that wasn’t included (nothing we asked for wasn’t included). We did try the Italian one evening but it wasn’t anything special, I would stick with the buffet but nice for a change. There was live music every evening up in the bar area and we were served my the fantastic Khalid each evening. The staffs customer service was amazing, all so friendly and helpful. On our last day our flight wasn’t until later in the evening and we were able to use a room for a curtesy shower and to change to get ready to head home. All of the cleaners had our rooms spotless each day and any encounters we had with staff they were always so nice.

We chose the Atlantic Sunset resort to celebrate an anniversary. We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

Great staff and we really loved the pool areas. It was easy to go to the bar to grab a drink and snack and the infinity pool is just amazing! (Would be nice if there was a bar or something closer though). The rooms were really clean and big and just as I pictured them. And this is definitely a nice hotel to bring your kids to, as the area for them was perfect. And the plus was that, that the other pools were well isolated from the kids area so you weren't bothered at all! Me and my mom really enjoyed this stay and I think we would be back! With or without kids :D

Very big hotel with 4 pools to enjoy (2 more if you are a Unique and Spa Guest). Food variety at dinner buffet was great but signage next to dishes needs to be more prominent for guests. Spa circuit was really good and all spa therapists were very experienced. (Miriam, Luna and Renata) Not much entertainment for teens. Unique upgrade worth the a la carte breakfast, lounge access and private pool. Grounds/gardens are kept immaculate by Gardening and maintenance teams.

Would recommend swim-out room which made this experience as good as possible for us. The other rooms are ok (yes, had both due to too many kids) but not at the same level. Nice, friendly staff both in the reception and restaurants ++. Infinity pool is huge and beautiful, gardens are exceptional. Bananas can be picked and eaten - tried it. Yum! Downsides: not many, but I’d say the aircondition could be more effective, hard to get down to 22 degrees celcius or humidity under 85% made towels in the bathroom be still soaking wet 12 hours after use. No specialty coffee to be found in such a prestigious hotel is also below expectations in my opinion. Price to buy breakfast is 90 Euro for 2 adults and 2 kids. Way to pricy even though the buffet was rich, it wasn’t particularly better than most hotels 4 stars and above. Could order breakfast in the room for much cheaper price. Makes little sense. Prices at a la carte restaurant (Toscana) were ok, and food good, though desserts were tasteless though visually nice! A special thanks to Juan Miguel in the reception 👌🏻

It’s a lovely hotel, really pretty at the day and night. Fantastic gardens and swimming pools, plenty of room for the thousands of guests. They have a rule that you can’t reserve beds which is really good so you don’t get a stupid rush of people chucking towels on the beds before breakfast. However, breakfast is a chaotic bunfight, too many people for the Buffet counters available, don’t get me wrong there is loads of choice for food and never a shortage of what you want but it’s like rats in a cage, fighting for space, not only trying to get to the food but just walking around in the food vicinity. This gives you a clear idea of how many people are at the hotel. I’d suggest getting to breakfast a little earlier that 9am when it gets very busy, the earlier the better. If you like lounging around by the pool and having an occasional dip in the pool to cool off then this will satisfy you well, pools are a pleasant temperature even in October, everywhere is immaculate and clear, however you may need to adjust to the moody and slow staff at the various bars and restaurants. I’ve been here a week and my biggest bugbear is the staff’s attitude and speed of service particularly at the pool bars. Not everyone but a high enough percentage for it to be irritating me considerably and now writing this review. I just hope the staff read this and take notice because the hotel would shine if they just smiled and valued the customers.

We recently stayed at the Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa in Gran Canaria and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel is absolutely stunning and set in an amazing location right near the beach and promenade, everything you need is within walking distance. We booked a 'Unique' room and were really impressed. It was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The extra touches that come with the 'Unique' experience were definitely worth it! One of the absolute highlights for us was the pool area. There are so many pools to choose from, including a fantastic lazy river, which was so relaxing. The sunbeds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time just lounging by the water. A huge shoutout goes to Zoilo at the pool bar, he was incredible! He remembered our drink orders every day and always greeted us with a smile. His service really stood out and made our days by the pool even better. The evening entertainment was also great, varied, high quality, and very enjoyable after a day of relaxing in the sun. We completely fell in love with this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Gran Canaria.

We had an amazing week at the Riu Gran Canaria. We had a wonderful room with a swim up pool. The staff were very courteous and the cleaners and gardeners were constantly working to keep everywhere spotless. The food was excellent and plenty of variety. We were lucky that the weather was perfect too. Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

We originally booked this trip as a family vacation but with some last-minute changes, we were able to go away, just me and my husband. We made this decision about 2 weeks before our trip and every time we called the head office of RIU they gave us an incredibly hard time when trying to change the booking (I had paid for last-minute cancellation so it shouldn't have been a problem). They refused to guarantee us that the change could be made meaning we would be paying for our daughter even though she wasn't coming. We were very annoyed but, decided to deal with it when we arrived at the hotel. I am SO SO pleased to say that the hotel staff immediately made the change without any difficulty or questioning or anything. They were so accommodating and made us very happy right away without any hassle. Right away the trip started great, we were very thankful for this save in money. Otherwise, the hotel is exactly as advertised. It is a 4-star so the food was good but not great. The specialty restaurants only offered a few changes in the menu except for their Asian restaurant which was completely different food than the normal buffet and a pleasant suprise. The rooms were clean, bathrooms updated but, beds were not super comfortable but it didn't disrupt us much. The pools were all fantastic, the entertainment was great, super family-oriented, and workouts by the pool and in the pool were fun. Overall a great hotel for the price, I would definitely go back!

All in all i would give a 4.5 - great location we visited at the begining of july there, definetly have everything in the hotel area, so you dont really need to go out for anything besides local attractions. perfect for a relaxing week with unlimited alcohol. The staff are very friendly, food is ok just getting tired of it after a while being almost the same. very quite even with families in it, you get the adult pool section where you can keep you distance in case it bothers you which was perfect with the view. I do think the room could use a renovation - the pillows felt old and done, and the mattress on the one side had kind of a big dent sinking in. Room service was perfect, we went for breakfast ususally around 8:30-9:00 and by the time we came back the room was already made up also very quite we couldnt hear outside noises when sleeping so we loved it. The hotel brings medical team for 1 hour a day usually 13:00-14:00 for pcr/antigen tests (antigen 35euro) so you dont need to go anywhere. felt very safe with covid since they always sanitized everything and cleaned it all after each use. Sun beds by the pool gets taken early by putting a towel on them, take in mind in case you want to sit close to the water, not ideal but it is what it is just put your towel there on your way to breakfast.

We loved this hotel, we upgraded to pool room over looking Mediterranean hotel. I did water aerobics in our pool to theirs aqua areobics each day! We also had sea view. The maids came every day, work very hard, staff at breakfast are kind, friendly and also work hard. The reception team are warm, helpful, there was nothing not be pleased to help with. The concierge, charming- you are treated lovingly by all staff so hats off to you all! The building is 30 years old, still is outstandingly beautiful in architecture, romantic in nature but just needs a little tlc as all 30 year old buildings do. I hear it is due to a renovation soon, I cant wait to come back and see! It’s right on beach and smack bang in golden mile, ideal location being surrounded by bars and restaurants. The pool little cold and small but we went over to the Mediterranean- although it’s 27€ per room unless you wait till after 6 for cards to work. We enjoyed the ‘History’ show that’s underneath hotel in huge auditorium. You can get discount if stay at cleopatra. Breakfast was great selection but after 10 days was too repetitive, but the beautiful pianist, whose talent is incredible, is worth to attend just to hear her play 💛 The beds are big roomy and comfy, high ceilings, dark and quiet rooms, the terrace was a dream with pool, comfy sun loungers, parasol, outside shower, we hardly left it. Bathroom lovely with nice toiletries, hot water a good pressure on shower. I recommend here and can’t wait to return!.

Location is excellent. Hotel is so clean and well maintained. Pool area is quiet and relaxing and spotlessly clean. Pool itself is a lovely size. Breakfast was excellent with lovely outside seating by the pool. Beach front hotel was main attraction for us such easy access to the beach.

Ideal location right next to the beach. Room was good with balcony view to the pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty of variety. Porridge was the best I've ever tasted. Pool was adequate size with plenty of beds around the pool area. Cleaning staff were lovely and cleaned the room everyday and supplied clean towels everyday.

The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So much choice. The pool area was lovely. No one was getting up at 7am hogging sun loungers. The pool area was kept clean. You can get food and drinks served directly to your sun lounger. The staff however were by far the best part. Everyone of them so kind and helpful. No request was too much. We loved our stay ❤️

The hotel has a very interesting architecture, the cocktails we ordered at the main lounge were all very good, as well as the ones served by the pool. Dinner at Txoko was good, while nothing special. We liked both our rooms (one with a sea view) and another one @The Retreat. Both had a nice decor, super comfy beds, and a lot of space. Beware though, that at The Retreat, the lane of villas we were allocated to (the first lane, with Rooms starting 100...109) was facing a pool where there were families with babies and toddlers, which was ok for us because we don't mind children playing at the pool, and these ones were quite well behaved :). We love children and we are not bothered but if all quiet and peace is what you're after, you should keep this in mind and ask the Reception to book you in the next two rows of villas downwards, which were adult-only.

Cool design to the hotel with beautiful landscaping, patios and pools. Spacious room, large balcony with sea view. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Lots of storage space. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Swimming pools were uncrowded and heated to just the right temperature.

We had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Our room was immaculate - clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. We really enjoyed the hotel's fantastic amenities. The pools were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing, the gym had everything we needed for a good workout, and the restaurants offered a delicious variety of meals. One of the highlights for us was the beach - just a short walk from the hotel, it was the perfect place to unwind. What truly stood out was the outstanding service; every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of options, and we appreciated the calm, comfortable atmosphere that allowed us to fully relax. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama for making our stay so enjoyable. We're already looking forward to coming back!

the resort is huge and the rooms are really nice and practical, there is a lot to do on site (beach, pool, restaurants, gym, spa, yoga…) but all the credit must go to the staff, they are extremely attentionate and always ready to help with a smile thank you to everyone, we’re already looking for a time to come back :)

Beautiful hotel with the most stunning grounds I’ve ever seen and quite enchanting at night. Pool areas are lovely, our favourite being the lazy river area which is huge and the water a good temperature so think it’s heated. The big swim up pool was particularly cold in November, there were few beds taken and only me brave enough to swim in it albeit briefly. The pool specially for Unique clients has sunbeds that have mattresses. Rooms are good size but dark apart from bathroom area. Light switches completely illogical and if you want to use the toilet in night you choose to wake others in room up or use your phone torch as there’s no seperate light in loo! Towels in room are thin and small and need upgrading and there’s no tea/coffee making facility but there is a fridge you can empty and put your own stuff in. Breakfast is excellent choice. Biggest gripe here is people refill their own water bottles direct from water tap which is disgusting and unhygienic. They need a notice on it to say use a glass to fill your bottle. Entertainment is poor and there is no atmosphere at night but plenty bars and restaurants nearby

We loved the Lopesan Baobab. It is beautifully designed and everything is designed for comfort and ease. The room was very comfortable and spacioys with lots of little extra conveniences (extra pool towels, beach/pool bag, robes etc). There isxa handy app to order extras as well and it worked really well. The pools are amazing. We mainly used the lazy river pool which allows for great swims but we enjoyed all of them and each has a different vibe. The hotel is huge but is zoned well so feels almost like a little village. Great gardens and walks throughout mean things are always easy to find and get to. We stayed B&B and the breakfast buffet is great. Lots of options. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafès to try nearby. Highly recommend and want to return!!

Just returned from a nice 5 night break at Lopesan Baobab. We booked the unique package as had our 13 year old travelling with us and needed a junior suite with separate bedroom. In my view pros and cons as follow… Complimentary airport transfer very efficient and friendly in MB people carrier. Exclusive check in not needed as very quiet on arrival. Check in by Carlos W was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Room was reasonable size with plenty wardrobe space. Beds hard as a rock though. Visited 3 restaurants …. Pili pili for unique breakfast was just ok and not as much choice as buffets. Ankara was lovely for evening meal, first class food and service. Baobab buffet again fine lots of choice but bit of a bun fight (half term). Unique lounge in 6th floor was poor. No view, uncomfortable seating. If you want free snacks and drinks then fine. Pool areas, ok so we found this an issue… lots and lots of foliage and trees and no large areas of sunbeds. All sunbeds were sat very near to pool edges making manoeuvrability an issue. I would expect Unique package guests to have their own exclusive area but this seems to be shared with everyone else, just certain areas of a pool that are cordoned off for unique guests. Henry Stanley pool bar is scruffy and understaffed. Food looked very poor. Richard burton bar very nice airy and spacious. Overall would be stay here again , no, we would most probably return to the Villa del Conde or try the Lopesan Faro.

What I really appreciated was the overall comfort of our stay. The rooms were spacious, well arranged, and very comfortable: we all slept wonderfully, which made a big difference during our vacation. I also enjoyed the pool area: there were plenty of options to choose from, and the fact that several pools were heated made swimming enjoyable at any time of the day. The atmosphere around the pools was lively but still relaxing. Another highlight was the entertainment. The animations were engaging, fun, and created a cheerful holiday spirit for both adults and children. It added a lot of value to our stay and gave us moments to share together as a family.

Wonderful family resort - but if you want an adult friendly place, this is not the place for you. We had a magnificent swim-out room in the 18+ section, but unfortunately the kids club was right out front and the basketball court right outside our door.

There was a foul smell the whole time in our room (8011).. Entertainment was Excellent, too have a performance like that onsite was incredible.. the Swim up breakfast was great...

Review from the point of view of a couple without kids: We stayed in the adults only swim up suite, overlooking the sea. The room and pool were stunning and the seaview location was very quiet, which some may like. If you prefer pool noise, request to have a swim up suite that's overlooking the pool. There is an adults only infinity pool which overlooks the sea. There is a security guard manning the area some of the time, however for a part of the day, nobody keeps watch and many adults choose to bring their children into the pool. This was disappointing as although we realise it's a child friendly hotel, we chose to stay here under the assumption that we could relax in an adult only area. The remainder of the hotel is child friendly so we hoped that this small area would be our peaceful zone. This was the biggest flaw in our opinion. Other than this, it's a great hotel with lots on offer. If you are a family with children, it's a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during August along with three other families. The hotel is huge and beautiful and staff are very friendly. There is something for everyone, whether you fancy the adult pools, children's pool area, kids games room, spa or the infinity area. We stayed in the junior suite and we had the most beautiful sea view where you could walk along accessing the gate with your wrist band. These gates get locked at 8pm but you can still get back by walking around to the front. Lovely scenery! Our room was lovely and spacious and very clean. It is quite windy but still very warm. I needed a cardigan the first two nights but after that it warmed up. The buffet was ok, as expected. It can get repetitive, so it was great to break it up with the three restaurants that are included within the all inclusive package. These were booked prior to arriving through their app. Asian, Italian and the steak house. They were all great but my favourite was the Asian restaurant. It was spot on! You are also entitled to two shows which were great! Again, you will need to book through their app. For those that don't fancy the buffet during lunch, there is a fast food option by the pool area where you can order burgers, chicken wings, chips and plenty of salads and fruit. Imagine ordering at McDonald's, same way using your room number. I also recommend you check in online prior to arrival as this will save you time.

The facilities, the staff and the service were exceptional. I booked all-inclusive, preferred club so had access to more areas exclusive to preferred club. I was upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Swim Up Suite and I thought that was amazing.

the hotel was amazing, the staff were super helpful. deffo worth going to the preferred club option with the private pool and restaurant access. taxi from airport was 25 euro each way and less than 20mins

This was our second visit, a lot of the same staff (lovely people), very comfortable accommodation (Junior Suite). We chose preferred club, the pool area is lovely and less windy than the main pool. Really friendly guests, nice food at the pool bar and once again, great service. Special mention deserved for Ruben, the waiter in Portofino, who could easily work in a 5 star london hotel :-) Also Macarena, excellent customer service, thank you.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms were fabulous with great views over the sea. The staff were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of cava for our room. The pool area is gorgeous and there were plenty of beds to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, they even had bubbles! Staff were so helpful, particularly the reception staff, porter and the guys on the towel booth at the pool. The location is amazing and has a gorgeous walk to the marina along the sea - only 10 minutes. It's a lovely quiet area just a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The gym is excellent and much better than most hotel gyms. We hope to come back again soon!

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

Fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room and went half board - the credit we were given was almost half of what we paid for the room! We used ours mostly on drinks and lunch as to eat out for dinner was cheap and seemed a waste to eat dinner in hotel No sunbed wars, beds still free at 1/2pm round both pools. Drinks/snacks cheap from the bars, but the cocktails were abit hit and miss. Breakfast was reasonable, mix of bacon, eggs, some pastries/toast, fruit etc - enough to see you through til lunchtime. Location is in the middle from Marina and the town & walkable to both. Would definitely return!

Pool layout was very nice with a lot of rooms surrounding it - so if you want your privacy then maybe don’t go for a pool view. All the area was really well maintained The suite with private pool was very nice. Minor points to note - it’s a private pool insofar as it’s for your sole use but you are overlooked so not private in a privacy sense. It’s also a splash pool so no good for swimming but the kids next door loved it. Room has a kitchen with sink, small fridge and microwave with knives, forks and spoons etc - but no plates or bowls which was a bit strange . Lobby bar seemed to be well used but felt a bit soulless as it is in the lobby area so didn’t really have a bar vibe Biggest area I’d suggest for improvement would be cleanliness at breakfast time . The whole hotel is extremely clean but at breakfast on several days we had lots and lots of tables with used food on them - this was particularly unpleasant when eating outside as serviettes were blowing around and birds on the tables eating the food that people had left. Other days it was cleared away very quickly so may just have been a staffing issue Overall I would return

The breakfast was outstanding, Nobody could argue that it wasn't despite some incredible bizarre negative reviews. So much choice and everything was of a high quality. It really couldn't have been better. The flexible cleaning arrangement meant we had credit to enjoy an evening cocktail every night. What a bonus! Super bar staff. We had an interior pool view room facing the Relax area that was extremely quiet with a very pleasant outlook although I did emailed the hotel to request this beforehand. Toiletries in the room- gorgeous shower and shampoo gels. Staff friendly and informative. Relax pool area - loads of room and the pool was just the right temperature although the other pools were cooler!! Hotel reasonable walking distance to centre of Playa Blanca. We felt the overall ambiance of the hotel was just right and very much enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing 7 night stay at the hotel for our yearly sister holiday. We've visited lanzarote a few times now and decided to try playa blanca and we are so glad we did! Great options for food with a flexible credit system to use on all onsite restaurants including the buffets and snack bar in the day on food and drinks. Juan was a great host in the LAMEZA restaurant always serving with a smile. Fresh dishes in all food outlets on site, and very reasonabley priced. 2 pool areas, one for relaxing and one family area including amazing entertainment for both kids and adults. We were greeted by the most amazing animation team who put on great activities and who were always smiling and chatty with guests - a special mention for sara and silvia who put on fun sessions throughout the day. We really enjoyed the aqua gym sessions in the pool that were fun and popular! These were both hosten by sara and silvia who brought loads of evergy. We even took part in the pool 'carpet' activity which kept us smiling and laughing for the rest of the day. Silvia also hosted a fab sangria workshop for adults where we made our own drinks, and throughout the week, there were lots more fun work shops! Thank you for making us smile and laugh throughout our stay at this wonderful hotel!

A great place to stay if you like a villa with the added bonus of 5 star hotel service. The villa was perfect for two people - a lovely sitting room, bedroom, glorious bathroom and a good kitchen. The plunge pool and terrace were great - we had sun all day. Good towelling robes and slippers. Great coffee machine, free water, big fridge.

The staff were fantastic—always friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. Roman at reception made check-in smooth and explained everything clearly, and William kindly showed us to our upgraded Majestic villa (Kentia). The restaurant team were wonderful every morning, making breakfast feel special (one morning even had a violinist performing, which was such a thoughtful touch!). The food really stood out: room service was beautifully presented and surprisingly delicious, from chicken nuggets and fresh fruit to a dreamy poolside brunch and perfectly cooked calamari and burgers. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were happy to accommodate requests. Our villa was stunning, with a gorgeous view, a heated private pool with night lighting, huge comfortable beds, Chromecast TVs, and everything we needed for a relaxing break.

Couldn't fault anything at all about our stay! The room was absolutely perfect, we upgraded to the swim up room which I would definitely recommend. Breakfast was really good, a wide selection and fresh eggs, pancakes, waffles on request. Bonfire restaurant was also a must - food and service was fantastic

The rooms and public areas of this new hotel are exceptional. Our swim up junior suite with sea view was faultless. The staff too were super friendly and welcoming, special mentions to Giuseppe, Rafael, José, Ismael and Alessandro (who showed around a 2 bedroom pool villa - maybe next year). We didn’t have breakfast but the lunches were delicious, although the menus for lunch and dinner are quite limited. The location is quiet with no shops or restaurants nearby but it is only 20 minutes walk to La Caleta with its excellent selection of fish and other restaurants. There’s also a free hotel shuttle bus or plentiful taxis for 5-6 euros per journey. The hotel operates to a very high standard - we plan to visit again next year.

The property is brand new and having been to the Corales suites, this did not disappoint. We had a panoramic suite with a private pool you could almost do laps in, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities hidden away. Everything was top tier quality from the glassware in the kitchen to the linens, to the service. The shuttle that the hotel provided to the town was incredibly useful (it runs to the Corales Suites which are 3 mins walking distance to La Caleta) although it would have been helpful for those to run later for pick ups (but there is a taxi rank so not huge deal). The food and service was second to none, champagne breakfasts and incredibly attentive staff who after the first day remembered our coffee order everyday. In particular Ismael and Alvarno by the pool were so friendly and helpful, I would go back to the hotel just for them. We will definitely be going back!!

The combination of the design of the hotel's pool and restaurant area is really cosy, rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains from the restaurant is phenomenal. I observed that the wi-fi connection was available in the pool-area, without interruption. HOWEVER it is the Staff, that make Seven an exceptional place. They are the cherry on top and the true soul of the hotel. They see their customers, they are friendly and welcoming. Professional, but relaxed and I really liked that. The guests tend to greet each other at least with a 'hi' and it's usually a mixed crowd. Also important to mention, that the place feels very safe. Thank you for a great holiday, I will be back.

Really relaxing, friendly, calm resort. It's a rather small resort, with approximately 20-30 guests max, so you can almost feel like you own your own pool when most of guests go to the beach ;) Staff is amazing, rooms very spacious. Breakfast is delicious. Great pools, facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, little gym. Everything you truly need to have an amazing, chilled stay. We will be surely back next year!

We had an amazing time staying here for a second time - this time over Maspalomas Pride 2025 Great facilities - beautiful swimming pool and grounds and functional outdoor gym (not huge but has the basics you need). Had a great stay in a three bedroom villa which was over two floors and had a lovely private pool. It had everything you would need including oven, microwave, toaster etc and a safe for your valuables along with off road private parking. The garden was well maintained and the pool area had loungers, also an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. Walking distance to the marina with restaurants and shops. Wifi was a bit patchy, and cut off a few times during our stay in villa number 23, but was fixed when it was reported.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many! Excellent price/quality ratio, top facilities, incredibly nice and welcoming staff. Perfect for family with kids, but it’s not too kid-centered and it is very quiet. We upgraded to a villa with jacuzzi and it is definitely worth it. Amazing view, sunshine through the day. Kitchen facilities are more than sufficient to cook a simple meal. High chair provided, together with a good quality baby cot, and even toiletries for babies. Swimming pool towels provided for free. Main pool is big enough and never too crowded (I suppose because so many units have private pool/ jacuzzi). Kids club open 5 days/7, Bea is really nice and there’s plenty of toys also for toddlers (parents must stay with them, of course). Amazing breakfast. We spent entire days in the hotel, something unusual to us, but it was so good we didn’t feel any need to leave. Location ideal, la Caleta is a nice village reachable with a 15 min walk (doable also by kids) or a 2 minutes car trip. Don’t hesitate and book right away :-)

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed at the Hotel Suite Villa Maria in May 2024. Our experience from the moment we arrived was nothing short of exceptional. The check in process was smooth, the individual behind reception and the bell boy who took our luggage (and parked our hire car in the under ground garage) were professional, polite and engaging with us all (including my son). From that moment on every employee we came across from room service to the people working in the restaurants/bar showed the same dedication of professionalism. The facilities in the resort are excellent and well maintained. We went to the indoor play area which my son loved, as well as the outdoor play area. The villa we stayed in was the 2 bedroom suite, which had a jacuzzi outside and amazing views. The breakfast has everything you can think of and the area where breakfast is served (restaurant La Torre) has breathtaking views on a morning. The pools are clean well maintained. The pool bar had great food, and could be served pool side which my son enjoyed daily at lunchtime after a good swim. I highly recommend Hotel Suite Villa Maria for anyone coming to stay in Costa Adeje as it will not disappoint (especially for families)! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Suite Villa Maria who executed their duties professionally, made us feel welcome (a home away from home) and overall made our stay memorable!

The hotel consists of villas. The villas are large and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, the water temperature ideal, soft clean towels at pool every time. The pool restaurant proved to be really good, we really loved the paellas! The restaurant had also a nice kids menu. Service was amazing, every time we asked for something, they did their best to make us happy. The room and general hotel areas were very clean. There is parking underneath the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with nice area to sit, either inside or outside, fresh orange juice, tasty coffee and unlimited options to eat. Best part was the jacuzzi in the room after a tiring day!

Great villa! Great place, great staff. Great breakfast. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Always helpful if you have any issues or ideas. It is perfect for families as the villas offer a lot of space. The hotel is always ready to provide attractions to kids and others. Location was quiet and we did not hear any noises. Beds were super comfortable. Free underground parking. The reception service is always there to help you. Technicians and cleaning staff are also very friendly and ready help. Genuinely all of the staff has the attitude to help you to feel as comfortable as possible. The views from villa are astonishing. Always take the one with pool or jacuzzi. There was nothing better than after long day of sun you could take a jacuzzi or swimm in your pool. If you plan to cook for kids or yourself the kitchen is there but it has limited kitchen utensils - just the basics. We cooked for about son a bit.

A great business model - private villas with your own small garden (or Jacuzzi / pool on the larger villas), plus all the benefits of a hotel e.g. restaurants, bars, pools, room service, baby sitting etc. The location is also great - surrounded on 2 sides by a golf course and an easy walk to the small fishing village of Caletta with an abundance of great restaurants.

The standard of the hotel was excellent. The RED level experience was truly remarkable from the start. We were greeted with such a welcoming atmosphere, checking in was straightforward and we were looked after while our room was being prepared. The REF level area pool was very quiet, peaceful and friendly. The sun beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sea view from the pool. The food in the Asian restaurant was excellent, Italian restaurant was ok and the main dining area was my favourite with the amount of choice.

I spent 6 days here solo in a swim up suite and had a wonderful time. The breakfast options are outstanding, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms were fabulous. The beds are so comfy and the swim up pools are cleaned every morning. The only small improvement would be if there was a drawer for clothes. Plenty of wardrobe space but no drawer for smaller items.

A lovely stay at a very good hotel, the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the half-board offer is great, the food choices and selection are varied, I'm pescatarian but very plant based and there was lots of choice for those with restrictive eating. Shame water and tea isn't free (or appeared not to be, with the drinks stations shut). The pools looked nice though I didn't use them as they were quite cool and I prefer a bath (haha), it was also a hotel where the lower pools had no beds free (the upper cold pool did) until later in the afternoon. That annoying habit that many holiday makers have of nabbing a bed, leaving towels and disappearing for hours, is prevalent here also.

We had a fantastic stay, staff were brilliant, they all put in a lot of effort and nothing too much for them. Very nice and spacious room, breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, loads of choice, including healthy options; good quality food. Plenty pool space and no issues with pool loungers. No queues for anything. Overall very happy and sure to come back. Thanks to Eva, Nati, Patricia, Carmen, the guys ant the pool and everybody else for making our stay so good. Everything very well maintained and spotlessly clean

I liked that the staff were all with the exception of 1 person at the pool (who was very unhelpful when my partner asked for help with one of the poolside beds), very friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Food was good and certainly offered plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. The italian restaurant needs to be open more than just 2 days a week as the food there was very good this will help build up its ability to attract dinners from outside of the hotel. Special mentions for Guest Services Ula , was really good at sourcing places to dine, places to visit and generally a credit to the hotel. The reception team were all really helpful as we did have issues with the Wifi during our stay but Fernando was really very polite and professional in how he handled the problem for us. In the end he moved us to another room which solved the problem. The main restaurant team were all very good along with the housekeeping, which made our stay very good and we would certainly stay again and recommend your hotel!

The area around the pool was very spacious and pools were lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with large balcony with sunbeds and table/chairs. Nice touch to provide water and fruit. Only slight issue was long walk to dining room. Food was excellent with lots of choice.

The villa was sensational! We booked for our anniversary and wanted something special , it truly was . Right from booking the staff have been so helpful with booking taxis and excursions and making sure we had everything we needed. the property itself was stunning , we swam all day and night in the private pool and had such a wonderful time.

Amazing apartment villa, the private pool and private jacuzzi were definitely the highlights! It is around 35 min walking distance from Corralejo and 40 min to the beach, it is easier to grab a step or a taxi! The villa was clean, the weather is amazing all year round. Facilities were great and the staff is very helpful!

We have been going to Gran Meliea Palacio de Isora for a few years now and it's still a lovely hotel with good service. However, it's looking a little tired now and is in need of a thorough refurbishment program in the red level rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful but a couple of the red level pool bar staff are "over familiar" and bordering on disrespectful of the customers using innuendo and being very noisy shouting across the pool deck to each other. Some staff training is needed here just to remind them of the customer's need for a relaxing atmosphere at the pool and to me respectful.

We have just returned from a short break at Gran Melia Palacio and if you're thinking of staying there would definitely recommend paying the extra to stay in the Red Level. From the moment we arrived we were given a welcome drink before being whisked away by our own butler on a buggy to the Red Level reception. All of the reception team were excellent but a special mention to Mario who was always cheerful and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The Red Level has its own adult only pool and free tea, coffee, water and sun cream are available all day long with additional treats of fruit kebabs and smoothies - a genuinely relaxing experience. A mention here to Paolo one of the pool waiters/attendants who was always cheerful and made a mean gin and tonic. In addition to this there is an open bar with free canapés every evening between 1800 - 1900 in the aptly named Liquid Lounge. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and Clarins products a welcome touch. We tried a number of the restaurants and were very pleasantly surprised that our half board package allowed us to eat at the fine dining restaurants with no extra charge - and Le Terrace and Duo were definitely worth booking. Would we go back - absolutely, but only to be spoilt again in the Red Level.

Stopped in a Red Level Deluxe Lounge Access Partial View with Whirlpool.Room was absolutely lovely. Red level is adults only with added benefits of own pool and breakfast facilities plus a 5.30 happy hour with free drinks. Hotel has many pools and restaurants. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only issues were (1) Red Level breakfast was a bit of a shambles on times - staff were overrun and food was often not quite up there - they also have an antiquated way of recording for orders and drinks orders in paper (which took much longer) whereas even the small restaurants of Alcala were doing it with tablets. (2) Rooms are not soundproofed so you could hear your neighbours .Hotel is close to small town of Alcala which has several good restaurants which we did use as we didn't eat in the hotel much - I recommend Sauco and Toni's (for Lamb chops and Roast Lamb) in particular.

Service excellent. Hotel staff fantastic customer service. Spotless and clean, food options very good. Lovely 5 star resort and would visit again. Red Level exclusive and child free. The only minor criticism is drinks are expensive so people drink far less than I've seen by the pool in other places... false economy for the resort as of more reasonable they would sell more. Expect to pay €20 for a beer and a cocktail by the pool.

We chose the Red Level adult only option and had a great experience for the entire duration of our stay. We felt very well looked after from the moment we entered the property. Every member of staff made us feel as though we were their most important guests. The hotel offers a wide choice of excellent dining options all of which exceeded our expectations. The pools and associated facilities were great and the Spa was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly and professional. We only had one minor issue during our stay and that was with the laundry service but this was dealt with promptly and professionally. Overall this was an extremely enjoyable holiday and we will certainly be going back there.

Beautiful villa with private pool, we loved it. Great place to spend time.

It was exactly what we were looking for. A nice calm hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. We spent alot of time by the heated pool but having the cold pool right outside our apartment was amazing. Extra plus points for the amazing staff who were all so accommodating and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic villa and lovely pool and private poolside

Arrived at 6.30 pm, reception was still open (it is until 9.00 pm). Had a very spacious apartment near to the pool, which was good. Ours had a large room at the back which we didn't use - it was open to the elements, but all fully tiled. Not sure what you would use it for to be honest! But, a very nice apartment - kitchen area was fine, all necessary utensils and equipment provided. Utility room for the rubbish etc. We had extra bedding, as there was a sofa bed too, but we didn't need it. A cleaner came in twice over our 9 days, which was fine - towels and bed changed (although I also changed the bed the day before!). We had a huge walk-in shower which was great. No bath, although there was plenty of room for one! Lovely big patio/terrace with two sunbeds and a hammock (most had these as far as we saw), and a double seat and table. There were enough sunbeds round the pool too, but it possibly could get busy in high season. 20 min walk or so down the hills and steps to the nearest beach, which was fine for us - we walked back twice.....otherwise it was a taxi (3-4 Euros). Not good really if you're not very mobile. There were a few restaurants near to the apartment which we had evening meals in, rather than go all the way back to the beach ones. Little supermarket nearby or an Iceland (bit expensive) if you wanted to cook in though. Lovely holiday, comfortable apartment, nice area.

The villa was perfect for our family. It had nets over the windows so we could open them without mosquitoes coming in. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. The whole villa was very clean and the facilities are the best weve experienced in caleta (this was our 8th trip). The kids loved the pool and many pool toys provided. Dad was happy that the sport was on the TV. The washing machine and dishwasher made our stay easy. There were several seating areas that made it feel spacious and meant we could all have our own space when needed. Tony was great. Whenever we needed anything, he was just a text away. The location is a bit of a distance from town but we knew this when booking so it wasn't a problem as we got taxis when needed and they were only around 4 euros. We would definitely go again.

From the minute we walked through the gate to the minute we left, everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable villa with plenty of space for the whole family. Excellent facilities in the kitchen, everything you need is there. The outdoor areas were fantastic with full sun all day and shaded areas too. The pool is great! We all loved it, especially the grandkids with all the pool toys to pick from in the box. They also loved the play house and slide. Trisha and Stephen are fantastic hosts they were very helpful and attentive.

Nice location. Very comfortable and well equipped Villa. The swimming pool was very clean and nice to go in. Close to a nice golf course. You can enjoy the sunny days either in the garden by the pool or on the very nice roof terrace. Not touristy neighborhood, very quiet and good view from the rooftop terrace, you can see the see, sunrise and enjoy the stars after dark.

The villa was very spacious with a few different places to sit outside, good size kitchen space and bedroom sizes, great size pool, kids area was a nice touch with the box of pool toys and floats my children loved.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location by the water and in a quiet, newly developed area west of Playa Blanca, near the lighthouse. Convenient parking. Your own private pool which is well maintained and a real bonus during the pandemic. Daily cleaning service. Well equipped kitchen. N.B. If you want daily refills on the packaged coffee and tea in your villa, you need to order the breakfast package. We stayed in a deluxe villa but we toured a rustic villa and it is also quite nice.

We have been to Playa Blanca before and stayed at a 5* star hotel at the other end of the bay so opted for a "quieter" location this time purposefully as wanted peaceful time with private pool. Heredad Kamezi is a beautiful cluster of 35 individual villas located by the seafront by the Lighthouse. If you enjoy walking, there is a seafront pathway all the way to the Rubicon Marina - takes about 1.5 hours leisurely. The nearest restaurants are about 15 min walk away. The complex has its own onsite supermarket that we used every day. FREE wi-fi and we chose to have pool heated (pool towels provided free). Regular maid service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Villa had all we needed. If we went back we would prefer seafront villa but we knew in advance that we didn't have it so not a problem. Our party was two adults and two children (11 & 12). Our parents couldn't make it last minute and we had 4-bed villa. Our villa, in my opinion, was suitable for 6. Eight would have been a squeeze. Overall a lovely stay, competitively priced and so peaceful.

We stayed in a lovely villa with a private pool. The villa was comfortable and spacious, with a gorgeous terrace with a sea views. The bed was comfortable (especially with the additions of our selection from the pillow menu!), nice bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Parking right outside the front door. The pool area is lovely, and also has a barbecue area. The kamezì app is very useful. The Deli restaurant and the Ocean View tapas were absolutely divine—local products and innovative flavors. The staff was wonderful. We mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake! We loved our stay!

What an amazing place to celebrate our 20 years of marriage! According to other reviews, the usual photos, etc it seemed the right place for us. But we had no idea that for once none of these did justice to the place. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely well maintained campus, decent little shop for your essentials, good size rooms, well stocked kitchen with fridge freezer, halogen cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. So no need to pack the whole wardrobe! You even get dishwasher tablets replenished and washing-up liquid so no need to buy it yourself. You need your washing powder though. But the best is yet to come - open the sliding doors and you have a lovely terrace with your own private pool, BBQ, and a view that you get only in movies. If you want to eat out there are plenty of places by the marina but there is one place called La Flamenca, about 15 minutes stroll, ask the reception to point you in the right direction. We found this to be the best in 10 days of eating out, so much so that we went back for our last evening meal. You can also find bikes, scooters and quad bikes for hire to enjoy a quick ride to the marina. I even managed to enjoy a bit of shore fishing. In short, last time we visited Playa Blanca we were on our honeymoon. We will not wait another 20 years to come back! If you like a quiet retreat, with great views, family friendly, etc you can't find a better place. There it is - I hope this helps you make your decision.

We spent our time by the main pool, which is gorgeous and often we were the only ones there. But not using our own pool was disappointing. I would definitely go again but not pay for a private pool.

The property had everything you could need for your stay. The terraced area and the private pool were beautifully maintained as were all the water features and grounds around the property.

Loved the apartment feel alongside having hotel luxuries as well . Private pool was definitely a plus .

This is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed in. I have been lucky enough to travel around the world but this was definitely up there with the best. We had a suite with a private pool and it was out of this world. Only downside is there isn't amenities very close everything is a good walk away. I would definitely recommend hiring a car when you stay here even just makes everything easier. Will 1000000% be back for another stay next year. Staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, you made my mums 60th birthday very special.

Overall we were very impressed with the room, very spacious, great balcony, clean and with what basically amounts to a full working kitchen at your disposal, the staff cleaned the room daily and we had no issues in that regard. Facilities are good we used the gym a lot but frustratingly a lot of the better equipment is locked away e.g. Trap bar/Prowler sled and only available if you pay for personal training, ideally it would all be at your disposal rather than pay for what appeared to be entry level personal training. Staff in the gym were lovely though always helpful and polite. Pools were good, great views, clean and plenty of seats, around dinner time the pools are virtually empty so if you're half-board it's like a private pool.Bar is great, the staff make really good cocktails and the food is good if maybe a little over priced compared to local restaurants. Lots of options for breakfast and the quality was great. The hotel has a lot of activities on offer and we availed of the catamaran & the Teide by night experience, both were excellent. I would however state that the staff don't know enough about these activities they can't really give you details on exactly what's involved and there was mention of paying after for e.g. jet-ski or other activities, it should be clearly outlined or included in the price. That being said both experiences were great and would recommend both, for Teide by night dress warm even in summer.

We loved the private pool, the size of the bathrooms and the midweek clean and change of towels. The villa was clean and comfortable and more than enough space for our family. The facilities were excellent and the check in/check out was easy and straightforward.

This is a beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor area and private pool (much bigger than a plunge pool as described). It is in a very convenient location only a short walk to everything you need and is right next to Aqualand. The villa is extremely secure so you feel very safe and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have been booking villas in the Canary Islands for the last 10 years and this is the best we have been looked after by far. Szilvia was amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was cleaned every day as well as our rubbish collected. In two weeks the pool and bathroom towels were changed 4 times as well as a villa clean. We had brilliant arrival instructions and were able to have an early check in due to our early flight. Would definitely book again.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful and totally exceeded our expectations. On the arrival day we were met by Doris who showed us around the Villa, recommended restaurants and taxi company. The pool area was amazing with lovely water temperature and plenty of sun beds for your family. The gardens were perfectly groomed and the pool man (who came daily) ensured they stayed that way. The Villa was perfectly clean and although we were only there a week we received clean towels etc mid week. We were expecting the Villa to feel like part of the complex but it was actually quite separate with it's own entrance from the street. There were plenty of supermarkets to choose from within a few minutes if the accommodation. Would definately recommend this villa.

Very comfortable, excellent beds, fluffy towels, pool towels and everything you need provided to have a great holiday. Good location with everything on your door step. A 10 minute walk to the beach. 24 hour convenience store, bar, restaurants and pharmacy directly across the road. We stayed in 115 and we had our own little pool that was heated to 27, cleaned every day and was loved by our kids.

We loved our stay at Island Village.From the initial booking,we were kept informed of pick up and contact details for our stay. Szilvia gave us all the details for our arrival and we were able to contact her if any issues arised. There were no issues at all for us.The villa was spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen,towels and pool towels.These were all changed regularly and the floors mopped as well! We had a large,sunny balcony with sun beds. The bed was comfortable and was a super king size. Wifi was good and the villa was well equipped for cooking. Location to the centre was great.Very walkable,but you felt far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle.We will definitely return here.

Luxurious villa with lots of space, we booked the whole villa for 14 people. All rooms had en-suites and we had a private pool. Quiet neighbourhood with bars & shops a short walk away. Maria was beautiful inside & out, making us feel welcomed and at home in her villa, we left feeling like part of the family! We had a slight issue with the electric but Maria came straight out to help resolve this and really appreciated the fast response. Would definitely go back again without a doubt!! Great value for money and fully equipped with everything you needed, including fridges in every room and BBQ outside with seating area. Loved every minute of our stay!!

What a place, what a host Maria! Probably best place to stay in Tenerife! :) Everything very clean, nice swimming pool and quiet neighborhood. Don't go to big hotels, choose places like this.

Good location, friendly host, each room has their own toilet, swimming pool. 7 bedrooms was perfect to our 12 people group. Even there is no big room for siting inside after 22:00 we managed to use kitchen facility without any problems. Closed to local shops. We recommend to rent a car, then it is very easy to travel around the island. Car can be parked on the street.

Very nice house, everthing is new and looks neat. The pool area is very cute too. The hosts are friendly and have given me tips for the surrounding area. I had a very good time there :)

I loved this place. I just arrived one day after they opened their doors. Was supposed to stay for only 2 nights, but I loved it so much and stayed 3 more nights. Everything is brand new, super clean, beautiful, modern and luxurious. Maria & her daughter Daniella are the best, they are so kind and lovely and I’m so grateful I could stay at their villa. We haven’t gone on a vacation in 7 years, and we decided to splurge on the ritz in tenerife. The gods must have been smiling on us, because we had 2 rooms that were upgraded to connected villas! I absolutely love this hotel. This was my second visit and this time we stayed at a villa with a semi-private pool which was bliss. Breakfast every day at El Mirador was superb. Loved the beach club concept with free lunch/drinks and afternoon tea/cocktails. The room was beautiful. We ate at Akira Back (ridiculously overpriced- would not recommend) but El Mirador restaurant was great. Hotel were so helpful with booking taxis etc. We loved the spa and had fantastic treatments there. I really felt the hotel went above and beyond and can’t wait for my next stay. If you can stretch to it - the villas are the way to go versus the Citadel.

Beautiful suites with ocean view. Ocean view means pool view so noisy at times with shrieking children. Veranda was gorgeous. Unfortunately only family pool was open during our stay so no where to escape the many many families with children. Same was true at meals. Wonderful food but ambiance often ruined by crying kids. Train to beach and pool both have limited hours for adults who want early or late swims. Overall staff is lovely. We had asked for adjacent suites in our reservation and were assured by concierge in writing that we had them but at check in we did not and staff was unable to meet the request. This was very disappointing since the second suite was for 2 teens while the first was an elderly grandma and we wanted to be adjacent. Elders be aware that this place has extensive stairs to get from rooms to the pool.

Overall an amazing vacation. We were upgraded to a suite and connecting room which was ideal for our family. Huge thanks to Alfred on reception for sorting this out. He was terrific throughout our 2 week stay. The accommodation cost was very reasonable for a five star resort but the food and drinks were a bit pricey compared to outside the resort. I do appreciate that this is the norm but I am sure people would spend more if the prices were more comparable. We ventured out most evenings to some excellent restaurants to keep costs down. Breakfast was incredible…..Mercedes is an omelette demon! Facilities were great - loved the gym - loved the hydrotherapy pools (very cheap to use) - the main pool needs some attention but I suppose that’s why we got such a good deal. The sun lounger situation was ok but guests still commandeered sun lounges early doors and didn’t appear for hours at a time which I think the hotel should do more to stop but obviously this is tricky. Service at the pool was a little sketchy. As per the title…..1st world issues

The spacious apartment is super beautiful and modern! Luxurious interior, large terras outside with a private pool! Kitchen is fully equipped with all luxury to prepare meals yourself, if you wish! I personally love to cook and rarely find such perfect equipped kitchen as this one! The beds are lovely, bathrooms are large with nice shower/bath. The view from the terras on the sea and Los Gigantes is amazing! We had a nice lounge-set and comfortable sun beds on our terras too! The infinity-pool on the second floor is a 20mtr long (heated)pool, is an absolute 'plus' if you are into some serious swimming or just enjoying the views while in the water! The place has a reception with lovely staff, check-in and check-out went super smoothly! It is very quite during the night, so we had very good rest; this made our holiday even more perfect! We feel blessed staying here!

On arrival we had a very warm welcome and reception staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were given an upgrade from a villa to a suite on arrival which was amazing. The suite with a great sized private pool was of a high standard, very clean and very spacious. The cleaners of the suite and the pool came every day. The beds were comfortable and we had air conditioning in the bedrooms. Only thing I wished they had was an oven so we could cook more variety of foods as we self catered. The stove top and microwave were great and the optional bbq. The private tablet for the suite was a brilliant idea and helped us understand what lewisite activities there were to do and it was easy to contact reception with any queries or issues.

Stayed at Alondra Villa's in early October, very happy with the villa and the pool. nice location and complex - can walk to the sea front but suggest getting a taxi back as it's uphill all the way, certainly recommend the complex, the breakfasts were very nice and pleasent sitting by the communal pool. About 10 mins to the airport by car

Amazing accommodation and service. Pool was a bit cold and didn't realise we had to ask at point of booking to have heated pool. Lovely and quiet area. Spa was great. Breakfast excellent. Would strongly recommend.

It was in many ways the perfect combination of a hotel and a villa. You had your own private pool and hot tub, and a huge, largely private rooftop space for dining or sunbathing - and your own kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and dining area - yet with the facilities of a hotel when you wanted them. I would get sick of eating catered food three times a day - so you can simply walk to the local large shop and restock your fridge. We loved it. It was immensely relaxing.

Just arrived back after a week at bahiazul villa complex. Just myself and my partner stayed in a premier garden villa. I can't rate the place highly enough, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The place was very clean and tidy. The facilities in the villas were as described, private hot tub (2 settings, jets and bubbles) sun terrace on roof with bbq, sun beds. A private pool which was clean and big enough to swim around. The master room has a multi jet shower which was really nice with a changing area behind the bed. All rooms look out onto the pool, ideal for a bigger group but was so private for us. The villa has integrated sound system built in so you can play music in any room or combination of all, they have speakers around the pool and also upstairs on the terrace and near to the hot tub. There is room for only 1 car in the villa but plenty of parking close by. We had breakfasts included and each day was amazing fully stocked, mix of English, continental, fruits plus fresh made eggs to order in your choice. The gym was free to use and full of new equipment. Didn't use the tennis court. Only downside is its on the edge of the town so takes 10-15min walk into the centre. The supermarket is right outside so within a 5min walk. Fully secure complex with guards and cctv around perimeter.

The whole area surrounding the villa's were spotless, staff attentive and efficient nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The restaurant food was also very nice. New Years Eve Gala was a very pleasant night, fireworks too, lovely to have children there. I would return again at some point or recommend it. Prefer to be in a quiet and peaceful area than in the centre. Only a few euros into the centre. Must try spa we had all had a massage, worth the money. Only down side pool wouldn't heat due to higher than normal winds which was a shame as we booked it for that reason . An please get bigger beds, king size at least! Most 4* places always have bigger beds. Description of inside pool needs to be more, it's a plunge pool! Feel we shouldn't have to pay €15 to use this service or should be given 1 free entry with the villa, more so in the winter months. Didn't feel when eating out was too expensive, like some of the other holiday resorts we've been too.

Welcomed at reception, ran through facilities of complex, went to villa & wow(better than pictures on website) Clean, enough equipment in kitchen area for cooking, etc. Pool & Jacuzzi were brilliant(paid for heated pool as it was in January, heated to 28degree's) living room large, bedroom had comfy bed just needs better pillows, shower was brilliant with 2shower heads plus 4side spray units & had hot shower on every occasion we used it( hot water whatever time of day) Sonis music system was great, plugged in audio lead(provided) & can have music in lounge, pool area & upstairs on large balcony all controlled in each area.

We were a bit worried going due to all the negative reviews but we had an excellent stay and will definitely go back. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with pool. The apartment was massive! Added bonus of a roof terrace too. Apartment was on the front which was great. 2 minutes walk out of hotel and you have lovely beaches plenty bars and lovely restaurants spoilt for choice really. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice never had an issue getting a table. Pool areas were great no sunbed wars that we could see but not an issue for us as we had our own pool and beds. Excellent location couldn’t ask for better 👍

First of all when we got here, we had a 3 hour wait for the room as it wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist was rude and gave very limited updates. There is one receptionist who’s lovely short ginger hair (woman) she has sorted everything out for us perfectly. They give 4 toilet rolls for 2 week we had to ask for some ourselves as cleaners didn’t give any. Cleaners are minimal they change bedding and sweep up every 2 days. We was bed and breakfast and the food is good can’t fault it and many options. The rooms are nice and spacious, a lot of appliances for self catering. There is no air conditioning, there is fans on ceiling but if it isn’t good enough you can speak to reception and they’ll give an air conditioning unit for free and it works amazing. Pool is good, do need to watch where you step as a lot of missing tiles sometimes you stand on the missing ones too. The infinity pool is good but upon arrival the skybar staff did say to us that we had to buy a drink to use the pool. If you come as a family i would recommend asking for rooms next to eachover as the rooms join up together and a door through to each room. Unsure if all rooms but ground floor room definitely. If your picky i wouldn’t recommend but if your easy going like us then i would recommend

This is a fantastic complex, in the best area of Costa Adeje, 2 minutes from the beach and strip. Very well maintained grounds and facilities. Pools lovely and because AI guests are watered at the sister hotel (more on that later) it remains quiet and calm. We stayed in the silver one bedroom apartments which were simple and clean, although it's worth noting that they do not have AC. Be aware that there's a bit of uphill walking getting anywhere in Tenerife as soon as you get away from the promenade and the complex is no exception, however you're only talking 3 mins to get from one side to the other so if you're mobile then it won't be a worry. The infinity pool is worth plenty of visits and gives the impression of 5 star luxury. The sister hotel is used for breakfast and is simply an extention of the existing complex (one village becomes the next and they do not feel separate at all, in a good way). Breakfast is bang on, although busy around 0900 as you'd expect. Cleaners were in every day and changed towels and bedding every couple of visits I think. There are some very small negatives worth mentioning as others have, but they did not influence our stay. 1) reception staff are very difficult and rude, but you'll not really need to deal with them outside of check in and check out. If you're on a package deal then have them do the running for you with any issues with the hotel. 2) Getting a table for breakfast can be a bit of a rammy, so be prepared to get your elbows out!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, our experience as a family was fantastic! Our room was large and very modern, yes you have to walk to the sister hotel for food (no more than a 5 min walk) but the food was decent and the bar was really good, champagne put out at breakfast, wine at lunch and dinner, all staff were extremely friendly! We didn't have to mess about with beds by the pool as there was always enough when we went to breakfast at about 0830, brilliant location about 200m from the beach! Pools were a lovely temperature and well maintained. Only negatives were the sky bar was not included in the all inclusive and its not very easy for people with difficulties walking (this didn't affect us) , the amount of beach sellers, this is no fault if the hotel! And the beach club is not included! But again this didn't change how good a time we had! The room was cleaned 4 times during our stay! Only saw 2 cockroaches our entire stay and they were never in our room! Not sure if they've changed staff since the negative reviews but they were nothing but friendly to us. Great for day trips out, I'd recommend the catamaran boat trip as we saw 2 pods of pilot whales and had a fantastic trip! All in all brilliant, would happily go back!

I travelled with my partner (both in our early 20's) and had an amazing holiday with a great stay at Ocean View hotel. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and the receptionists were very helpful with everything, especially when booking excursions. We found the rooms to be perfectly clean and spacious, with a balcony view overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities were great, we used the pool a lot and there were plenty of sun loungers around. There is also a convenient small supermarket on site. The restaurant was lovely, we had breakfast there every morning and they had a big selection of foods. They also hold themed dinner nights which I definitely recommend. The location of Ocean View is ideal - roughly a 10 - 15 minute walk to Veronicas Strip, many many different restaurants around, many tourist shops and some designer shops near Veronicas Strip. Of course the beach is right nearby, only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Siam Park is also within walking distance (approx 5-10 minute walk). Aside from these places, I would also highly recommend taking a cab (5 euros) to centro comercial safari where theres a beautiful big range of shops/ shopping centres, restaurants, a dancing fountain and a nearby golden sand beach. I would also recommend jet skiing, siam park and visiting Mount Teide. Overall, a fantastic hotel with no faults, we would definitely like to come back soon! :)

Our stay here was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely, presented really well, constantly refreshed and attended to by the staff, and the staff were very good too. The pool and outside areas was cleaned everyday which was very impressive. Hotel staff are happy (accept one woman who I'm not sure smiled once during our stay) I can recommend yoga. Our travel wasn't good. I was lead to believe we would have a small shuttle bus to take us from the airport to the hotel. Instead we got a large bus which only left the airport once an hour as it had to be full before going. We just missed the last bus so we left the airport an hour late. The bus also took us to the wrong hotel and we had to pay 6 euro 45 for a taxi to drive us to the right one. One thing that really disappointed me throughout our stay here is that there is a sign in our room which says you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels... But everybody did and on our last morning there were no beds without towels. Nobody in the hotel enforces the rule so people were dumping their stuff down and then disappearing inside for a long leisurely breakfast. That really annoyed me throughout our week here. I would say get down early for breakfast to make sure you get a sunbed. On our final morning we had to leave early but the staff didn't open the doors for breakfast until around 7.35 and we had to leave for bus at 7.40 so we ended up rushing. Great stay but they need to pay attention to the small details

We booked this hotel in advance after looking at the reviews and checking prices and it didn't disappoint at all. The hotel was an easy taxi ride away from the airport and was easy to find. The greeting was quick and informative and we did receive an upgrade with the provisio that we could get moved - which never happened fortunately. The room was fresh and clean with a sea view. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped although we only used the fridge. The pool was great with plenty of sunbeds and the whole area was kept clean. The adults only status was welcome as it very peaceful although we took our 20 year old son who had his own room. He didn't feel the need to scream and shout too much. The food and drink were really good and going all inclusive was definitely the right thing to do for us. There was a good choice and the theme nights were fun. The beach was a short walk away with a variety of shops and places to eat if you need them. The staff were friendly throughout and spoke English which helped. There is an excellent gym on site although I opted for the run along the promenade in the early morning heat.

Checking in was very fast and efficient and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and polite for our entire stay. Our room was in excellent condition, very clean and modern with plenty of space to store clothes etc The Shower is perfect and the beds were large and comfortable. The food available in the buffet was exceptional for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of the food is of good quality and we really appreciated the variety on offer and the themed nights to try different cuisines. The pool area is very nice and clean with good sunbeds. Drinks on offer for all-inclusive were great as well. The location of the hotel is also very convenient! Siam Park, Veronica's strip and the beaches are all around a 5-10 minute walk. Anything you wish to visit further you can simply ask the hotel to call a taxi for you and they arrive quickly! Even our experience checking out was also very nice. Because we checked in Late on the day of arrival they allowed us to still access the lunch buffet on the day we left as our flight was later.

We had a lovely stay in one of these beautiful villas. Pascal was incredibly accommodating and helpful, always on the end of the phone to answer questions. Casa Isabel was very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well planned kitchen and a variety of places to sit and eat, both indoor and out. The beds are comfortable although we would have liked better pillows and the bathrooms very clean with good showers. The pool is heated through a solar warming system but it was not sunny or warm enough when we stayed in March to heat the water in the pool which could only be used as a cold plunge pool whilst we were there. This was a shame but to be expected. The view is stunning though and we had a wonderful time relaxing. You definitely need a car to access the villas and the roads are thin, steep and windy so you need to be brave. The villas are gated with parking and only a few minutes’ drive from shops, etc. there’s also a very friendly cat that essentially moved in with us whilst we were there!

It was wonderful! We were delighted! We liked everything! The location is an incredible secluded spot high up above Los Gigantes. The view is stunning, with no sound of the city but the lights, the ocean, and the island of La Gomera. It was the first time we've experienced such a peaceful and serene atmosphere, where we could sit on the terrace under the stars with a glass of wine, feeling completely at peace and content. Our cottage consisted of a bedroom, a studio, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace with a private pool, and a beautiful barbecue area overlooking the garden. The landscape is very beautiful, with carefully selected and well-groomed plants. The design of all three cottages is magnificent, and they are lovingly crafted in harmony with nature and the landscape. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, a large TV, a stove, a coffee machine etc. We were welcomed with bottle of red vine, fruits and a delicious light cake. Although you don't see the owners, you can feel their care for you every moment. The descent to the ocean takes about 20 minutes to drive along a beautiful road, and this is a special pleasure! Our flight back was late evening and were kindly approved to stay in the house until the evening. We left with a feeling of nostalgia and a desire to definitely return to this fabulous house.

A Bit Late, But Worth It. A Hidden Gem in Tenerife! We stayed here in February and although it’s taken me a while to leave a review, this place truly deserves one. It’s a hidden gem — ideal for both families and couples. The property is well-maintained, with a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen and lovely views. The host was kind and helpful, and quickly addressed a few small issues we had during our stay. The only real downside was the pool. It’s solar-heated, but since we visited in February, it was unfortunately too cold to enjoy, a bit of a shame as the pool area looked inviting. One thing to note: you definitely need a car to get around, as the location is quite remote.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of the host's family and given the full tour of the villa and its facilities. The family were always on hand to provide help and advice throughout the stay, which was reassuring (they also provided delicious home made cakes!). The peace and tranquility of the property made for a really relaxing holiday and evenings spent by the pool looking out over the island were a real treat. We loved being able to see the stars at night too, something we can't do at home. We used Finca Stemann as a base for our tours of Tenerife and if we visit the island again, we would definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovisi. The house is located in a quiet area and has private parking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few meals in the house and even used the barbeque. The garden and private swimming pool were fantastic and we used it a lot during our stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like I loved everything about it , we got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool we were delighted! Also at a reasonable price we upgraded to all inclusive and we were so glad we did as the food was beautiful. Views from hotel were spectacular. Fantastic hotel that caters very well for families but also couples, older guests. Rooms spacious, modern and comfy with large balconies and basic self catering equip. We booked a family suite with limited sea view but it was pretty much panoramic with a lovely sunset each night :) Maids will make up your room daily if requested. The hotel is large and can get busy but there is ample space even when its full. There are 5 pools including 2 adults only/spa pool an infinity pool and 2 good sized family pools. Plenty of beds around each although you do have to be early to get them, but that was no problem. Plenty of quieter areas if you dont want the busyness of the main pool, and fab slides and splash area for kids. The restaurant is large and well set out, no trouble getting a table and outdoor dining an option. Food really good, lots of choice with pasta/asian/fish/mexican/meats/fresh salad every night. If you are all inclusive, you can get food almost all day. Amazing fresh pizzas in the snack bar at lunch! Drinks good, not very strong alcohol wise but not a bad thing when drinking all day! You can pay for premium drinks if you feel the need. Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. We are already looking at returning! :)

The whole hotel was clean. Plenty of spaces to chill in the sun away from the pool, snooker tables dotted around the bars and they showed the football on the big screen. Spacious rooms, great facilities (gym and spa), multiple pools slightly heated. Never had to fight for a sun lounger in a good spot, adults only areas, self service soft drinks/beer/wine which was amazing as could Grab one walking past as they are dotted all over so never had to walk far, cocktails on all inclusive really good. We stayed in May and it wasn’t over run with kids like most reviews said. Location was great - beach close by, you do have to walk down 600 steps to get to it (I counted on the way back up) or get a taxi.. all staff are so so friendly and the animation team for the kids are always doing something (pool activities, competitions, kids clubs), even got the adults involved in water basketball and a few games around the pool. Food was what you expect at all inclusive, loads of choices and the staff were always working to clear tables and get food replenished quickly. Oh and when we checked in they took our information including date of birth, and on my partners birthday we arrived into the room and found a bottle of champagne with a lovely note! We never even mentioned it was a birthday, but the fact they took note and done this as a surprise was so thoughtful!

We have a swim up room which was great for sunbathing and refreshing up afterwards. The food was excellent, especially dinner ( I am Spanish), great varity and quality products like jamón ibérico. The staff was always smiling, polite and happy to serve you no matter what. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

What a little treasure this hotel is, we had a swim up room which was delightful, however the pool area was fantastic too, never a rush for beds they were available all day, the food was amazing, sometimes food was not what it was labelled as for example for mackerel was tuna! Such a chilled vibe, we were serenaded a couple of afternoons with a singer and a sax player. Place is spotless and staff work very hard to make it a pleasurable experience. We will definitely be coming again (although we can’t find it advertised with Jet 2). Weather was beautiful, nothing much around the hotel just a supermarket out the front and a spar on the way to the beach out of the back. The beach was lovely 9 mins walk, we dipped our toes in but to be honest we chilled in our lovely little swim up pool. AI drinks were fine all in all loved it. Two things to improve a mirror in the apartment -only one in the bathroom and lots more umbrellas around the pool.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we were on the all inclusive package which I'd recommend, the waiters even remembered what I drank and brought it without me having to ask at the evening meal. Not much in way of evening entertainment but this is more directed at young families and those wanting to have a nice peaceful holiday, although the Town wasn't far away and a free shuttle bus was laid on daily to the beach or one of the larger shopping Centres. If you're looking for Sun, a nice pool or 2 with plenty of sun loungers you won't be disappointed. Caution one of the pools isn't heated so fairly cold but the other is like a warm bath, lovely. The food was generally of a good standard the chef's seemed to take great pride in presentation, especially the sweets. There is a playground for the younger children and a good gym for the big kids, weather this time of year mid to high 20's. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and a big thanks to the staff, even took the time to check us in 24hrs before leaving, at my request. Go and Enjoy

The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected. However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.

Schönes Hotel für Familien. Wir hatten eine VillA ohne Pool. Sehr leise, geräumig, schöne Bäder auf 2 Ebenen. Zum Strand ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß - zum Teil an der Straße entlang. Die Parkgatage war kostenlos. Da Frühstücksbuffet am Pool war sehr gut - Abendessen war ok. Kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im Hotel

Beautiful warm pool and lovely toddler amenities (sand pit with toys, paddling pool, playhouse and ping pong) walkways set through fairy gardens! Rooms spacious and well kept. Comfortable and very clean. Maid service excellent. Beds comfy and bathrooms modern. All inclusive option worth doing; nice food, usual continental buffet style. Help Yourself drinks. Good entertainment at night ... outside shows visiting with good atmosphere. Very enjoyable stay and would come back (we had party of 12 Of which 6 children)

Even with a few teething problems (our 5 year old son didn't want to sleep in a separate room in a strange place and we couldn't get his bed into our room) I would highly recommend this resort. The staff are excellent and made a point of asking for feedback (and acting on it) a couple of days in, so they could fix anything that needed fixing. Lovely clean pool, spacious suites, aircon in bedroom and lots of kids activities to keep them occupied whilst the grownups got on with the important task of sunbathing and accessing the all inclusive facilities. Oh! and the Spa is exceptional too!

David was on hand via what’s app to help us with any initial issues we had. It is a short bus ride from beautiful beaches and the busier resorts of Playa Blanca . There are a few shops and restaurants across the road at Faro Park. I would definitely recommend this villa. We found this a much more relaxed holiday and the kids were a lot easier managed and looked after than on previous all inclusive hotel resorts. Laura

Villa was very spacious and immaculately clean and the owners could not have been more helpful providing great communication from start to finish. Plenty of sunbeds with balconies and verandas to find sheltered sunny spots when wind was a little too strong by the pool. Location of Villa was very peaceful and there were lovely restaurants nearby to dine in and supermarkets for provisions if you didn't want to head into Playa Blanca.

Alba and David responded really quickly using WhatsApp to the couple of issues we had when we arrived. They sorted them very quickly. They were always on hand via WhatsApp to give advice and help. The kitchen is well equipped, as are all the rooms. We had the pool warmed, which was really great. We loved the different living areas: dining room, living room, front terrace (which we didn't use much because it was really windy when we were there), and the back garden. The villa is well supplied with cooking and eating equipment, and towels and bedding. The main double bed was very comfortable. Being away from the centre of Playa Blanca meant that it was quiet, but there were nice walks along the sea front and the local shops were very convenient.

We loved the location, a 5 minute stroll to supermarkets and a fantastic selection of restaurants and lounge bars. Also great a location to get into the promenade with a beautiful walk along the coast path to the town and the marina. The villa had everything you could need for a great holiday, very well equipped. The area is so peaceful too. We’ve stayed in many villas every year in Playa Blanca over the past 30 years and will definitely book this one again.

We really enjoyed the location near Faro Park. It’s away from the busy centre of Playa Blanca, but still very convenient with a hire car, a short walk to the bus route, or a quick taxi ride to the town and Rubicón Marina. The villa is also close to the beautiful coastal walkway from the lighthouse to the marina, which was a real highlight and made for a lovely daily walk. The facilities were excellent, especially the private pool, outdoor BBQ area, and the lovely rooftop terrace with sea views. Inside, the villa was very well equipped and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions

The perfect comfortable base for the holiday. The villa layout was good, with sheltered outdoor eating area just outside the kitchen and also a southerly facing sitting area by the pool. We watched the sun rise from our beds every morning. All necessary kitchen facilities. Shops within easy walking distance.

The property was fantastic and perfectly fit the needs of our group! We loved the pool (though would recommend paying for the heating!) and hanging out in the outdoor space and had everything we needed inside to cook and watch movies and things in the evenings. Would definitely suggest hiring a car as makes the island much more accessible to you. A brilliant time and venue that we will definitely return to!

Exactly as advertised : quiet, roomy, with simple but good equipment. Heated pool is essential in winter and works well. Orientation is also excellent with a sunny terrasse most of the winter days

Overall, Villa Livisi provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. To have a 4 bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private pool is a real positive with the property. The living space is bright and airy, the kitchen has all of the essentials that you need in terms of pots, pans, and platewear. Asides from these, kitchen was empty. When we left we left key condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc for whomever enjoyed the villa after us. Its location is good, particularly if you don’t mind getting around on foot. If not, taxis are quick and reasonably priced. Despite being adjacent to the motorway, it really doesn’t interfere too much at all. There are plenty of shops very near by- Lidl is a 3 min walk, the cash and carry is worth a visit and mercado and spar a 7-8 min walk. The pool and the garden really are the highlight of the property. After a day out and about, or at the beach, it was simply lovely to be able to come back and enjoy the pool.

Villa was perfect, plenty of space and pool was great. Whilst a 15 min walk to the centre it suited us perfectly with a food store just a few minutes away. It was easy to get out in the car and visit the attractions and beaches. Host was welcoming, helpful and would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located near to Lidls so made it super easy to get everything that we needed. We loved the pool area which had plenty of sunshine and shade if needed all day long.

That space and the pool were excellent and it's only 3 min walk to supermarket.

While a little dated, the villa is very spacious and it easily housed all of 6 of us. We used the bbq & pool area quite a lot & the waterfall is a nice touch but does need to be requested if this is something you would like on during your stay. Our host was amazing & was no more than a message away. He even helped sort us out with taxis from the property as the better bars and restaurants are further afield. Lidl is a couple minutes drive which was very helpful to pop to when needed.

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Haciendas, and it was simply delightful. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The verandas and balconies offered stunning views of the ocean and Costa Adeje, making them perfect spots to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When they saw we had a baby and a long walk to the pool, they kindly upgraded our room and even brought presents for our little one during our stay. Their thoughtful gestures made us feel very welcome. This was my second time staying at Haciendas, and I highly recommend it. It's located away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful retreat. Plus, there's a great Italian restaurant, Il Fornao, just across the road, offering delicious pizza and pasta at reasonable prices. Overall, Haciendas is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. With its comfortable accommodation, beautiful views, and friendly staff, we can't wait to return.

Very good location, close to the ocean and beautiful beaches, close to grocery stores. A spacious apartment with everything you needed, there was an additional toilet in the apartment. We had a sunny terrace overlooking the ocean and the mountains. Reception girls Mara and Lora were very helpful. Great communication. There are several swimming pools on site, the one right near the reception was wonderful and heated.

We stayed in the swim up room for 2 nights and it was the perfect get away, the staff were just amazing so friendly and made our trip perfect! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone as it’s brilliant.

The hotel is new and beautiful. When you walk in the reception area you can see the huge pool overlooking the sea. We did Royal level which gave us access to a buffet restaurant, a bar and a different pool which was heated and looked over the sea. We also had a swim up room which was just perfect. The room was very comfortable and big and bright. I really can’t fault the facilities. The location is handy as you can easily walk to the rubicon marina, or go along the front to an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Fantastic building! We were blown away with the entrance and hospitality when we arrived. A large complex with everything you need - restaurant, bars, pool entertainment. The bedroom was superb with lots of extras which made it feel extremely worth it. The bed was so comfy and everything felt great quality. We really enjoyed our swim up room. The pool area was lovely and clean and we enjoyed the entertainment. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the sea/beach.

Lovely villa, super clean. The host Ismael had great communication. The pool is perfect. The pool guy even comes every morning before you are up and cleans it. It's a short walk to some restaurants (4 mins) and the beach but just outside of the busy and loud main strip (15 mins), so perfect for a family. There were 5 of us 2 teenagers and 9 years old, and the villa was plenty big enough. The air-conditioning is great and was well received the week we stayed as it was extremely hot. The villa is also close to rancho texas, which we went to for a day and an evening (walking distance) The washing machine and all appliances worked great, and there is a manual with clear instructions on how to use most things. There is also an outside shower, which was really useful Check-in and out were super easy, and the villa was easy to find, only 8 mins away from the airport. I would highly recommend this villa to a family. it's definitely in the perfect location, in my opinion.

I loved the pool area. Lots of room, sun loungers. So clean. Gorgeous heated pool. Cleaned every morning. Such a peaceful area about 20 minute walk to the main strip. Inside the villa is clean airy and spacious. There was water and snacks and treats when we arrived which is such a lovely touch. The showers are big and fab. The beds are so comfy. Halfway through our stay the villa was cleaned, fresh bedding and towels. Ismael was so helpful and friendly. There to answer any queries. I cant wait to go back - thanks so much Ismael :)

just like in the pictures. Ismael greeted us upon arrival and talked us through the information pack. He was very approachable and you got the sense that he would go above and beyond to help in any way. the pool was fabulous, and just the right temp for the time of year. Pool cleaned on a daily bases (early in the morning) Beds were very comfortable and all white goods were clean and functioning. we stayed 11 nights and the Villa was cleaned for us after a week.

The area where we stayed was very quiet and easy for us to go down to the main strip. We were able to use the buses and walk everywhere very central to all the restaurants and bars. The pool was lovely and clean. The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of towels. Had towels for the pool as well.

The little villas are located near a village, in a rural and very quite environment. The place is very peaceful, well decorated, simple and functional. We particularly appreciated the garden with the pool and the fact that the room and the bathroom were very very clean. Communication with the host was smooth and clear. Simply a great relaxing week.

The property is a very good size, with lots of facilities including a private pool, large garden area and outside hot tub It was very clean and well maintained and is very secure with automated gates and a second locked door into the gardens. Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the marina, restaurants and shops.

Spotlessly clean villa in an excellent location. Friendly informative staff. We were there with our two young adult sons. The villa was big enough to give us all privacy, with a great pool area and good sized pool. Close to the marina, and even within walking distance of the beautiful Papagayo beaches. The two local beaches are also very nice, and just a few minutes walk.

Great facilities, quiet location - make sure you make the effort to do the Caldera Blanca walk (3 hours) which has spectacular views and starts only 5 minutes drive from the villa...

We stayed at Villa Feel in April and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way – stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the luxuries of a top-quality getaway. The space itself is beautifully designed – modern and tastefully decorated, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we especially appreciated the outdoor dining area for lazy breakfasts and relaxed dinners. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool and terrace area. It was spotlessly clean and a perfect place to unwind in the sunshine. We spent many afternoons just lounging by the pool and soaking up the peaceful surroundings. The location is ideal – in a quiet residential area yet still close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was a great base for exploring the island, and coming back to such a tranquil setting each evening was a real treat. The host was also fantastic – responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right for our arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Villa Feel to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing stay in Lanzarote. A truly memorable holiday!

How can I describe perfection. Before we arrived Elizabeth and I had been speaking back and forward on WhatsApp.So I felt I knew her before we arrived.They met us we were 7 and walked us around the house and explained how everything worked . Photographs do not do it justice and Elizabeth and Jose are incredible hosts. There's absolutely nothing that you need to bring except your bikini. They have two kitchens one is beside the pool which we lived in the other kitchen we just used the fridge for storage. I had the master bedroom which had a huge balcony and the view from there the spectacular. The beds were comfy the place was spotless every cooking utensil you needed plus all the electric gadgets. The kids love the pool and they had left them noodles and lilo's and a big huge donut looked like a watermelon. I could go on and on but you have to witness this wonderful property in these wonderful people. A very happy Canadian family.

The villa was beyond our expectation. It was clean, had all the amenities and facilities. The pool was nice temperature, the location was quiet, away from tourist area, but is in walking distance to the town center for food, coffee, pastries and supermarket. We stayed by the pool pretty much all week we were there because it was so perfectly quiet, no need to go to the beach! Plus a bonus is the location gets a nice cool breeze all day so we weren't overheating! The location of the villa in Tias was perfect. It's 10 minutes drive to and from the airport, 10 minutes drive to Arricefe, Puerto del Carmen, 20 minutes for Playa Blanca, and 35 minutes to go up the mountains. Elisabet and Jose were great hosts! They welcome us and were very friendly. They are very easily reachable on whatsapp and gave us many great recommendations! When we go back to Lanzarote, we will be rebooking the villa again.

We absolutely loved this Villa, it was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. The pool was fab, my teenagers loved it, it was a good size. we loved the games room, especially the ping pong table. The kitchen area near the pool and the master bedroom with the balcony is fab. Good location, we hired a car so was a 5 min drive to 2 supermarkets, 10 minutes to other resorts, Matagorda was our favourite resort. I would 100% recommend this beautiful villa to anyone thinking of booking. The hosts, Elisabet and Jose Pablo were very welcoming but not at all intrusive, communication and check in was fab and quick. Would love to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we booked staff were so helpful and kept in touch to make our checkin hassle free villa was way beyond our expectations- spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful pool area with shower and shaded sitting area. Ensuite bedroom had seaview. All beds very comfortable. We had one minor problem but this was dealt with immediately. To sum it up this is easily the best place we ever stayed! A little bit further from beach than we realised but public transport is very handy and only 5 min to flamingo 🦩 beach or 7 to Playa Blanca or a 20 min walk. Florian was also very helpful, well done all. We will definitely return.

The villa was honestly the best we have rented. They have thought of everything there was even an air fryer (not that you do much cooking ) the point is the facilities were fantastic. There were usb charger plugs available too which was an added bonus. Plentiful crockery even pool friendly glasses. The contact from the owner/representative is great just enough not over the top. Thank you were would definitely recommend it.

Villa Ascanio is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything is so well thought through, my boys especially loved the pool table. The facilities are amazing and we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible! A little far from town, if no car but perfect for hanging out with friends! There are plenty of taxis available and bikes. It accommodated 7 of us perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely incredible! We would recommend and absolutely be back!

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We were here for 8 days, and the villa has everything we need. We loved having our meals outside in the garden, and using the pool every single day. The villa is very comfortable and homey. It's the perfect place if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday with your family. Location wise It's a close drive to the best beaches of Gran Canaria. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. The owner is also very responsive if you have any questions or issues. We would love to stay here again if we return to Gran Canaria in the future!

The house is wonderful and the outside area really nice. Great pool, benches to soak up the sun, a great sofa and outdoor dining area. We really liked the shading options for the sofa and table which made it really nice to stay out there even in the middle of the day over the hottest hour. The house is in a quiet area and you will need a car when staying there.

Downstairs was a real fun & relaxing place for exercise or a game of pool, watching a film, reading, chatting or having a drink though spending time outdoors day & evening was just as good. The place is big & spacious. There were 9 of us but more than enough space. We all loved it & would highly recommend it. It was very private with a shop around the corner for bits & a taxi rank if you didn't want to walk. It was about 15 minutes walk to Flamingo beach. Taxi's are cheap. We all said we would go there again & recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at villa little star. It is a lovely, spacious and modern villa with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and pool table. The location was good - just 15 mins walk to Flamingo beach, and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The host was great to deal with - very pleasant and responsive to any queries we had. Would definitely return!

The villa was amazing and our host and the lady Suzanne our contact was so helpful and kind. Facilities were really good, we just found the entrance to the pool very slippery…needed to be very careful as one member of our group fell on entering the pool.

We were a family of 9 with age ranges from 2 to 80 and everyone had a fantastic holiday at this luxury Villa. There is plenty of space and bedroom options. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight and used daily. The villa is not overlooked and has lovely views of the mountains and distant sea. The villa was exceptionally clean and cleaners came in every day apart from Sunday to sweep/mop and take out the rubbish (something you don’t always get when renting). The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of BBQ tools. The owner and managing host were super easy to deal with and you will always received a quick response. I would recommend hiring a car as it makes life easier for food shopping and going to the beach although this is not essential as there are taxis. There is a very good restaurant in the complex nearby and a small local supermarket. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Little Star which has a prime position in Vista Lobos.

The most equipped villa we have stayed in, in Playa Blanca. Wee things like oil, tinfoil, dishwasher tabs and washing tabs all in the villa and an amazing range of cooking utensils and crockery. The heated pool and hot tub are fantastic, the villa huge so everyone had more than enough space. The storage in each bedroom was fantastic. Was walking distance to the front and supermarket very close. The staff and communication were fantastic we had a small issue one day and it was a quick what’s app message to them and they were out and fixed it right away.

As previous reviewers have said, this beautiful villa has been thoughtfully set up with absolutely everything you would need for an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay. The photos look good but it exceeds them in what it delivers in space and vista. I absolutely loved sitting on the roof terrace as the light faded. The view of the palm trees and the mountains in the distance was perfect. The street is quiet and you never feel overlooked. The pool is an excellent size, warm and well maintained. Loved everything about this stay. I feel that it will be hard to for any future villa rental to live up to this one. The price is more than fair and worth every penny. It is a 15/20 min walk to town and sea but my son and I enjoyed it and my husband and daughter ordered a cab! 😂. The taxi is less than 5 euros and arrives very quickly. Once on the beach, the sea was as clear and as turquoise as the pool. This is a quiet laid back resort but that means nowhere felt overcrowded. There are beach toilets and public toilets at the port. The walk beyond there, along the coast was beautiful too. The weather was ideal with a warm breeze all day and the air con in the villa was super effective and welcome at night.

We had a wonderful stay in Verano Brisa Villa. The villa is very nice and comfy, fully equipped, with a clean swimming pool and a big garden. We were also enjoying the sunrise from the rooftop terrace :) All the needed information was sent by the host in advance, who is very kind and helpful, and also supported us in an emergency situation! During our stay the neighborhood was very quiet. There is a parking place as well. A nice beach could be reached by foot as well as a shopping center and Eurospar supermarket. The location is also good (in the middle of the island) so easy to explore different places and destinations :) Very grateful for the amazing place and time spent in Verano Brisa Villa <3

The beds ensure a perfect nights sleep. The outdoor area is large with a number of seating areas. All very comfortable. The jewel in the crown has to be the heated pool which is well maintained and is cleaned during your stay. Villa is situated in a quiet area, yet close to Caleta de Fuste for shops, restaurants etc. Communication with the friendly hosts was excellent.

The villa was exceptional. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed, pool gorgeous, when you opened the doors onto the garden area it was like outside coming in. Aircon, particularly welcome in the bedroom and was a god send at night as it was hot. We even managed to log into out Netflix account on evenings when we didn't want to go out. My husband and I spent a lot of time there as we were so comfortable and relaxed. In my opinion it is a long walk to restaurants, bars and shops but that all depends on your fitness and mobility. We always hire a car so for us it wasn't a problem . We will definitely be back.

The villa is beautiful. Lovely comfortable rooms. Patio & pool area lovely. It is a good walk into town. But you either drive, get a taxi. Or hire a bike or e scooter.

Being able to open up the back of the house onto the garden was great especially with the lovely pool area.

The outdoor space was very big and open, the pool was a good size. Carly came in for a mid stay clean and she was very thorough and pleasant, the house was very clean when she left.

The owners are very helpful with everything! Usually, in the villas, i find no coffee, tea, sugar, or toilet roll upon arrival. However, this time, it was provided along with a bottle of wine. The house is exactly like in the pictures and very clean. There is nothing I can fault! It is a 30-minute walk to the Playa blanca beach or to the natura garden, 10 minutes walk to the closest shop. The house is in the area of Montaña Roja mountain, which you can see from the house it is 1 minute walk.

We are just back from a 10 nights stay in Charming House and it was absolutely fantastic . The Villa was emaculate and it had everything we needed..Its the Best supplied holiday home we have ever stayed in.. We went as a family off 4 adults and a baby . Highchair and cot was supplied as well as a lovely Halloween 🎃 pumpkin full of sweets . Towels and bedding are all supplied so no need to take any with you . The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc .. kitchens have coffee machine and pods were supplied also and numerous kinds of tea .. pool area is absolutely gorgeous and the views are to die for ...We would definitely all go bk to this villa , we all had an absolutey brilliant holiday....

Modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with massive tv on which we enjoyed watching the club World Cup. Comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. Loads of really nice touches everywhere you looked. Great heated pool and spacious lounge area outside with really nice planting and ambient lights at night. The covered outside seating area was very comfortable also and though we dined out most nights we even managed to use the BBQ which was great. It’s a nice quiet area and about 15-20 minute walk to Rubicón Marina area which we enjoyed though we did hire a car which was very good value. There were plenty of taxis available also though we never needed one. Never got to meet our hosts but the friendly communication was excellent from start to finish and it was reassuring to know they were there if needed. I honestly feel nothing would have been too much trouble for them.

The villa is wonderful. My children spent hours in the pool. The garden is lovely with beautiful cacti. It had everything you need and more in terms of kitchen equipment etc It’s about a 20min -30min walk to Rubicon Marina where there are lots of restaurants. There is a shop closer. The villa is situated in an area of lots of other villa in different stages of construction but it was quiet, there was no building work happening when we were there.

Beautiful comfortable villa with heated pool. You will find here everything you need for a great holiday. Beautiful backyard with BBQ and comfortable garden furniture to enjoy relaxed nights under the pergola. Great welcome package and great coffe machine. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need We absolutely recommend this villa.

We had a fantastic week at the Villa. Artur and Katrina have a beautiful villa and it’s very clear that they take good care if it. From the time we booked the villa for our holiday right up to the day of departure communication with Artur was fantastic. Any question I asked was answered quickly and in detail. We did not have any issues; the instructions provided for accessing the villa on arrival were very clear. The Villa you see from the Photos is exactly what you get. The care and attention that Artur and Katrina have put into the villa is very clear and to the highest standard making sure guess have everything they need to have an enjoyable and restful holiday. Each of the rooms are tastefully furnished and not lacking any comforts. The location of the villa is about 5 minutes’ drive from the Rubicon Marina, and we found it to be quiet and homely. We really enjoyed out time at the villa and would book it again.

Fantastic Villla, clearly a lot of effort has gone into the decor and facilities. It is very modern and secure being in a gated community which can only be accessed with a key fob or code. Very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Artur, the host was very attentive and answered any questions very quickly. We had a car but it is only around a 10 mins walk to the sea front, the area around the Villa is very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Villa Playa Blanca highly enough!

Location is quiet and only for guest closed place. Close to the private marina with whole bunch of amazing boats and great restaurant (Yacht club). And the host (even we did not met her) was amazing, helpful and gave us enough information we needed.

I have stayed in 10 other villas on this island and this is the best. it’s the little touch’s that separates it from the rest and they have thought of everything.

The whole villa, facilities and equipment provided were absolutely superb. The pool was the warmest heated pool we have ever experienced in a villa.

We have just spent 2 weeks at the luxury Casa Conil villa and have loved every minute. The villa is very spacious and has every thing you need. 4 large bedrooms and an excellent mastet suite. The pool is huge and heated which meant we spent alot of time in it. Hotub also a great bonus for when the sun starts to drop. The location was ideal for us, only a short drive or taxi to a main area like puerto del carmen, but far enough away for peace and tranquility! Mark is a great and accommodating host, loved the welcome basket and he's only a message away if you need anything. We would love to return one day and would definitely recommend 👌

The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location, and equipped with fantastic facilities. The heated pool was amazing and so was the jacuzzi. Both of these were fantastically fresh and clean. The house facilities were exceptional. Bathrooms first class and the lounge and TV options perfect for the quiet night in. The kitchen has everything you would need and the fridge and freezer 1st class. The owner is fantastic offering suggestions and local stores and bars. The welcome box of nibbles and drinks is a lovely touch and very appreciated You will not be disappointed staying here.

Welcoming host. On hand to greet us and show us around. Available for queries when we had them. Prompt responses received. A lovely spot. Splendid views south towards the sea. Glorious sunrises and sets. The pool was splendid. My only regret not being able to make best use of thanks to a bug prior to visiting. This may be sad but we are way to old to go "clubbing"! a TV with UK channels was great for the evenings. We would love to return at some point.

Really amazing place with excelent architecture and nice pool.Also kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. You can chill and relax here all day long and feel peace and enjoy positive atmosphere or you can practise some yoga or stretching(there is special area for it with great view) Anthony is friendly and helpfull and give us some usefull tips abput beaches and restaurants. Bonus was very original breakfast(little bit pricey),where Kelo prepared special dishes in front of us. I really recommend it. I hope we will return here again soon :)

The hotel is absolutely incredible, the owners curated the most thoughtful space. It's the perfect place to unwind and find some peace. Chef Kalo prepared inventive, nutritious meals for us during our stay. We ended our holiday with a spa day, it was the perfect end to a beautiful stay. Highly recommend staying here and allowing your body to soak in the warmth, peace, and tranquility this hotel has to offer.

Pedro's house is amazing! The outside area offers everything you could possibly imagine: a good size salt water pool, kids playground, bbq, kitchen and table area for al fresco dining and a tropical garden (Pedro also gifted us mangoes, avocadoes and dragoni fruits from it)! We were a big group of 11 people of which 4 kids and we never felt there was not enough space for all of us. Having three kitchens available (and three fridges where to store food and drinks) was also great to cook for that many people. The tropical garden was good also to let baby nap in the buggy in the shade whilst we all had fun in the pool! Pedro was an incredible host helping us with anything we asked for (and more).

We had an amazing time at Villa Diaz Aleman. We stayed for 8 days with 8 people, working remote during the week and exploring the island at the weekends. We had all we needed. Three kitchens, three fridges, a pool, enough space for yoga etc. The villa is located close to Maspalomas where you can find anything you need. Free parking space is in front of the house. Also the couple living in the ground floor of the villa was really friendly and helpful, as well as the owner! So we can highly recommend that place for big groups! 😊

The villa was very clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. We found everything we needed without any trouble. The swimming pool was excellent and it was great to have a little fence around it as this was very safe with our toddler. Pedro was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful! One of our favourite nights of the holiday was when he helped us to cook homemade pizzas in the pizza oven.

Beautiful, safe villa for families with all the facilities you could ask for. Salt pool & outdoor kitchen were our favourite parts. Hosts are lovely and responsive, amenities are close by car and beaches/ shopping etc 15 20 minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Highly recomend checking out the "Tipsy bee" restaurant and mas palomas beach

We were provided with two travel cots and two highchairs for our twins. The play area was fantastic for kids. Gated pool prefect for safety of young children too.

We have just coming to the end of 10 glorious days in Villas Anaïs. The photos didn't disappoint, in fact reality is even better. The location is nice and quiet and within easy reach of major locations along the coast. The pool is fabulous and a great size for 4 adults and the outdoor bbq area is ideal for eating and shade. The house is fully equipped and we couldn't find fault with anything. Anaïs is a wonderful host, warm and very charming. If we are ever back in Tenerife this is definitely the first place I'll try to book. It is a wrench to have to leave paradise in Villas Anaïs. Villas Anais is a great house with a pool. It has large spacious rooms, cooking utensils and a wonderful ocean view. There are numerous large supermarkets within 5 minutes' drive and Siam Mall (considered one of the best in Teriffe) is 15 minutes away. The hosts Anais and Hugo were attentive and assisted our stay.

The villa had so much character, stylish and spacious, the pool and various seating areas were lovely.

The location was just perfect for us, away from the hassle and bustle of the typical tourist places. The villa was very comfortable, with everything we needed, clean, spacious, well-equipped, fantastically decorated, smart TVs etc. We dined out almost every night and we would recommend Delhi Village Restaurant, only a 15-minute walk; Steak 21 (Urban Kitchen) only 5 min walk. We also drove to the Cable Car Volcano and it was good (book tickets in advance). There are Lidl and Aldi supermarkets nearby, about a 10 min drive, but you can do a quick shopping in 2 local shops within walking distance. If you are looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay, don't look any further, this is the place! We would consider going back 😉

Without a doubt the best property we have stayed in during trips to various Canary Islands. On our arrival the host David met us and explained everything to us, sending me a list of restaurants later. He checked back with us when it was very windy one night and followed up with me after our departure. As for the house itself- superb- gated parking, no steps to climb, relaxing lounge, 4 bedrooms, comfortable bed, TV in every bedroom (not that we watched any TV), fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Apart from this little touches such as coffee pods, jams, sugar, shower gels etc made for a more personal stay. Enjoyed the pool on a couple of occasions too. Great base for our daily hikes. Totally recommend it and El Hierro.

The situation of the property was amazing. Everything about it was superb. Having a pool too was super special.

The villa is very pretty with a lovely homely feel. It's very well laid out with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. The pool is saltwater which is a great bonus. It was warm enough to swim in although my wife Sarah is a chill swimmer back in England so she was using it regardless. I even used it despite avoiding anything more than paddling in UK. 😁 We appreciated the bottle of wine and large bowl of fruit. 👍 Local groceries are only 5 minutes away in the car. The barbecue was a great thing to make use of too. Recommend Playa Flamingo for visiting a very safe beach. Thank you Julia for the use of your lovely villa. Andy n Sarah X

Villa Callero has to be the best villa we have had the pleasure to stay at. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Air conditioning throughout. The outside area is well kept and the small rose garden is a nice touch. The pool is cleaned every 3 days. you will need transport as it's a little too far for the restaurants, car is best and there is a driveway. There are also the scooters dotted about. There are a few shops in walking distance. But best of all is how peaceful it is, both outside and in. It's nice to chill out in the lounge after a long day at the vineyards, pop the sound system on turn on the lamps and unwind. Perfect.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and very well equipped and the owners are very pending of every little detail, They gave us a lot of information and tips for Lanzarote and they were always in touch to check if we needed anything. They were beyond nice! We were about to take the ferry to Fuerteventura and they even came to bring us some surf t-shirts that my kids forgot in the house!! Really amazing people!

The property was beautiful. It was clean, large and had more than you’ll need. Well worth the money. Cristo greeted us with a gift and also farewelled us with a gift. He was an amazing host. He gave us a tour of the house, a nice introduction to the island as well, showing us on a map the common locations to visit and the good restaurants to eat at. Great person. Thanks Cristo.

A beautiful villa tucked away in the tranquil western end of playa Blanca . The grounds of the villa were pristine and picturesque to ensure a relaxing, peaceful holiday experience due to the wonderful owners of the property taking the time to make sure our holiday was to a high standard.

Youngest son loved downstairs seating area and effective wifi and adults enjoyed great stock of books which we added to when we left. Villa well positioned for airport, restaurants, bars golf and nearby towns. Owner Luis and his wife were quick to answer any queries and went above and beyond to provide great service - even did a small shop for us as we were arriving after shops closed.

Great house for the family. We all loved the pool area. Clean pool with a lovely temperature to enjoy all hours of the day. 3 bathrooms with showers was very convenient. Social area downstairs was great for evening conversations.

the villa is beautiful and spotlessly celan. Plenty of areas outside to sit and relax.. lovely comfortable sunloungers to relax after swim in the pool. All types of utensils and crockery in kitchen, two areas on different floors to sit and watch tv or for children to play boardgames..the air con was brilliant as weather was very warm when we were there. the wifi was amazing,, best we have had on any stays in the Canary Islands. Luis is a fabulous host and supplied us with all the information we needed.. he is at the end of the phone if you need anything during your stay and was even kind enough to get some groceries in for us as we were arriving in late. Beautiful views from roof terrace and a lovely area to sit and watch sun go down. Look foward to returning sometime in the near future.

Villa Golf y Mar exceeded our expectations, with a very courteous and friendly host who not only met us outside to let us in, but also was available at all times for any enquiries and went out of his way to meet us early in the morning to pick up the keys. The villa itself was very clean and relaxing to spend time in. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool which enabled us to take a dip at any time of day. With the well equipped kitchen and fully stocked charcoal bbq on the patio, eating at the villa was very pleasant, with multiple eating areas outside and also a large dining conservatory. We couldn't have asked for any more and all members of our family of all ages enjoyed our stay. We would come again and recommend it to our family and friends.

I highly recommend this Villa. All of our stay was just great. Starting with a very kind and friendly owner Luis, who was always supporting and providing great service. Vill itselve is a very lovely place, including a very nice swimming pool, grill and all what you need on your holidays. We were travelling with 4 teenagers and house was more then big enough and having 3 bathrooms it was maximum comfort. Car parking just in front of the house without any problems. To reach the Ocean is about 10 min walk, to the closest beach this one with stones. Sand beach is less then 10 minutes to drive. Very nice restaurants and small Port village is again about 10 min to drive. Lovely selection of the local food.

This is a wonderful property, very well equipped, immaculate, and with a high level of comfort. The outdoor area is just so beautiful with a nice pool, barbecue and a well furnished dining area perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The villa is full of little touches and the owners excellent hosts, Mr Paco and his lovely wife gave us a nice welcoming and left for us some goodies ( wine, water, milk, crackers and jam) . The rest of the house ( bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge are also comfortable and very clean The urbanization is very quiet but close to supermarkets and beaches and lots of places of interest around. A good selection of restaurants in El Cotillo ( lovely town) and Villaverde ( only 4 km inland ).

From start to finish our holiday villa was perfect . Friendly and instant communication with the owners before we flew out and when we got there. The villa was perfect and has a real home from home vibe. The owners/host are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. So many personal touches in the villa down to all the little things you would normally need to purchase are provided. The pools is a perfect size and kept in a great clean condition Perfect family villa in a perfect location 10 min drive to main location/shops . Supermarket 5 mins walk from the villa .

This villa is amazing, it is so well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday! Pool was lovely with a great BBQ and seating area outside. The owner was so helpful and friendly! It is in a great location, but you do need a car! We all had an amazing time and would not hesitate to book this villa again! Thank you Villa Amistad!

This villa is an outstanding property. So comfortable, well quipped, and luxurious. It had everything we needed. The terrace is lovely, the dining/living room is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the bedrooms are quiet and dark with comfortable beds. Paco and Pino are excellent hosts/owners and we enjoyed our visits with them at the beginning and end of our week at their pool villa.

Christel was the perfect host, she was there if you needed any assistance, but left you alone to enjoy your holiday if you didn't. Love her attention to detail even inside the cupboards and drawers.

Villa was stunning with every little touch you could imagine to make your stay stress free. Christel was an amazing host... met us on arrival and when we departed. Was always on hand via WhatsApp. We hired a car from the airport and this enabled us to explore the island easily.

The villa was faultless with all the amenities you could need. The host went out of her way to welcome us. Our luggage was delayed at the airport and we were late to arrive, nevertheless Christel stayed up and met us to hand over the keys.

The property is very modern , very spacious , very clean and comfortable , it all the essentials you could ask for down to extra toilet roll , all kitchen appliances every thing you could need and more to feel like home from Home it’s a beautiful property

This villa was spacious. Very comfortable and well equipped. The location was a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Marina where there are nice restaurants. We hired a car which could be parked at the property. The bedrooms were large. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We had a lovely stay.

The villa was modern and very well maintained and the kitchen had all the utensils needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible The main bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable It was a nice addition to have a bath in the separate bathroom The outside area has lots of seating and dining areas with views towards the sea The location is very quiet but there are two local supermarkets and a nice little cafe/bar Antonio Some nice promenade walks close by and restaurants are a 5 min drive or taxi or a 15 min walk The owners were so helpful and quick to reply to my text when I struggled with the WiFi code but once connected it had a great signal Big thank you …. We will be back :)

Fabulous villa in a quiet, private location but within walking distance of Marina Rubicon's bars and restaurants. In addition to the 2 supermarkets and cafe that others have mentioned there is now an Indian Restaurant (sister of Indian Delights in central Playa Blanca) within a 5 minute walk, amazing food. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay

Support / advice from the property owner was quick and helpful. Keys were located in a lock-box at the property entrance. The villa was amazing and had everything we needed; we has such a lovely relaxed holiday there. One suggestion would be to have a list of "helpful numbers and information" in booklet form in the villa.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Valentina. The place is super modern, spotlessly clean, and just really beautiful all around. Everything felt really well thought-out, with high-end touches and a great layout—perfect for our group of 8. The pool was wonderful - and having inflatables already in the property which meant we didn't have the usual battle with the kids wanting to buy new! Table tennis and table football also a big hit with the kids. All the facilities were very high end and everything we needed was already there. It made the whole stay really easy and comfortable. Annie, who met us when we arrived was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home and was always available if we had any questions. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a family holiday (with one or two family's). It has everything you need, multiple levels (so you have enough privacy) and a very nice Hostess (Annie!). Annie was really helpfull with our extra questions and such a nice warm person. The house has a great wide ocean view and the pool is perfect for the kids. Especially twith the artificial grass around. If you need a breakfast, then there is a place called Daria's only just 5 minutes walking away. This place has the best breakfast we had in years. We highly recommend this house!!

The view from the terrace and pool was beautiful. Also, the outdoor kitchen is great. The fact that every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom worked really well for us. Given the location of the villa you can easily pick if you want to stay in or go out. Supermarkets, sport facilities are also nearby. Lastly, the parking inside the villa works for up to 3 cars which is Handy for bigger group. So overall, for us as a big family it was nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood. With a lot of space and equipment in the indoor & outdoor kitchen for cooking.

The villa is beautiful. Whilst there is only one bedroom with en suite, a lounge and separate kitchen, each room is spacious and finished to a high standard. The pool is small, but again perfectly adequate for a couple or small family and is salt water rather than chlorinated which seems to be kinder on your skin. The kitchen is well appointed with all the usual appliances you'd expect and the utility room by the pool has a washing machine too. The location is very quiet for the vast majority of the time, being located in what is essentially a village. There are at least 4 restaurants, 2 shops and a pharmacy within easy walking distance though and the village centre has a very pleasant park area with a fountain feature, all overlooked by the beautiful church... There is even EV charging available if required! The people in the village were all very friendly, happy to help at all of the places we visited and made us feel at ease whenever we went. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings then this place is pretty hard to beat. We're already planning our next visit!

The house really was a showstopper, with stunning artwork and carefully crafted interiors and modern appliances. Although the swimming pool is not huge, it was big enough for us. The separate kitchen house, bathroom and bed in the house deserve a special mention. The kitchen had really modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. If your intention is to walk around the rest of the island on a daily basis, it is worth noting that the house is located high in the mountains and on arrival from the coast the last 15 km and 20 minutes are a serpentine road. Personally, I liked driving this kind of road, but it may not appeal to everyone. There was usually free parking nearby, a couple of times I had to take a few minutes' walk further away. There are a few interesting attractions nearby that are worth checking out.

Very nicely renovated house with beautiful bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. Great swimming pool. Santa Lucia is very nice small town with great bar on the corner, close to the house.

The villa is beautiful, the pool and the modern looking inside is perfect ! The kids and us enjoyed it so much !

100% recommend Allureh Emblematic! A luxurious destination in a beautiful part of the island, where it's possible to disconnect and relax.

Everything about Vila Pol was spectacular. It is a large villa with an amazing kitchen and living room with large screen TV and 2 super comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. All appliances are top of the range. The pool area is amazing. Very large marble heated pool. There is also a shaded area to enjoy breakfast and lunch outside. There is also a utility area to the side of the vila with washing machine which leads on to an open area with clothes line. The property manager Shani was extremely helpful and always available for any queries. Vila Pol was absolutely spotlessly clean.It is a 5 minute leisurely stroll into the Marina so location was perfect. I cannot find any fault with Vila Pol. We will definitely return.

It was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, the garden really well maintained. We could see the sea from the garden. We loved having breakfast outside. We loved the location - a short walk to the gym and only a 10 - 15 minute walk down to the shops and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect – 10/10 Stay at Villa Pol! We had an amazing stay at Villa Pol. The villa was immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean, and had a sleek, modern feel throughout. The views of the sea were absolutely stunning, and the whole place felt incredibly spacious. It’s in a fantastic location, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful villas and houses, yet conveniently close to the NEW Superdino and just a short walk to the Marina, which is a lovely spot to explore. If you're after a livelier evening, Puerto del Carmen is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, offering a wider choice of bars and restaurants. Villa Pol was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. It truly exceeded our expectations, and I’m already planning a return visit next year. Highly recommended – 10/10!

The villa is big with all kinds of facilities to enjoy. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness, pool, table tennis, outside lounge and outside kitchen and dining. And it all works. The house is clean and practical for bigger groups as there are plenty rooms all over the house. The garden is protected from wind so a little bit of sun is enough to enjoy it.

The welcoming was so kind, she helped us in everything.🥰 The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything that you need for feel the home and vacation vibe.🥰 It was an awesome and greatful time here, we left our heart in Tenerife and in this villa I swear.🥰

It was a stunning, modern property. Everything was wonderful and even when a couple of things went a little wrong they were quickly fixed.

This place is an absolute dream! The pool area is hidden from the wind and very private without being overlooked by any neighbours. The restaurant nearby is expensive but exceptional. The walk to the town is nice along the beach and we also enjoyed a few bike rides to the nearby town to stock up on food supplies.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Famara! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views, yet still peaceful and private. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities a family could need. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor space is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Perfect for families, with plenty of room for everyone to feel at home. We liked the villa very much. The rooms are nice and tastefully furnished. We loved very much the coffe maker, which we used every day. The pool was regulary heated every day and we spend a lot of time on the cosy sofas and deck chairs by the pool. In the villa and around the villa we found everything very clean. Wifi was excelent in and around the house.

We absolutely loved our week of winter sun staying at Villa Ariana. The hosts were warm, welcoming and helpful. Everything was fantastic but we particularly loved…. The heated pool, the south facing terrace, the large number of extremely comfortable sofas (both inside and out), lots of fluffy towels, the well stocked kitchen, the huge number of English channels and APPs on the TV, the serenity of the surroundings and the spacious feel. The villas location was perfect for our family. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket and close to the beach and the gorgeous marina. The centre of Playa Blanca is also within walking distance and a short taxi ride away.

A very peaceful area of Playa Blanca, which was also convenient for the shops and nearby marina.

We liked everything about this villa. It’s nicely decorated, spacious for two people and has everything you might need. The outdoor area is superb and we spent a lot of time at the pool. It offers good privacy.

We had a really wonderful stay! The villa was even more spacious and looked even better than the photographs and Renato was such a welcoming host. We felt very at home and comfortable in the villa, and it was the perfect location from which to explore the Corralejo dunes, beaches and Lajares volcano craters. We'd definitely love to come back!

The property was well situated and the view from the pool area was beautiful! The rooms were spacious, clean and the entire villa was beautifully presented with lots of space and areas to relax! We had one small issue with the pool in the beginning and Andy was straight round to sort it for us! Both Andy and Rocio are so helpful and wonderful owners, only a phonecall or text away! We only stayed for ten days and halfway through they organised a towel and linen changedor us! I will be highly recommending this villa to family and friends and I hope to return to Villa Roma again in the future! The best holiday I have had in years. Thank you 😊

This beautiful villa is well situated, very quiet, still nearby the promenade. The place was very spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds and all kitchen facilities. We absolutely loved the big swimming pool with incredible view. Great hosts who were always available for any kind of questions. Highly recommended !

1st time in Lanzarote, beautiful villa, lots of space indoors and out. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, lovely pool which was cleaned twice by Andy whilst we were there. Great location 15-20 mins walk to the promenade
