It's a gem. Super clean, seems new or refurbished.Staff is wonderful. Food healthy and great. Facilities great. Two pools at the hotel- third one with a stunning view of the sea 1min across the road.What I liked is they don't play dumb music by the pools. It's a peaceful, quiet place where you can really unwind. Seems to attract guests who are respectful.We had a suite with a private pool- amazing. Only minus is our room was quite cold- heating didn't work (I guess switched off for the start of the season?). But there was an extra duvet and a blanket. We arrived late, shattered and the welcome was warm and they left some food for us in the room.

We had a room with a balcony that allowed us to go straight out to the chill out pool on the terrace. The food was also very good quality for buffet style, not like some canteen style hotel restaurants. The beach pool was brilliant allowing for the option of both going in the sea and swimming pool. The sun is shining onto the pool area until approximately 8pm allowing for late sunbathing.

This hotel is so nice, smells great wherever you go! The spa is very nice (2 saunas, one small pool, showers), also has a gym you can use 24/7. There are two outdoor pools (one smaller in “the chill zone” and one bigger). The very popular Sa Cala beach club is right across the street from the hotel and you can exclusively use their pool area as a guest of the hotel, which also has a separate exit to the sea. The hotel is right across the very nice beach Esmeralda (that is often crowded though). And the food! This was the best food that I have ever had in a hotel so far in my life! We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food was always amazing and there was a large variety of dishes every night. We stayed for 7 nights and every night there were new dishes to choose from, it is impossible to be hungry if you choose a half board in this hotel! The desserts were also amazing; every night different cakes and sweets, a large variety of fresh fruit (especially in the morning). Regarding location, you can walk (about 15-20 min) to the center of the town where all the restaurants and bars are :) All in all: I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you’re in Mallorca!

Can Ferrereta is truly a gem. The quality of the property, experience, and staff exceeded that of other stays in more expensive properties in Mallorca. The hotel was a highlight of our stay and we look forward to returning in the future. Things to know: The spa includes a small sauna and steam room as well as an indoor pool but note, the pool is not heated. In early October, the outdoor pool was frigid but refreshing. On a sunny day, the pool area was completely full but the hotel was quiet and tranquil. The staff are friendly and kind. Valet parking is €30/day. The village of Santanyi is quiet at night but very alive on Saturday and Wednesday which are local market days. The beach in Santanyi is pleasant.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Santanyi and as soon as you enter to the lobby you will find yourself in a luxury oasis of peace. The hotel is brand new and they have done an excellent job of renovating with a minimal cool mediterranean design for the interior. The breakfast is served à la carte and the food is really good…same great quality also for the pool bar and the restaurant for dinner. The swimming pool area is really beautiful and it’s a perfect place to chill during the afternoon. The staff is young and very careful to meet all your needs. As the hotel is quite new, there are obviously some problems that have yet to be resolved, which for sure they will solve quickly. - the courtyard, where the breakfast is served, at the moment is without sun umbrellas, so at the morning was a bit a competition to have the few tables in the shade. - if the hotel is full (like when we were there) there are not enough sun beds at the pool area, so also there, if you don’t get the beds in the early morning you need to wait few hours before to have one. (not all the couple of beds have their own umbrella) - the last row of sun beds where placed in some little gardens but it was always full of mud on the floor! In any case we loved this hotel and we hope to come back soon!

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception, valet parking, breakfast, beach pool bar, SPA, dinner, and housekeeping, for our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. The sunbeds are so soft, the attention to detail to have extra large pool towels is wow. Great food all round with reasonable prices on the premises. Good location for key beach attractions and in the end not that far from Palma. The pool is gorgeous. Facilities top. Ultra comfy hotel. Simply an oasis. Equally, the small touches of giving you water and towels for the beach was great.

We visited Can Ferrereta for 4 nights following our wedding ceremony in Palma. We rented a car from the airport and the hotel is approximately 45 minutes drive from central Palma, but closer to 35 to the airport - we parked at a local free car park in Santanyi throughout our stay with no issue (5 minute walk to hotel). We loved the minimalist and slick decor of the hotel, which was surprisingly big once you were inside given the street size of Santanyi. There is a great pool area with plenty of beds to choose from, right next to the bar where you can order drinks and lunch snacks. Adjacent to the pool is the spa (also has an indoor pool) and gym - we used both of these facilities during our stay and were very happy with them. We were very happy with the room itself - which was large and felt well arranged, with a TV you were able to cast to, an espresso coffee machine, and large dispensers for creams and shower gels etc. The breakfast buffet was quite typical for a hotel of this size, but we felt the a la carte menu elevated the overall breakfast experience with some great options. We did not have dinner at the hotel but instead visit some of the many local restaurants, most of which are located within a 10 minute walking distance. We highly recommend Can Ferrereta for a stay in Santanyi, service and quality was high throughout our stay and there were no faults to report.

Beautiful hotel. If you love and appreciate good design you’ll feel spoilt. The attention to detail from lighting to art to even the light switches is outstanding. We were in room 5 with a little gate and front garden. Room was large and very comfortable.staff are highly professional, calm and organised. The pool area is just stunning. Largely couples when we were there. Very very quiet around pool. Suited us perfectly but possibly not an ideal choice for a group of friends . Food excellent as mentioned in other reviews. We used the gym which again is ultra luxurious. Local town is lovely with good choice of restaurants and lots of interior shops!

Late arrival, staff were waiting for our arrival, luggage taken to room, checked in with a glass of fizz. Woke in the morning to a beautiful location, the photographs don’t do it justice, such a quiet, still location. Breakfast, in fact all food, lovely, taste, pallet, wine, such options!! We had the taster menu, compliments to the whole team…. Wonderful!!! Lazy by the pools, hot tubs, cocktails brought to you, lunch light snacks, healthy smoothies, we worked our way through the menu in the short 4 days we were there, all great tasting!! The SPA…….. where to start, massage, relax, chill, embrace all the natural elements, every experience was so memorable. Staff so wonderful!!! The SPA cannot be missed, we spent most days in there doing something, the waters are definitely healing. Every need was met, lockers, drinks, snacks, left alone, the facility explained, the history, beautiful place. Diner by the pool, topped off the stay. The visit was part of a number of locations for our honeymoon, leaving Paris to come here was the best decision. Diner in Paris was amazing, but a sunset diner by the infinity pool topped it off!! Thank you. The beach….private, quiet, the lodge, shower, toilet refreshments all looked after in the private house. The water was amazing!! 5* location xxx

This hotel has to be experienced to believe how totally rejuvenating it can be. The photos on the site just do not convey enough the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation that you can enjoy here. The separate outdoor jacuzzis and daybeds that are dotted about the grounds allow you to laze in comfort. Two calm pools with more than enough loungers to go round. Breakfast is excellent and eating outdoors is a great way to start the day. The spa pool is refreshing and the gym provides just the right amount of equipment to keep you active.

Fontsanta is a calm and relaxing environment, set in beautiful surroundings. The junior suite boasts private terrace and jacuzzi. The pools are clean and were always quiet when we visited at the start of June. The staff are warm and welcoming, on hand throughout our stay. The spa was also quiet during our visit, allowing for sole use of saunas and thermal pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you for a delightful stay, we will definitely return soon.

We loved Fontsanta. Amazing food and breakfast ! Loved the fact there is two pools so you dont feel like you are on top of each other. Fab beach next door called Es Trenc which gets packed every day but worth the clear crystal waters. Loved the thermal spa within the hotel, really clean and luxurious always quiet which we loved you felt like you had it to yourself and my skin looked amazing after doing the healing water spa every day for four days clear up any spots i had !! The rooms - we had to move around a bit, junior suite night 1 was lovely bould we could hear the suite behind talking in their bedroom at night and when they flushed the loo :( Night two we were in a room in the external block with upstairs and downstairs rooms. DO not book the downstairs rooms if you are noise sensitive as `i heard loos flushing and chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs and actually the second night in that room the upstairs room had a flood so we had water coming through the ceiling spot lights flowing into the bathroom sink luckily. We moved rooms the next day as I found the room too noisy plus it now smelt damp and we moved to an upstairs room which was so much brighter and no noise issue at all. The staff were lovely and very helpful but i think they need more staff when you check out as was little bit of a wait to check out !

This is the most amazing place you can stay in Mallorca. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, very polite, always with a YES attitude. It's located in a privilidge place, next to one of the most iconic beaches in the island (Es Trenc). It has private parking, so no worries of where to leave your rented car. Ammenities are unreal - great pool areas with jacuzzis all over the place, amazing sunsets views. When it comes to the food it was top quality. For breakfast you had a huge variety of local food, plus an ample hot menu you can order. When it comes to dinner, they have also a good variety dishes to choose from with amazing quality all of them. Our room was big and very clean, with top notch design and great taste. Actually the entire interior building looks like a museum. The cherry on top of the icing was the spa with their natural waters and their wide range of massages and relaxing rooms. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Rooms were recently renovated and tastefully decorated. We had access to the private pool which was lovely.

We have just returned from a short stay and we have been blew away. We stayed in a superior deluxe with pool access and it was the best apartments we have ever visited. The decor is stunning and everything is spotless, with beautiful views. It was definitely worth paying more for the pool access as they are super private and relaxing! The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The free paddle board use topped our stay off - we love paddle boarding and we were not expecting free hire! We stayed half board, all meals were tasty and fresh. The location is lovely, yes there are alot of steps - but worth the close proximity to the beach. There are . Spas nearby, on directly behind the hotel (this one is alot cheaper) Cala D’or is a 20 minute walk away. We are looking to book again and will definitely be back - thank you for an amazing stay!

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. We upgraded to the rooms with access to the private pool but both pool areas are great. The pool bar has a good selection of drink and snacks. The main restaurant was great for breakfast, good coffee and selection of hot and cold options. We only ate in the restaurant for dinner on one night which has a good selection of hot and cold options, lovely salad bar. The hotel staff were great, helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, helped being adult only, the pool areas were not too busy. A short walk downhill to the beach. Supermarket and couple of bars nearby. Not far into centre, only 7 Euros in a taxi. Would recommend.

Wir hatten das Eckzimmer in der white swim up Kategorie- sehr komfortabel! Kleines aber feines Zimmer (18m2) und wirklich ein gutes Bett und schöne Kopfkissen! Die Anlage ist generell sehr gepflegt- unser privat Pool war leider nicht so sauber- ich hätte mir einen Kescher gewünscht, aber unsere Hinweise wurden auch gleich umgesetzt! Das Frühstück gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel in dem wir eine wunderbare Zeit hatten!

Es war ein tolles Hotel mit fantastischer Anlage. Das offene Gebäude sieht sehr ansprechend aus und man kann fantastische Sonnenuntergänge auf der Dachterasse genießen. Der Pool ist schön, das Gym und der extra Pool-/ Whirpoolbereich schön und entspannend. Etwas teuer für den Preis, jedoch ist das Frühstück sowie Abendbrot mit überzeugend mit viel Variation. Es werden keine kostenlosen Getränke bzw. nicht einmal Wasser mit dem Abendbrot (Halbpension) gereicht, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten toller Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

The finca is very beautiful with a fantastic view over the landscape and the ocean. The finca has a pool and the rooms itself are very well decorated and designed.

The pool area and our apartment were lovely, we really liked the decor and surroundings of the fica. Apartment was clean and perfectly laid out.

The peace and quiet of this place is amazing! It was lovely to have a bbq area and the little kitchen in our apartment had enough off everything needed. The place is beautiful. We highly recommend it if you like being away from the noise & business of the towns. They also have umbrellas that you can take to the beaches nearby, we loved mascal in portocolom, it had the clearest water.

We really liked this villa. It’s a really good size and the bedrooms are large with huge beds, which were really comfortable. The glass room at the back of the house is a lovely place to have breakfast and we liked having the big table in the garden to eat dinner. great that plenty of towels, including beach towels, were provided. The pool was the perfect temperature- it’s heated but still refreshing on a hot day. Pool hoover was great as it kept the pool lovely and clean. easy walk to the harbour (less than 5 minutes) so we could easily go out for dinner at night - loads of good restaurants in the harbour.

The villa was lovely, it’s really nicely furnished both inside and around the pool with great landscaped garden. There is a sonos system which was great for music inside and outside round the pool, the TVs have all the streaming capabilities so the kids were happy too.The location is ideal with views over the marina from the front bedroom and the main bedroom with great views over the pool and garden. The location is ideal a quick walk to the marina for dining, stocking up at the supermarkets and a couple of the lovely cove beaches within a 10-15minutes walk. What a great place to stay.

Location - short walk to the marina and Spar. 40 mins from the airport. Pool was lovely maintained by the fantastic poolguy. Beds very comfortable. Wifi and Sonos system. Plenty of loungers and seating areas. TV for kids. Hosts were always in touch if we needed anything and offering to help.

The heated swimming pool was everyone's favorite much loved by us all and was cleaned once during the week we were there, lots of outside loungers seating. Lovely large family dining areas inside and outside, nice big comfortable beds, all rooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. Quiet road, located close to the marina, two beaches about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Half an hour walk around the marina to central Cala d'Or or you can hop on the little tourist train, they do get quite busy. Washing machine a real must with small children. Great filter tap for safe drinking water. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is a big must for me.

This villa has everything you could possibly need. We were holidaying with our adult sons and partners. We all had our own bathrooms and nice spacious bedrooms. The pool area was just perfect, loungers, sofas and bean bags plus table and chairs. There was so many areas to sit and relax. Our bedroom had a terrace where we sat and had drinks in the early evening. The port was about a 3 minute walk from the villa where there were a choice of bars and restaurants and a grocery store too.

Villa was spotless and location was perfect! Villa was very spacious inside and out and suited our group perfectly, the pool was required for the hot days and the hot tub was lovely for evenings. Villa was extremely well equipped with cooking utensils etc. Games for all the family was included/available also, air con was a god send on hot days/nights :) Beautiful Cala Murada beach only 7 mins walk from the villa with an amazing beach bar offering excellent cuisine. Overall, I would recommend this villa to any family/group it was exceptional.

The property had everything you could ever need for your stay, the pool area was amazing and very picturesque on an evening.

It was even better than the pictures! We had the most relaxing stay, such a beautiful villa. Kitchen was well equipped, super comfortable beds. A few minutes walk to a superb restaurant and beach with lovely beach bar/restaurant. About 15 minutes walk away are some more lovely restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring the island. This villa was just the perfect place to relax

The property was fabulous, the location was quiet and facilities were great. We had a fantastic week relaxing and exploring the whole island.

The house is a dream, one of the lovliest we have ever rented. It is located in a quiet, beautiful surrounding (need a car!). House and pool were very clean, and there is so much space to relax and chill. Toni is an AMAZING, accomodating host - met us and explained everything. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was exceptionally kind and friendly. The pool was very clean - the pool area beautiful with lots of lounge chairs. The beds were great and nice sheets and blankets and windows with good views. Beautiful beaches are about 25-45 minutes away - it was nice to return to the calming house in the evenings! Can highly recommend - we will be back!

Spacious property. The pool and patio area were excellent. Easy steps for 2 year old to sit on and play on side of pool. Pool water was clean and attendant cleaned whilst there. Sun loungers in great condition. Sun trap all day. Air conditioning was great in bedrooms but did not work properly in kitchen lounge area. Location was peaceful and quiet. Bonus of small holding attached with the chickens and 2 cats. My granddaughter walked down the lane to feed apples to the donkey every morning. Cot and high chair available. Kitchen facilities good.

We found the property perfect for us & our 2 children, they loved the swimming pool, It was so nice to have a house with a pool & sun beds all to ourselves with no distraction. Santanyi town is approximately a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the centre, the road can be a bit busy if walking, they hold a market on a Saturday & close all roads into the town, all the cars park along the road towards the property so its advisable to walk in on Market days. There are two supermarkets close by, Lidl on the main road into Santanyi from Palma & Eroski Centre on the Island coming into Sanyanyi from Palma which we found the better of the two with more choice. Car hire process was very easy just opposite the airport with various car hire companies available, always advisable to pre book your car. We would book again with no hesitation our host Joan was always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp

Spacious house, lovely grounds and pool. Really comfortable beds.

Everything was lovely. Highly recommend. Joan the owner is very responsive and extremely helpful.

Very nice vacations at Cala d'Or. Beatrice was very reactive to answer all our questions. The Villa is beautiful, well located (close to beatch and commodities, in a very calm and quiet neighborhood), clean and well equipped. The indoor pool was also very pleasant! By car, very easy to visit wonderful sites (Mondrago, Es Trenc).

The hotel itself is great it has a rooftop terrace with a pool and amazing views. It offers delicious breakfast and it's in a town that is very close by all the best beaches on the island. And it's also half an hour to an hour drive away from all the parts of the island. Free parking. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The staff are very friendly, they gave information about sightseeing, the breakfast was good as well. The swimming pool Upstairs was a nice area to relax and drink wine, and the self service bar was handy I did not buy anything but I borrowed a bottle opener and wine glass.

The hotel was amazing, the room very comfortable and the pool was just breathtaking. The staff was nothing short of amazing ❤️

Public parking is near the hotel, which always had at least some free space, so parking was stress-free compared to other towns in Mallorca. Across the street from the parking, there is also a bus station. The location of the hotel is great when it comes to the beaches too, a short, pleasant walk. The staff was very kind and helpful from the beginning. Our terrace overlooked the pool, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, and we liked the option to eat by the pool. All in all, we liked this hotel very much, and Cala d'Or was only one of our stops on the trip, but for the next time, we would definitely choose Cala d'Or again, and probably for the length of the whole trip, and in particular INNER Hotel Rupit. We stayed only three nights here, and it felt too short!

Everything. 1. Great location a stone’s throw away from beach (cala gran, cala petite and cala emersion) and the town. When walking pass, there are lots of option to chose from restaurants and shops. 2. Comfy bed, great buffet breakfast and loving swimming pool as it has jacuzzi! 3. Easy to check in, communication with hotel was excellent as I had problem with the flight which delayed upon arrival. 4. Bus stop is not far if you wish to visit different places like i did - Santanyi Town. Also the coach (in which I booked via hoppa website) for pick up from the airport, and drop off right next the hotel. So perfect! so glad weve picked right hotel with reasonable costs for 4 nights.

An absolutely delightful experience. From the warm welcome by the attentive staff to the luxurious, immaculately clean room with breathtaking views of the pool, every detail was great. The hotel’s restaurant offered brilliant food, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The convenient location made exploring the town easy. The high standards of service and attention to detail were consistently impressive, making us feel truly valued. We were celebrating our anniversary, and we highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff are super friendly and will help out with anything and the breakfast was great everyday. The whole hotel was super clean and relaxing, never felt too crowded around the pool and was able to get a sunbed anytime of the day. The room was modern and comfortable. Another toilet off the main living space downstairs. Lovely bright fully fitted kitchen with back door out to back garden area. Another pation area off the living space downstairs with table and chairs . Relaxing pool area, with pool bar and restaurant , always plenty of available sunbeds . Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. A hand written welcome card with bottle of wine from the resort manager, Alejandro, who also came to visit us personally to ensure everything was ok . Location was perfect , big supermarket 2 mins away , and a good selection of bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away . Our faves were Yates for great breakfasts/lunch, Nevada for exceptional service with extensive choice of excelent food for dinner and a little gem of a pub called Molly Malones Irish bar , with the best homecooked sunday lunch and lovely relaxed vibe in the evening for winding down . Easy access to Cala D'Or for a busier night out if required , and 3 small beaches a short walk away. Highly recommend this charming resort in Cala Egos, would definately go back

Staff were very friendly on arrival. We arrived at 10am, check in not until 4pm but were told about luggage room, swimming pool and restaurant facilities that we were able to use prior to this. On getting into our apartment, we were delighted with the facilities, absolutely spotless and a gratefully appreciated surprise and welcome card left for us! Thank you. Beds very comfortable, towels provided etc, air conditioning perfect. Main centre of Cala D'or is a lesiurely 20 minute walk away, the marina is probably half that distance. 7 euros in a taxi from the centre of Cala D'or.Only found loads of other restaurants and shops at the back the Erokski about 100 meters down the road by chance! Theae were very handy if you didn't want to walk into the marina or town again. Swimming pool not that big for swimming given shape and busy times in the pool but fine to cool off. We're hoping to visit ar another point!

Spacious apartments with plenty of room and privacy, quiet complex with no sunbed wars, decent WiFi throughout the whole complex, good air conditioning, friendly staff, complimentary cookies and sweets at reception, easy to communicate with prior to my arrival as our flight didn’t get in until very late at night, sponge, cloth, washing up liquid and washing machine tablets provided, beds and towels changed half way through the week and apartment cleaned, the pool area was kept nice and is conveniently located around apartments, hard working life guards who parents accountable for watching their kids in the pool, mini golf and table tennis plus a little park for small children. No need to buy inflatables as you can rent daily or weekly to suit, great pool bar with competitively priced drinks and food. Conveniently located right next to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and a 5-10 min walk from 2 beaches, so no need to hire a car

The 2 bedroom apartment is huge. Wrap around balcony. 2 sun loungers on the balcony Dinning table on patio down stairs and up on the balcony. Small and personal complex. Nice pool and pool area which was kept clean and tidy. Friendly life guards. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff friendly. Manager came round to introduce himself and asked if everything was ok and if we had any questions. 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers and a down stairs toilet. Washing machine was useful as we were hand luggage only. Iron and ironing board. About a 10 minute walk to the beach which was easy to get to. 2-3 minute walk to the supermarket. No sunbed wars. Rooms cleaned every 4 days but if you need toilet paper or clean towels just ask at reception and they'll give you some. Air conditioning worked well - there was individual air con units in both bedrooms and in the living area down stairs.

Positioned really well in Cala D'or. Close (200metres) to restaurants and bars. There's an Eroski Supermarket at the end of the road, really convenient. A lovely spacious Apartment (214) 30/40 metres away from the bar pool area, we've added a picture looking towards the pool. Nicely appointed kitchen with a hob/ electric oven, large fridge/freezer and plenty of plates, cups etc. A very comfy bed, quite firm but it suited us. Flat screen TV was OK. A very large sun terrace, pretty much caught the sun all day!

Fabulous bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Lots of hot water. Great pool and pool-side bar. Lots of very comfortable beach beds, some are placed overlooking the sea. Lots of parasols for shade. Delicious breakfast, so much choice. Fresh and tasty. Spa-area with saunas and plunge pool, fully equipped gym, rooftop-bar, restaurant for evening meals and drinks with a live music night once a week. We went slightly out of high season (September) and had the most relaxing holiday, totally re-charged.

Everything was great! Perfect stay for our family - not too host around the pool, and we were able to always get a space/bed around the pool. Apartment was lovely with a nice view of the pool/sea. Staff were very nice and accommodating during our stay! Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled by BA and the hotel stay were amazing and were able to easily provide another nights stay. This was probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Beautiful room with views of the pool area and the sea. Loved the pool area with our young daughter. It was very family friendly but still pleasant for adults. We enjoyed ordering food right there. The location was great too. It was so peaceful and walking distance to Cala Marsal that is a stunning beach. The receptionists were extremely helpful and booked taxis for us. I'll forever be dreaming of returning to Portomar.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The location was perfect, a 5min walk to the bars and restaurants and 10mins to the marina. Loads of spars and a huge Eroski up the road too for food shopping. The hotel it’s self is spotless the cleaning girls were amazing! Made the beds everyday, emptied the bins and gave us fresh towels. Even better to can get complimentary pool towels too! We opted for a pool room which was great, perfect on an evening when there was a little band playing in the pool side bar. The beds were really comfy too! Our only slight niggle was the group of 30 guests that had arrived for a wedding, very noisy and not much respect for the other guests. Jumping in the pool when it was closed due to thunderstorms and leaving rubbish everywhere around the pool for the poor staff to pick up. Drinking cans in the pool, swearing, smoking and just not really caring about the other guests that were on holiday too. This was mentioned to reception when we checked out and I believe this wasn’t the first time someone had mentioned something. I know you can’t vet the guests before they come but I think something needed to be said to them I.e there behaviour round the pool! All in all we would defiantly be back again! Cala d’or is a lovely place to stay and the hotel was amazing!

Just returned from a stay at the Sa Marina. Good points - hotel common areas and rooms are incredibly clean, the cleaning team do a fantastic job! The hotel is very central which was great as we were self catering, supermarkets, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. All staff that we encountered were very helpful and polite. Sunbed wars are not an issue here, plenty beds up till 10am in the morning and the life guards did remove towels from beds that were empty for more than 30 minutes. Bad points - There's not a lot of atmosphere at this hotel, no day time activities around pool, no music, large inflatables or balls not allowed in the pool. We also found the pool bar to be extremely overpriced. On occasion we witnessed young men who obviously were not customers of the hotel use the pool, they appeared to know a certain life guard on duty, laughing with him and entered the pool In their underwear! I watched as they vacated the pool without towels and left the complex. All in we had a nice holiday, spent most of it out discovering cala d or and its beautiful beaches. If you're looking for a clean, central Base then this hotel fits the bill but I'm not sure we would return in the future.

Fantastic hotel in superb location, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. We have stayed for two weeks and already booked for next year. The pool area and onsite restaurant is great it’s not overly expensive it’s in line with surrounding restaurants and the food is great. We ate lunch a few times and our son said the club sandwich was the best sandwich he’s ever eaten. Laid back and chilled was lovely to sit with a bottle of wine. The “rules” for pool games and inflatables was welcomed and we have an 11 year old active son. When it’s busy it would be too much to have a pool full of large inflatables for us the hotel have it spot on. There’s an on-site football pitch, pool and table tennis so plenty of games and leaves the pool for cooling off and space for swimming! No issues with sunbeds and the lifeguards are “on it” for people who reserve unnecessarily. We are a beach loving family and were spoilt for choice and all just a small walk from the hotel, we also got the bus to Porto Cristo and Porto Colom the bus stop is straight outside the hotel so superb for exploring. I also book a hotel based on the on-site gym and here the gym is superb! Everything you need if you’re into your fitness with a full range of Technogym equipment including pre programmed classes. Relaxing, clean, friendly and everything you could possibly need. The hotel is superb thank you for looking after us.

Very clean resort. The food was delicious at the breakfast buffet and at the pool restaurant. Lovely drinks/ cocktails. Staff all friendly especially in the childrens club. Plenty of sun loungers and love the fact the pool doesn't open till 10 so no rush to get a sunbed. Nice big apartment with a good size balcony. Two very large pools plus two baby pools. Great location, close to loads of restaurants, shops and the beach. Would go back.

Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is a wristband which was actually super handy. Overall enoyed stay and would come back.

Gorgeous stay in a beautiful setting! The room was stunning with access to a shared private pool. The spa facilities were lovely, and the rural surroundings were absolutely beautiful. A perfect, relaxing getaway!

Fabulous location with great views. Impressive grounds with thoughtful and tasteful interiors. We loved the incredible pool set up, especially the Bali beds and really comfy loungers. Great food- we ate breakfast, dinner and evening meal and all were consistently good. Aircon in rooms (although didn’t reach the lounge area where the children slept) Private outdoor terrace to our suite Nice spa area with cold plunge pool, jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool

The set up is really beautiful - we stayed in the suite house with its own peaceful pool. It was lovely to sometimes be at the more happening pool by the restaurant with the many cabanas (free of charge) and sometimes chill at the pool by the suites 5 min walk away. The spa is really pretty and also included.Close by some lovely restaurants in tiny Ses Salines, including Cassai and the one by the church - Es Mestral. This is only 5 mins drive. You need to drive at least 15 mins to Santanyi (visit in market day) - or Llombards beach which is stunning. But v busy in july and august go before 9.30 to park.

Very beautiful Finca, the pool area was a dream. It is super quite and a little remote so a rental car is necessary to get anywhere. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful, we were in the back house with a second separate pool. The breakfast had a big variation on the buffet and additional options you could order, everything was delicious. The whole staff was very friendly & forthcoming. The gym was nice and well quipped for a proper workout, but rather small. The spa also small, but perfect in case of a rainy day.

A charming, rural, quiet, cozy place to stay. This is a family finca rustica with a traditional historic rural vibe. The property is spacious, well maintained, studded with small paths among the trees and bougainvilleas, with a lot of pleasant silence around and calls of roosters that only add to the atmosphere. The pool is great, heated, and feels like it's your own private pool on your own property. The rooms are decorated in a pleasant and family-like simplicity, yet very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxed stay. We will be happy to return to this lovely finca for additional, even longer stays. The nearest village, literally 3 minutes by car, is sweet and beautiful, and unlike other small villages in Majorca, it has some good restaurants and cute shops.

The staff are amazing. So lovely and accomodating. The actual accomodation was beautiful. We loved spending time by the pool or our accommodation. It’s very quiet and relaxed. We had a check out at 12pm but they allow you to spend time by the pool until you need to leave where is a shower so you can spend more time around the area or the pool before leaving and have a shower. I would strongly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Absolutely amazing in every aspect! The whole place is beautiful and charming. Lovely rooms. Beautiful pool area and a very good breakfast. It`s a excellent location if you want to explore all the beautiful beaches in the area (by car). The hotel offer bikes free of use. Ses Salines center is only a five minutes ride, where the is a handful of restaurants and small shops. This is one of the best places we have ever visited, and we have been around a lot. We are already planning on going back.

This property was amazing. A true Spanish finca, so authentic! The breakfast was delicious we looked forward to it every morning! We loved the pool it was heated and so relaxing! They had their own gardens on the property which was nice to walk around and enjoy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You are close enough to walk into the town which is nice, they had a couple of good restaurants! If you’re looking to just relax and enjoy the beaches around you this is a perfect location.

A gorgeous farm type stay with beautiful buildings, chickens, a great breakfast on a very pretty terrace, a fantastic and clean pool, an outdoor terrace to relax on outside your room. It is convenient to a quaint and picturesque town of Santanyi. The bathroom had adequate space to put your things, a hot shower with hood pressure. A convenient parking lot in which to park. A relaxing vibe with the sound of trickling water in fountains and abundant flowering plants.

You can’t beat the views or the service from this hotel. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were to us throughout our stay. The hotel was close to two lovely beaches and had a private pool with a beautiful lookout to enjoy as well. We can’t wait to come back

We had a really bad first night as our room was on the first floor which was connected to the restaurant and some inconsiderate guests decided to be very loud until very late. In the morning we woke up to a bad smell in our room coming through the vent. This was dealt with perfectly, we were immediately offered a new room on the second floor, no questions asked. From then on we had the perfect stay. The pool area probably has one of the best views you can have on Mallorca; we decided to cancel all of our plans and simply stay in the hotel for two days as the pool area was simply breathtaking and had very comfortable loungers, toilets nearby and a bar with food and drink. Even better from the pool area you can access two incredible beach coves within a couple of minutes - it really is the perfect balance between having all the amenities and being close to two of the nicest beaches we went two. One downside to that is that without a rental car you are somewhat stuck at this hotel and there wasn’t really a supermarket within walking distance that we found. Being stuck at this hotel is by no means a bad thing though. Food in general was good, price/value of dishes was probably a little bit on the pricey side. Staff in general were very friendly and reception staff was excellent, super friendly and always very helpful. We will 100% return to ICON when we go back to Mallorca.

The hotel is on the smaller side which makes it very calm and cozy. Even in July where you expect it to be crowded there was always a lot of space to lay by the pool or to sit in the many places at the property. The food at this hotel is exceptional, many choices for breakfast, you can order snacks and drinks at the pool and a very nice dinner. The view from this hotel is amazing and it is very close to a little bay where you can swim and lay on the beach. There are also some restaurants in a walkable distance, which is really nice. The staff is very friendly and really make your stay comfortable.

The big sell is the location overlooking the two beaches from on high. From the pool and sundeck it is quiet, a perfect place to really unwind, to read, to take dips in the pool and enjoy the bar service. In short you are paying for the view and privacy. breakfast is very good.

Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The landscape kept changing from Vineyards to local towns so you got to see a lot on the way. As soon as you pull up to the entrance of the icon hotel you see the stunning turquoise beach with mountain cliffs surrounding the hotel! The lobby is beautiful and opens up to the living room area where we had breakfast buffet every morning. Our room was a junior suite and had its own private outdoor space with 2 daybeds with garden & sea views. The room itself was so beautifully designed & u really felt a homey vibe. The pool area has a snack bar with delicious food and there’s a private trail that takes you to the close by beach (beach Tropicana) where we spend most of our time! This hotel had stunning sea views and we were able to watch the most beautiful sunrises. We were on our honeymoon and once we told them they gave us a bottle of champagne with a cute note from the manager. We loved our stay and we’re able to drive to close by local beaches that had crystal blue water and caves. Customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!!

This hotel is just excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, simple little touches like melon kebabs delivered to guests on poolside mid-morning make it special. The setting is idyllic and the location with regards the centre of Cala d'or or the huge marina just can't be bettered. The only downside would be the usual early morning scramble for poolside sunbeds. Breakfast is fantastic, poolside and beach bar food is available and of good quality. The room we had was very spacious, overlooked the pool and the beach, it was clean well serviced and all the amenities required and expected. love it!

Lovely breakfast each morning in bright airy restaurant. Pool was good and pool bar served drinks and very reasonable food choices. Pool towels available - changed at poolside on alternate days. Very convenient access to Cala d’Or village (shops & restaurants), the Cala Petita Beach and short walk to Marina with a number of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. Tours available to be booked by reception - we did a pleasant bus tour (half-day) to the Drach Caves.

We loved our stay at Hotel Cala D’Or. The location of this place is absolutely spot on. You have everything you could possibly want or need at your fingertips- pool, sun beds, bar, food, beach, restaurants, shops, beautiful sea swimming. The staff are lovely- attentive but not ‘in your face’. The food at Eco Beach restaurant and the Pool bar is gorgeous. Our room was large and wonderfully air-conditioned. The walk-in shower was fabulous, limited tv, but who cares? Our balcony was huge, beds super comfortable and clean and there’s lots of storage space too. My only criticisms are very small: you are asked to pay for the use of the safe and the pool towels which I didn’t agree with so didn’t use. Secondly, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which I was a little disappointed with, being a hot drink addict and finally the free WiFi was very, painfully slow in many areas of the hotel. This I’m sure could be quite easily improved with a little technological wizardry!! I was also rather surprised to see a number of ‘children’ in and around the hotel, who were clearly under 16 years of age, when this is described as ‘adults only’. This could be a major issue for some individuals and worth mentioning. Overall, we truly did have an amazing time in this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

Loved every thing about this place.on the beach.easy 4min walk to shops restaurants.bars.cafes.hotel beach bars food lovely also pool bar.staff so nice we had room 204 wow what a 360° veiw best room .shower and toilet a bit small but worth it for the big balcony veiw also side balcony...tree in way a bit should cut it back. Pool not to big but lovely....not many loungers.lots out with towels early then not back till later only down fall..even watched this guy at 6.45am putting towels out crazy people Hotel need to request a policiy.. Will go back 100% Loved it.

Room clean slightly small , would not like to be stuck in it if weather turned for worse .Fortunately only happened once with a terrific Thunderstorm .(mid sept) Rest of the time were at the pool side or in it . Get your towels out early on the sunbeds , By 11 not a chance . Balcony was high , couldnt see over it when sitting down on the chairs provided so bring an SDS drill and Knock 6 inches off it. All in all a very nice hotel with excellent entertainment at the poolside bar in evening . PS to Expedia Who takes Photos of 5 Mb or less these days

Hotel C'an Bonico was the perfect way to start our vacation! The grounds of the hotel are so beautiful & well kept. The pool was an absolute highlight of our trip & loved that we could utilize the pool bar during the day & early evening. We arrived on the first day of a town festival which shut down roads & access to the hotel - the staff alerted us prior to our arrival & made it extremely easy for us to locate & park. & we are so glad that we were around for the festivities, the hotel provided a traditional beverage & hosted an area for us to watch the celebrations - we were immediately immersed in the culture & loved it! Would absolutely return & stay here again!

Very well maintained property with beautiful garden and pool area in the centre of Ses Salines and in easy walking distance to all the restaurants in the village. Staff was exceptionally friendly, in particular at the pool bar. Amazing value for money - can only recommend.

The Hotel overall was brilliant. Located centrally in Ses Salines with multiple good restaurants around, the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, the pool was beautiful and had a pool bar through the day.

The property feels really quiet and relaxing in the countryside but is in the middle of a small village. We were surprised to find some AMAZING restaurants in the village too literally within a minutes walk. The location is good and bad depending on what you are after- you need a car to travel to the beach/ local towns but the village feels very authentic and not touristy which is exactly what we wanted. There is also a great gated car park so parking was easy unlike some hotels with only street parking. Some of the Mallorca’s most famous beaches are within 20 minutes drive as well as santanyi market only 10 minutes away. Overall the hotel was beautiful, very high standard and clean. The room was really spacious. The pool area was amazing, we were a couple but there were also families and never more than a couple of people in at once. We also returned from mornings out and never had trouble getting a sunbed at all. Finally, the staff were really helpful on check in and check out.

The property is beautiful and so clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable traveling with children and the staff was so accommodating. The pool was wonderful as well as the breakfast. So close to many restaurants - walking distance and a quick 10 min car ride away to Santanyi for more restaurants, markets, things to do, plus all the beaches. Great location, great beautiful hotel - would absolutely stay here again with my family and recommend this hotel!

Breakfast is lovely and lunches are even better - they even deliver them to your sunbed if you like. Staff were AMAZING and can’t do enough for you! Special shout out to Iman who was so friendly to us. Only drawback is that the hotel allows children - it’s a nice peaceful resort for small babies but for children any older than this, there is nothing for them to do so they seem to get bored. There were a few noisy children whilst we were here which took away from the nice tranquil atmosphere of the pool at times. Also, we felt there wasn’t much going on in terms of entertainment. We are aware this is more of a laid back resort but we thought a bit of chilled music round the pool wouldn’t go amiss for a bit of atmosphere. There was a singer performing around the pool for a couple of hours one day, but the rest of the time it was silent. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Eques Petit Resort enough! We had a lovely stay.

Return visit to Eques after enjoying our last visit so much. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful. We were warmly welcomed back by Tessa and shown to our room by Matti, we asked for room in same location as previous and this was provided. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.30 which means it is not over crowded, we enjoyed sitting outside looking over to pool. The pool area is large with space between the beds, and no bed hogging. The day beds are free of charge and were always available, a lot of people opting for normal loungers. The lifeguard deals with pool towels. The pool is lovely but very cold, very refreshing when you get used to it. ALL staff very friendly and gave impression they were happy to work there. The hotel is in ideal location and there is a small mini market round the corner corner for your water etc. We shall definitely return next year.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool with the warmest water I have ever had in a pool (and the whole pool area never felt too busy!). We had a very spacious room with a beautiful patio. Location was so close to everything! Food was good, breakfast was okay for us, but could be more options and a couple of times we felt a few things were from the day before and not as fresh. Other than this, everything was perfect! Staff were lovely and smiley all the time even in the middle of the heat!! Ah, and the live music we had on Wednesday was absolutely fantastic!!! And we also had DJ on another day, thoroughly enjoyed that too. Overall we absolutely loved it our stay. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

the most beautiful hotel with such a nice chill vibe so close to all local bars and restaurants, our room was perfect and clean and the restaurant had something on every evening (tapas, BBQ, live music). We got a glass of Cava on arrival each which was a nice touch. The staff were lovely and the manager was round greeting everyone at breakfast which was also lovely, cleaners and maintenance also were so friendly as they passed. The pool and pool bar was so lovely and relaxing but also family friendly as the jacuzzi pool was heated the kids tended to stay there so the lounger area was quiet. I really loved the hotel have recommended it highly to family and friends and will be back for sure!

Lovely hotel , rooms are really nice, mini fridge could have been colder but no big thing , staff were happy to supply ice. Staff were lovely and friendly especially reception who went out of their way to help . The manager was very attentive to all Guests. Pool and restaurant food tasty although there weren’t many people eating at night probably because of the amount of restaurants nearby. The only reason for not 5 stars was the amount of kids running around the pool shouting and playing ball games in the water , pool too small for this for entertaining children which didn’t make it very relaxing or peaceful , this hotel would make a lovely Adults only hotel . The area it was situated in was in walking distance to the marina and town. Would definitely come back to the hotel despite the kids ( I do have 2 of my own )

Absolutely everything was perfect, from start to finish! We travel a lot and do a lot of ‘staycations’ in Mallorca, but this hotel is above and beyond. 5* all the way. The staff are unbelievably efficient, welcoming and cheerful. We received a full hotel tour on arrival to see all the facilities before being shown to our stunning room. The interior design throughout is flawless! We were celebrating our anniversary and on arrival received a complimentary bottle of Cava, personalised with our name on it, bought to our room ready to enjoy in our rooftop hot tub overlooking the Portocolom bay. Nothing was too much to ask for these wonderful staff and they really did make our trip so special. We received complimentary late check out due to the room not being needed that day, even though they could have easily charged us but the lovely receptionist simply said “we just love to keep our guests happy!” The spa is absolutely beautiful, so warm and inviting with a choice of many different pools, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms as well as a meditating room with complimentary yoga mats. The dining and bar area is set in a stunning space by the pool, perfect for indoor or outdoor dining with views of the relaxing facilities. Breakfast was served each morning by super friendly, happy staff which was such a wonderful way to start the day and so many delicious options to choose from. We will absolutely be back and can not recommend this 5* hotel enough!

What a hotel! We originally booked for 3 nights but didn’t want to leave so extended our stay for one more night. The pool area is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, breakfast is served next to it and is delicious, staff are friendly, rooms clean, spa incredible. Even the small details like providing extra sun cream for free by the pool, or providing fresh bottles of still and sparkling water in the room every day, make this hotel a cut above. Trust me you won’t want to leave either.

A perfect boutique hotel on the ‘sleepy side’ of the island, about 45 min from Parma, in a small town. It is well worth having a room with view over the sea, watching boats from the balcony. Rooms were tasteful and relaxed, and we really enjoyed the vibe at the (icy) pool. The food at the hotel is excellent (we had breakfast, pool lunch and dinner). Lovely restaurants on the bay, 5 min walk at night. Nearby beaches are some of the best on the island - we loved Cala Varques. We recommend staying here!

Newly build hotel in quiet location with a unique ambience. Upon arrival, the receptionist kindly showed us around and explained all we had to know to enjoy our stay. We booked a sea view room which is in a building just on the other side of the street above restaurant and we could not enjoy ourselves more. If you want to relax and enjoy the view, I am sure you will. There is a swimming pool and spa area (sauna, hammam, pools) accessible for guests included.

Beautiful, modern decor. Lovely pool area and relaxing spa with three dip pools and sauna. Stylish bedroom with comfortable bed & pillows. Tasty breakfast buffet with extra options available. Has it’s own restaurant which looked really nice, but we didn’t eat there.

Great location, very clean, lovely rooms, most of the staff were very helpful, good choice for breakfast. The only thing that let’s this hotel down is the very cold swimming pool. The pool area is busy when the sun is shining overhead, but when it goes into shade in the early evening it’s deserted because it’s too cold to swim in. If the pool was heated guests would stay around the pool area and carry on using the nice pool bar.

We just visited Cala d’Or to celebrate our babymoon, and we were impressed with the hotel. It’s modern, the staff are excellent, and we’ve never stayed in a cleaner accommodation! The location is absolutely brilliant - right on the doorstep of the beautiful Cala Gran beach and the town centre, and a 10 minute walk down to the marina. The rooms are all you need from a holiday - we didn’t pay for a sea or pool view, but had a lovely garden & partial sea view from our balcony. The pool area is great with lots of loungers available - albeit the water is freeeezing - and good food available to buy at the bar. We stayed on a half board basis, but I would recommend choosing B&B only, as there are so many wonderful restaurants available for dinner in walking distance. The hotel breakfast buffet offers great choices. Our only minor criticism would be that the pool and pool bar area is totally smoke-friendly - so something to bear in mind if you aren’t a smoker! Being pregnant, my partner and I struggled a little with this - a designated area for smoking would be hugely appreciated. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and should we visit Cala d’Or again in future (child free!) we’d definitely return to Rocador. Thank you!!

Good: The hotel’s location was fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the main centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. Bad: While there were plenty of sunbeds in the garden area, the ones around the pool were very limited and tightly packed, meaning guests were lined up closely together with little space. Additionally, we were only given one pool towel each on arrival, and swapping for a fresh towel cost €1 per towel. For two people staying a week, that’s an extra €12, which felt unreasonable considering the overall cost of the accommodation. I’ve never had to pay for pool towels before, so this was disappointing.

Just got back from a week at The Rocador. We booked with Tui and was under the impression it was a 4 star but it’s a 3 and it states it on the entrance! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was nice but sometimes it looked like it had been hanging around for a while! The breakfast was the best there was lots of choice. The staff were nice and friendly especially Aurelia who was lovely. The pool was absolutely freezing it was like getting in an ice bath! It was always easy to get a sunbed a little bit of background music would of been nice! If you didn’t want to lay round the pool they had sunbeds on the grass area which was nice and spacious. The beach was on your doorstep but got very busy and people were putting towels on the beds really early. The evening entertainment started off with a quiz then they had a few tribute nights and even the karaoke was entertaining! It was a 5min walk outside the hotel where there were lots of shops, restaurants and bars and a 15 min walk to the Marina. All in all it was a lovely holiday and Cala D’or is lovely it’s just a shame it’s a 90 minute transfer time by coach but we got a taxi which took 45 minutes and cost between 80/90 Euros

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we especially appreciated the flexibility on our arrival and departure days. We could leave our suitcases at the reception and already enjoy the hotel facilities before our rooms were available, which was earlier than we expected. The rooms were always spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was large and there were a lot of different options to choose from. The chefs and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We would especially like to thank restaurant manager Jose and team member Paqui for their outstanding service and hospitality. Also the location of the hotel is fantastic. There is direct access to a beach and the hotel has a large outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Nearby the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel also has a small gym and offers a wide range of entertainment options and activities like bingo, quizzes, and various other games. A special shout-out goes to fitness instructor Sophia for her amazing Aquafun program. The staff also helped us with planning trips outside the hotel, and we could book them directly at the information desk. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

Very good value for money. Apartment equipped with mostly everything you need and areas to sit out on the balcony. Lots of free parking surrounding the complex with the apartments located close to nearby amenities. There is loads of space for you to sunbathe, either by one of the pools or on the lawn. You are definitely able to find a place for yourself in the quiet should you want it. We also really liked the tranquil zone pool (which sort of served like an adults only section). There is a lot said online about this accommodation being for families and my concern was that there would be a lot of young children running around and being noisy (as kids naturally do!) - but the tranquil zone was just that- tranquil. Lovely salt water pool with really good sunbeds, always had a place to sit by the pool. At times there was not a sound and you couldn’t even hear the main pool with all the families. So couple travelers shouldn’t be put off. Also very clean and apartment was cleaned 2/3 times in our 6 days there

we had a ground floor exlusive apartement with air-co (weather was so hot that i cannot imagine not having it).it was perfect for the kids-they could run to the wonderful garden/swim.pools. 1 swimming pool was as a silent area - great for short relax without kids. bar next to pools. we just tried breakfast it was ok. always a lot of beds in the garden available. entry to the sea directly from the cliffs( we haven't tried), or 5-10 minutes walk to the sandy city beach - a lot of people there,but we have always found a free parasol/sunbeds set to rent. very close to very good restaurants. ideal place for exploring SE part of Mallorca (we had a car,but we saw a lot of local buses as well). We really enjoyed our stay in Parque the Mar.

Fantastic resort. Main highlights are the beauty of the location; spectacular views of the sea; beautiful lush green landscaped gardens; stylish villas/apartments; two great pools; sense of space, relaxation and quiet. Good value for money. We stayed in 204 which is in the row of apartments nearest the sea on the quiet eastern end. We could hear the sea the whole time. Central accommodation units may be nearer the restaurant/pool but would be further from the sea. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming in the sea from the rocks at the bottom of the gardens was great. On site bar at the pool was so welcoming and refreshing. The tranquility pool was amazing and so peaceful. Other bars and restaurants were a only a five minute walk away. A very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Just back from 2 weeks at club hotel Tropicana. Enjoyed our holiday. Weather lovely and plenty of food and drink with all inclusive option. Food lacks variety but plenty of it. Snack bar great for relaxed lunch option. Nice beach just steps away and access into town by walking over the headland. Lots of loungers around the pool, most reserved with towels by 1030 but large garden area for sunbathing. Pool closed on 2 occasions, once for over 24 hours, not the fault of the hotel but could sorely do with separate kids pool or 2nd pool, options limited during the closures. Room basic enough, no hairdryer so bring your own. Tv had only 2 english speaking news channels, no kids channels in any language, and reception poor at times. €40 for room safe for 2 weeks very expensive. Wifi another €25. Cleaning was good apart from when regular cleaner off duty, no shower gel, soap or towels replaced. Our room only few minutes walk from pool so was very handy but the site is very spreadout so minibus transfers available within the site. On site entertainment was good, archery, shooting, french bowls, darts, bingo, exercise classes and nightly shows. Kids really enjoyed the shows. 1 show in poor taste, dance 'sketch ' with Sting's Roxanne of woman pushed from 1 male dancer to the next, not impressed. Disclaimer beforehand saying it wasn't meant to be disrespectful to women says it all. Overall had a good time, very relaxing ans would definitely recommend.

I loved the fact that the accommodation was small apartments of 3 attached together and dotted about, so we didn't feel like they'd squashed as many people in as possible. It was a bit of a trek for us to walk back to our room as it was probably one of the furthest away from the reception/pool area but we'd just make sure we had everything we needed for the day so we didn't need to go back and forth. The staff were brilliant, the aqua zumba and aerobics classes were fun to partake in, evening entertainment was definitely above average! Food was standard for an all inclusive European holiday, we found the options at tea time were better than lunch. Going in July I expected the sunbeds around the pool to be taken up very quickly but that was not the case so we ended up with the entire pool to ourselves until about 10.30-11am(ish) before all of the children turned up. Overall I had a lovely time and would recommend for a little break away of up to a week.

I enjoyed our week away as it was the first time I have taken my daughter abroad, but the hotel is dated and could do with some money being spent on it. However the whole complex was clean and generally well presented. The rooms have NO AIR CON, just a ceiling fan. The only way we could sleep was under soaked towels, not good! My daughter loved the mini disco initially but it was exactly the same every night. The needed some variety to keep it fun. The main desk staff were abrupt and sometimes rude but the entertainment staff and restaurant staff worked tirelessly - I couldn't fault them. Food was plentiful but repetitive and fairly plain. The beach and pool were both clean and safe. Powerful waves came into the bay each day so fun for a little while but my young daughter eventually preferred the safety of the pool. The hotel is fairly remote. There is no local town to wander into for a change of scenery but there are nice boat trips up the coast available. The complex is sprawling and some rooms require a minibus to reach, so beware and spend a little more on a room closer to the centre. Anything over no.200 is a fair walk. Overall we had a good week, but if I were to return to Mallorca I would book somewhere closer to a little town to avoid feeling 'trapped' at the hotel. Cala d'or looked lovely when we drove through!

The situation of this hotel is amazing.Right on a lovely beach. The staff were so hard working. The food was excellent. I was worried there wouldn't be enough to entertain my 12 and 13 year old boys but the entertainment staff work tirelessly. There was archery, shooting, volleyball, football and water polo and the evening entertainment was great. Aquarobics and Zumba and a great size pool. You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach so I would swim in the sea and go back to the pool to sunbathe. The only downside was our room- a sort of chalet was a long way from the centre of things and fairly basic but as we only used it to shower and sleep I'd definitely recommend it. There was a minibus shuttle to the rooms if you wanted it and you could pay to upgrade to closer rooms. We went on a glass bottomed boat trip which was great but otherwise we didn't leave the resort and so much was included we barely spent any money. We definitely want to go again. It was great value, a really nice mix of nationalities and we had a great time. Next time I'd maybe try and see more of the island

We also had lunch every day at the pool bar, which serves really tasty food. Another great advantage is how close it is to the charming town center, full of restaurants – we had dinner there every night. The breakfast is also really good.

Excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants outside the hotel and a short walk into Cala D'or. Our room was premium, which included towels. We chose sunbeds on the grass away from the pool overlooking the sea, which was lovely. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a pool view, which was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The cleaner did a great job, and put sweets on the kids beds and arranged their teddys which they loved. The beach was clean, and the sea was clear and blue, good for snorkelling with lots of fish. We didn't see much of the evening entertainment but was we did was really good. We loved our stay and will be returning.

Excellent location right next to a small beach. Sheltered bay great for swimming - the sea was warmer than the hotel pool in September. Accommodation was faultless. We were travelling with family, including a baby, and stayed in the newly renovated apartments right next to the pool. We loved the large terraces with sea view, the very comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen, the modern design and storage options and the cleanliness of the apartments. We opted for half board which was good and ideal for an early dinner for the baby, but ended up eating out a few nights. It’s a 15 -20 walk into the centre of Cala d’Or where there’s a great buzz and plenty excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. This fabulous place ticked all our boxes for a family holiday in the sun. We can’t wait to visit again.

As we are a couple it was great to be allowed access to the adults only pool of the Esmeralda, which I’d recommend booking if you’re looking for a quieter stay. Our room/balcony was fairly noisey as it overlooked one of the family pools and restaurant.

The rooms were cleaned every day- and the beds- also fresh towels every day. My room was the newly refurbished room block B- and it was emaculate. the pool was lovely and the pool bar/ cafe right on the complex facing the sea. Food here was great. The buffet dinner was basic the buffet breakfast was great! Reception very friendly and helpful. No problems staying here. Will be back again!

Very good value for money. And the town it self is a heavens gift in the chaotic and hectical vacation period on Mallorca - calm and not overcrowded! We will definite go back some day.

Martha and all the staff were so welcoming and could not have been more helpful. We were given leaflets of local places to visit, restaurants, supermarkets and bike hire. She explained how the hotel had been built by her grandfather for her mother and aunt, and had been in the family since then. The pool was excellent with umbrellas available & showers and very welcome after a day out. The whole area around the pool with very comfortable with numerous luxury loungers with cushions. It was great to have air-conditioning, the beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooking the sea had an incredible view. It was also very useful to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast at €15 was extremely good value and plentiful, even with facilities to cook your own eggs. Shower was a bit elderly but perfectly functional and everything was impeccably clean. The coffee machine in the lobby for €2 produced excellent coffee in many variations. Marta pointed out that this had been a new addition. We had a fabulous stay here and would certainly return. Thank you so much all of you!

Service with a smile. The family that own and run this hotel were so cheerful and helpful and the location couldn’t be better. Naturally, Spanish is their first language and our attempts to try speak Spanish was met with kindness and patience… and humour 👏 The pool area was fabulous with fabulous. We never expected to hang around the pool but we did, daily. Loved: how spotless the hotel was, how easy it was to recycle, the lighting sensors that went on and off as we moved through the corridors, the gadgets on the patio doors that prevent the aircon unit staying on when the door is open Very progressive!

This hotel was perfect and great value. Views, pool, bar, staff, cleanliness all spot on. There was a lot of parking on streets near the hotel. The shower was good. We had a great time here. There is WiFi, good balconies and a pool table too. It was great and in a great location.

The hotel offered splendid views! There is no sad beach nearby hence having the pool was amazing! That too pool with a view!

We had a lovely family stay of 10 days at OLA. The room was a good size (although bathroom very small) and the beds were very comfy. In particular the sofa bed in the lounge was large and very comfortable which we were very happy with! The air conditioning on all day was excellent, and worked extremely well! A Godsend as it was so hot while we were there! The pool was really nice and we enjoyed the pool side bar and evening entertainment. The bar and pool side food a bit over priced but very nice and the staff were lovely! The reception staff, cleaners and ground staff were all very lovely and helpful also! Location is brilliant, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc!

Lovely location in the third building away from reception. We overlooked a little additional pool which was very quiet with just one or two other families there but were an easy couple of minutes walk from reception and the larger pool and snack bar etc. Location was great, 5 mins walk from the beach and all bars and restaurants - couldn't have asked for more.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday! Perfect size room for us (a couple staying for a week). Apartment comes with everything you’d need. Pool is a little small but fine if you just want to go for a dip and we were always able to get a sunbed. Location is the highlight of this accommodation - a short walk from the town centre and beach. Convenient cafe/bar at the pool also which was a welcome surprise when we arrived.

Entertainment throughout the day in the form of pool games and aqua aerobics etc. Optional to join in - we just watched and read books! We were b&b only; breakfast was excellent. a wide range of continental breakfast items, fruit, yoghurt, endless baked goods and also a full cooked breakfast buffet as well as omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there; we didn’t mention this to the staff, but they scan passports on arrival and so must have noticed his DOB because a complimentary bottle of Cava was left in our room that day. A lovely touch.

Activities during the day around the pool were good, he got lots of people to join in. Towels were fresh and replaced for the pool if you wanted every morning.

We loved our bedroom with a balcony and great seaview , the sunrise view was fabulous. The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We also loved the outdoor seating on the terrace for break fast , generous choice of food for breakfast too, it was a lovely way to start the day. The pool area was spacious with a fabulous large pool. The Hotel was so close to the local beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants (without being too noisy to sleep at night) and walking distance to the port which was perfect.

The hotel is super nice. The location is a plus, its close to one of the calas, like 3m walking. It's also close to shops and nice restaurants. The staff it's super friendly, we've arrived late, almost morning as our flight was late and the receptionist was super nice. He offered us water before starting the check in which was really kind. It was really wonderful stay i Portocolom. The view from the hotel and from the swimming pool is just amazing. Walking distance almost everywhere, ca 15 min to the supermarket, 5 min to the smaller shop with great pastries, and the beach. We were at the beginning of September and it was quite calm both in the hotel (sometimes we had a swimming pool just for us :-) and in the town. Good spot to visit other places around if you have a car. The room was clean (it was cleaned twice during our stay) and spacious, really comfortable beds! AC works as it should. The pentry was enough for us, although we did not prepared bigger meals. The hotel offers even a yoga or tai chi classes. Martina in the reception was really nice and helpful and even though we arrived late picking up the key went really smoothly. We will be back :-D

The view from the apartment and balcony was stunning. Spacious and clean apartment. Very close to beach and restaurants. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. There was a wedding reception by the pool on the day we arrived and the staff invited us for a celebratory drink, which was lovely.

We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place and regreted that we did not book this hotel for our whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem.

The host Antonio gave us a very warm welcome with all the tips for Portocolom and the hidden secrets around. Huge shout out to him. Portocolom itself is beautiful and quiet place to stay at. The appartment has a wonderful view over the sea. Morover the appartments are very clean and have a basic interior. The pool is okay and there are many beautiful beaches in 20min carrides. Stores (food) are in walking distance. We would recommend going there!

These apartments are located in a beautiful part of a lovely town. The view from the balcony and from the pool is spectacular. The apartment is comfortable. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and lots of other stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. The local beach is great and even offers some opportunities for snorkeling.

Room is a decent size, with balcony and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a bar with pool tables, also has the pool in the yard. Breakfast was ok, standard i’d say. Keep in mind that Cala Murada is a small place with not much to do. If you are coming to Mallorca to just have some rest this is a sweet spot to be at. My friend and I rented a car and drove around the island so it was perfect!

The hotel was very nice with staff always ready to help and support. Room was always clean, cleaning ladies always helpfull, the property is very beautiful, very well taken care with a lot of activities table tennis, tennis places, beautiful swimming pool and good entertainment programm. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are very good. Kitchen chef makes amazing fresh sushi! Recommend it highly and also amazing cocktails. Rooms are spacious with big balconies with great view during the day sunsets and evening. Hotel is surronded with a bar and 2 local restaurants and a beach 5 min by walk with also a great restaurant on the beach. We really enjoyed the whole experience and Cala Murada. Loved this hotel! Accommodation was comfortable and breakfast was excellent with a big choice. The 2 pools were fantastic with plenty of sun loungers always available. The only negatives were the hotel didn't serve food between 11am and 6pm and was made worse by the fact that the local supermarket had closed down. The few local restaurants were good and can Pedro's especially! Our early morning taxi let us down but Manuel at reception manager to get us one within 10 minutes at 3am! Would definitely return to this hotel!

Beautiful hotel with lovely tropical gardens and two peaceful pools, 1 for adults, the other for everyone. Great hotel staff, very helpful and professional always someone available if required. Environment spotless and rooms very comfortable. A few little things could probably be replaced but in no way did this detract from our enjoyable time there. We will definitely be returning. Area and hotel was quiet during our visit which is what we wanted, if you are looking for a lively time this may not be the place for you.

The pool and pool area were very clean, and was hardly ever used! There is also a kids area in the pool. The room was clean and very nice. It wasn't the most luxurious of rooms (it didn't have a/c or a safe) but we hardly spent time in it! If going during the peak of summer, I can imagine the rooms get quite hot, but opening the doors after sunset creates a good draft and clears the air quickly. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speed in the room. Kitchen equipped with basics, but suited us just well. Not going to sugar coat it, there isn't much in the area. At all. There's the beach, and the mini supermarket. Everything else needs a taxi or if you're renting a car, you'll need to use that. Walk to the beach is max 10 max. It's a small beach with umbrellas and loungers for rent at 4Euros each/day.

The apartments were situated in pleasant and relaxing surroundings. The pool area was well built and maintained, the surrounding pool facilities included standing showers and a grassy area complete with sun loungers and bamboo umbrellas. There were games areas which offered pool, table tennis and a children's play area. There is a bus stop just outside of the premises which is served by the local bus network, there is also a unique tourist bus service called the mini-train ting-ting. This is a highly recommended experience as its open carriage, visits the largest nearest town and circles the area at hourly intervals. The manager Carmen was extremely pleasant and helpful. She arranged all our transfers and excursions. The most recommended is the 4x4 excursion into the mountainous region, with the added option to drive if you desire! Compliments to the chef and the staff! Not only was the food fantastic and cost effective, the staff made the whole experience a real delight.

Relaxing holiday in a comfortable and convenient poolside apartment with good internet access. Friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff. Tasty meals in the Solromantica restaurant with an extensive menu and plenty of choice including local speciality dishes. Lovely weather to relax by the pool or to walk to the charming beach, which is also accessible by public transport. Delightful boat trips from the beach and the children loved the opportunity to jump off the boat and swim in the deep warm sea. Lovely quiet rural location with the occasional barbecue at Solromantica and entertainment by a talented local singer/musician. A few shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance or at the busier resort of Cala Mendia.

The apartman and the whole place (garden, pool, etc.) was very clean and tidy. Huge place for parking, chance to play tennis and tabletennis with rackets and balls. Great swimming pool with sunbeds around. Nice bar and reception. Air conditioning in the apartman worked well. Nice silence during the whole day.

Breakfast was really tasty and mixed throughout the week. We liked the idea that there was a coffee machine we could use for our breakfast. For breakfast you would get bread rolls, ham, cheese, tomatoes, butter, jam, pastries and fruit (plus something different every day - piece of Spanish omelette or scrambled/fried/boild egg). Nice and quiet place to relax after your daily adventures.

The location could be difficult for some to get to, as the road up is steep, narrow and winding; however, we found it well worth it. The location is so outstandingly beautiful. To be able to look out your room window to see the whole mountain side made it our favourite place we have stayed! The attractions that you are able to walk to are also stunning and the building itself its stunning. Also the price of this stay was very reasonable!

Had a comfortable stay for one night. The historical location offers stunning views, options for hiking in the surrounding area, kind and friendly staff. The room was simple and clean. It had the basics you’d expect (soap/body wash, fresh towels, hair dryer), comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the coast from the window.

Stunning location away from main stream tourism but centrally located enough to visit all parts of Mallorca. Car needed if you want to move around. Perfect price value for a place which offer everything for a comfortable stay in a down to earth way. Get up early enough to see the sunrise what a priviledge.

Can't say enough about this hotel. Spectacular location. At the very top of the mountain, with nothing else around. Peaceful, ancient spot, with spotlessly clean, basic rooms, and a fabulous restaurant attached. One of my favourite spots on our trip to the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Even though hotel has 3 floors and many rooms that look to the same beautiful garden nights were really quiet and we could rest after all day at the beach. 2 women at the reception were quite helpfull with all our questions and they solved our issue with parking ticket. Thanks a lot. 😊 Hotel is clean. Have a semi kitchen with esspresso machine and microwave, dish-washer machine. Room is spacious and have a nice terace with a view on the pool. Location is perfect since its only 2min walk to the beach.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The living room was open space with the kitchen (microwave, stove, pans, scrubber, crockery... fully equipped kitchen). The space was great, 2 minutes from the beach (which is beautiful). It has an outdoor pool, not very big but you can take a good dip. The internet was great. The house was completely renovated, with modern and simple decor.

AMAZING. the staff was great, our room was great, location great. We woke up pretty early and were eating breakfast while a staff were cleaning the pool area EVERY morning while SINGING, it was so lovely and he had our mornings begin lovely every single day.

Kitchen is nice with included kitchenware, and rooms have space. it's a good place to stay for a long time. Hotel has a pool and a nice beach nearby. Parking may be a pain if you have a car. We didn't try breakfast though

Nice small friendly clean aparthotel. Swimming pool etc on single flat level making it easy for my young family. Rooms spotless. Had a lovely view from the balcony on the second floor over looking the pool. Electric kettle, toaster hob in room. TV with bbc itv 1&2 film 4 etc. On the outskirts of the resort but lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town where you are spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants. Further 10 minutes to marina with even more bars and restaurants. 2 kiddy parks within 5 minute walk of hotel that my 3 year old loved. beaches nearby but tricky to access for pram pushers wrt to steps etc. Spa supermarket over the road from block where you can buy fresh bread and croissants every morning. You can use the facilities in Cala Azul Park and Esmeralda Park where they also have nice swimming pools and evening entertainment.

Had a family holiday there during school whit holidays and we had a fantastic time and beautiful weather. Perfect for families with young children. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and also had sky tv! We had everything we needed for self catering although we did eat out every night. The pool was fantastic, again incredibly clean and well attended to by staff, it never got too busy so we could always get a sun lounger. The pools at the hotel across the road were much busier. Wi Fi is available for 15 euros per week or 3euros per day. The staff were very polite and helpful and organised car hire for us. We were facing the pool side to the far end which was quieter and also meant we got the sun during the day.

Tre otroligt vackra badvikar på nära gångavstånd. Vi tyckte bäst om Cala Gran. Hotellets pooler är fantastiska. Vi reste i början av april och hade tur med vädret så det gick bra att bada utomhus trots att poolerna ej var uppvärmda. Vi hade också tillgång till en väldigt härlig uppvärmd inomhuspool med bastu och jacuzzi på grannhotellet där även barnen var välkomna mellan kl. 10-18, fantastiskt! Cala d Ór är ett av de absolut vackraste områdena vi har besökt på Mallorca och vi reser gärna tillbaka hit. Inturotel har överträffat våra förväntningar och priset vi betalade för 8 nätters vistelse är oslagbart!

We had the most incredible stay here (it’s a hotel and a restaurant) The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — even though we arrived late at 11 pm. Not only did they greet us warmly, but they also offered us a spot at their restaurant (one of the highlights of the hotel, and rightly so!). The restaurant is famous for its stunning sunset views and amazing menu, and even at that late hour, they prepared fresh food for us. We were expecting something simple, but instead, they actually cooked us a full meal at 11 pm — truly unreal hospitality! The hotel itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views all around. The pool feels like a hidden paradise, and with only 10 rooms, the whole place feels intimate and exclusive. We honestly cannot recommend Son Terrassa Hotel enough. If you’re visiting Mallorca, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a GEM!! Secluded and quiet but with all you need, we loved the pool area and bar to relax during the day or to watch the sun go down. We also tried their restaurant which was generous and authentic (highly recommend booking a front row table to see the sunset). The breakfast was packed with fresh fruits nicely cut up, we loved it. The rooms were squeaky clean and the bed was huge. The location is ideal if you have a car to drive around, as a lot of the most beautiful beaches are about 15-30min away. The staff are very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Such a warm welcome from all the staff. Very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the island, giving you the best advice. The pool area is beautiful, overlooking mountains and palm trees. The breakfast is fabulous, lots of choice and again the staff on hand to serve you drinks. Due to having only 10 rooms, the staff get to know you quickly and remember your orders daily. Our room was beautiful, great size for 2 friends and so clean. Having a fridge is a great addition! We did have a car, which made it easier to get to and travel around the area. We were very sad to leave!

This beautiful family owned Fincahotel is beyond anything we expected. The entire hotel area is immaculately clean, the gardens are tended and cared for with love, the pool is spotlessly beautiful and the restaurant is just beyond amazing. Me and my wife being vegetarians were taken care of so well by the staff and had an exceptional culinary experience (try the spinach baked with cheese, sounds simple- but it’s just mouthwatering). The staff (every single person) was just so genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you for making the Mallorca experience unforgettable for us!

The larger restaurant was very busy. Great selection of food! Outdoor playarea was nice! Food in restaurants was really good - Lovely fresh bread in the morning. And fish/seafood was amazing! Chefs even blended vegetables for our 6 month old which was very kind. The staff were lovely with children and very helpful.

Mostly very nice. There was a huge choice of food, which was different every day. Some was not the highest quality but some was, so there is always something good. There is a good variety of facilities. However, the spa is quite basic, and needs to be reserved, for. max of 1 hour per day. The water slides are separate from the swimming pools so you can't just spend the whole day at the pool and have some waterslide time as part of that, so we only used those once.

We loved everything. The large, clean, well-maintained grounds, the pool area, and the location—close to beaches and hiking trails. The views are stunning. Great children's entertainment and an amazing evening program. Delicious food. Thank you, Blau Punta Reina staff, for your hard work, which made our vacation so pleasant and relaxing.

Beautiful location, few minutes walk from two gorgeous beaches. White sand, starts shallow, but then you can swim in 4-5m deep water, and you can also jump from the rocks. Professional service, good pools, nice bars, the food was better than what we expected from such a big resort.

The availability of everything, the cleanliness, the pools were not over crowded, the food was in abundance and fantastic. Fresh, healthy and some just great food and desserts.

The hotel was lovely, really nice decor and the staff went out of their way to help us when they could and be welcoming. They greeted us at check in with a glass of champagne each while we waited for our room. The hotel was 20 minutes walk from the main restaurants and the bigger supermarket/bars, but it was a really pleasant walk. The pool was gorgeous. The staff at the bar of the pool are great, the only qualm we had was that the food was not great at the poolside and the buffet food was also not great (we were half board). There is an exclusive pool which you can pay 10 euros to use for the day, and it was nice and quieter than the other pool, but the system for ordering food and drinks there definitely needs to be improved. The waiter who was serving the sunbeds had to keep going to and from the main poolside to gather drinks and food which was across a road and through a difficult gate! It didn't feel like elite service because he was one man serving many and it just didn't seem like a very efficient system (We had better service at the main pool). But the large four poster sun loungers were worth the 10 euros and the hotel should really consider making a bar and kitchen available at the side of the elite pool (which is possible as this is where dinner is eaten!). All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here 4th to 8th August with a friend. We knew it was an adult oniy hotel but we felt slightly uncomfortable by the canoodling in the pool and the loving couples! The hotel was spotless and the pool area lovely with plenty of sunbed availability and the split site (ie pool and restaurant over road ) didn't seem to matter. However we weren't impressed with the food and even though only stayed for 4 nights half board, ate out on last night. My main gripe with this hotel was the total lack of atmosphere. The bar was always empty and staff a bit cold. We seemed to be the only English there too and we just didnt feel welcome! Lovely modern hotel in Porto Colom with two lovely pool areas, one with fabulous views over the Port towards Old Colom..an area we have known for over 40 years. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable spacious air conditioned bedrooms (we had side sea view). Restaurant and outside poolside seating area for meals with views. Easy walking distance of main marina front restaurants and those in nearby Cala Marsal as well as Cala Marsal beach. Porto Colom is a quiet working port with limited entertainment but the hotel did provide BBQ nights, a White Night and some evening entertainment. The upper pool bar served lunchtime snacks and drinks but you did pay a little more for the convenience. Would recommend this hotel for location, pools and comfort. Excellent buffet breakfast choices.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.The pools were also clean and our room overlooked the main pool with the bar and I could see it was hosed down and swept everyday. We had breakfast each day we stayed here and it was lovely. Our room we stayed in was a double standard it was very clean and fit for what we needed in our stay but just a bit tired here and there. This would not put me off staying here again, the hotel is overall beautiful and Portocolom is so peaceful thourghly enjoyed our stay. One thing I think needs improving is the bar area. Very big bar and reallly nice outdoor area but it looked a bit like a room not used much. It reminded me of a hall you could hire out for an event. I would definatley rate this hotel 4 stars and will be going back.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday as a family of four. We stayed in a two bedroom family room. The room was a decent size with two separate single beds in one bedroom and the main bed in the main part of the hotel room leading out onto the balcony. The room was clean and the bathroom of a good size. There is a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. We went on a room only basis and this meant we didn't use many of the hotel's facilities. We would have liked to have used the pool but unfortunately sunbeds were reserved well before 7 and the pool didn't open until 10. The pool was small and packed out. It was a bit of a let down to be honest. Also we got a pool view room which sounds lovely but is very noisy. The pool maintenance guys pressure washing right under our bedroom window at 7 in the morning was to say the least very annoying. A major plus to this hotel was its location. It is 2 minutes walk from Cala gran beach which is where we spent most of our time. The restaurants, bars and shops were a 5 minutes walk away. There is a lovely little cafe on the corner near the hotel where they do takeaway pizza. We took our pizza and sat on the beach at sunset which was beautiful. The marina was about a 25 minute walk from the hotel and was worth a visit. Overall it's a good hotel with a great location it just wouldn’t be somewhere we would return to because of a few issues.

Just arrived back from a 4 night stay at this hotel and had a great stay. Rooms are lovely and spacious with lots of storage. The location is absolutely spot on, 2 minute walk to the beach and then about 7 mins to Cala Esmerelda. Really close to the centre of Cala d’or with lots of bars and food options. Pool area was great, they played music (not loud club music as I’ve seen in a previous review) and the entertainment crew were fab! One con being the sunbed situation - most sunbeds were taken by 7am however spare sunbeds were piled up to be used and there was enough room round the pool to set up yourself. Despite this we never found ourselves without a sunbed and always had a good spot right near the pool (it’s just abit annoying!). Food at the pool bar was absolutely spot on and reasonably priced. Food in the buffet was good. The buffet isn’t huge so the variety isn’t extensive however there was always plenty of options for us, hot and cold. Transfer time is about 1hr from airport in a taxi/minibus and cost 90 euro, reception booked this for us and were so helpful and the minibus itself was very luxury!! Overall would 100% return to this hotel, we had a gorgeous time!

Hotel is in an excellent location, right next to a beach and just a short walk from loads of restaurants, shops, cafes. Very family friendly but also caters to adults with a bar at the pool (€8.95 cocktails)! The pool bar also catered to lunchtime food, there was a snack truck for smaller bites to eat and an Italian/sushi restaurant connected to the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The lovely man who checked us in gave us a complementary bottle of Cava, and plenty of great recommendations. The daytime entertainment at the pool was also great, and plenty of sun loungers too. Our accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return here.

We loved the hotel it was perfect for what we needed with a one year old, the various pools including the kids pool and splash pool were great! The kids club was brilliant too - we took our 1yo with us a couple of times to escape the heat and it was brilliant!

We booked this place quite last minute, and were well aware that it was a family style resort. The room was very spacious and clean, it is a little outdated / run down, we did have a couple of minor issues on arrival with power / light switches and air conditioning not working. Otherwise, we had a very good stay, great location close to some beautiful beaches and swimming spots, the buffet breakfast was great, we never had an issue with parking nearby, the gym facilities were good. We spent most of our days exploring Cala D'or and the beaches so didn't spend a lot of time at the pool. When we did come back in the afternoons, just note that the music at the pool area was very loud to cater to the children at the pool / the family atmosphere, and this could be heard loud and clear from our room. Overall we still had a very pleasant stay, and loved the area of Cala D'or.

My Favorite Club Suite - Pool View

Hotel is very close the 3 of the best beaches in the island. you can just walk to all of them in 1 to 10 minutes. First night there was barbeque and salsa night so we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed. Staff is really friendly. Breakfast and pool are ok. We didn't even use the pool since the beaches were perfect. In general room was clean, it could be better but it was ok for a 3 days trip. There are several options for transportation but if you would like to discover around, renting a car would be better. At the hotel there are many free parking areas. (Don't park on the street, it is a natural zone.)

We had a blissful time at Hotel Mondrago, its situation in the National Park is very special, right next to a stunning beach with the clearest seas, rocks to jump off, pine tree lined paths around the coast and a short walk to another beautiful beach. It is so peaceful here, even around the pool, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind and informative, food was easy as could eat in their restaurant or beach restaurant, shop had good supplies and the breakfast was fantastic (read lots of comments from the past critisising the breakfast but I think they must have made a big effort to improve it as there was loads of choice of cooked breakfast, fruit, cakes, cheeses and hams and cereals) Can hire paddle boards/canoes/pedaloes with slides from beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return! The hotel is next to a beautiful beach within a nature reserve. It's relaxing, comfortable, very clean, and has a nice pool. All the staff were so lovely and really welcoming.

Location was stunning, best looking cove along cala dor and area surrounding. Good selection of pools and bars, we stayed in MFC building with access to private pool but never used it as always in the shade. Nice idea but not practical, however our own little bar area and breakfast was a lovely touch. Food in general was ok but bland and not to our taste, very limited choice for the themed nights, but if you like salads there are plenty, we found the soups tasteless and watery. Service was slow and a bit limited, having to get our own drinks a majority of the times in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and tidy, we had a lovely view from our balcony in room 2003, storage was adequate and only gripe was the loo. Tiny space to sit so if you have walking difficulties of will be a struggle to get your legs in and move to sit. Beds were hard but comfortable. Lots and lots of steps so be aware, but hotel is lovely and airy, staff were ok if you managed to get their attention. Transfer there was 45 mins as we were 1st stop, but back to airport was 2.45 hrs which was a tad longer than expected so be aware of 1st pick up. Would I go again probably not, but that's my opinion.

Hotel is in a beautiful location, gorgeous walks around the coast. Right on the beach. Water is beautiful. It is best to spend your time on the beach as it is hard to get a sun lounger round the pool though there is an area with loungers not at the pool which always had room. This area is just up from the beach. The food was good but I had an awfully upset stomach. The sushi on Asian night was delicious and always lots of selection. It was easy getting a table in the restaurant. We were all inclusive. It was a pity the food at the pool bar wasn't included so you always had to go to the main restaurant. Room was nice but the first time I put on the kettle and it blew the whole electrics and then another time water was pouring through the lights in our bathroom and it took maintenance a long time to come when I would think water poring through a ceiling was an emergency. The TV has all the British channels. It is a very short walk into Cala Egos which is pretty busy with lots of shops and some restaurants. Once we walked into Cala D'or but it was extremely busy and the walk is longer than you would think in the heat. The entertainment is good in the day time with aqua aerobics in the pool and shooting and other activities to do. Lots of entertainment at night too.

Our stay at Hotel Alua Soul was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning decor—every detail of the interior and ambiance was stylish, elegant, and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. We want to give special thanks to Mrs. Ania, who stood out with her warmth, professionalism, and kindness. She made us feel truly cared for and added a personal touch to our experience that we’ll never forget. The hotel was also impeccably clean—our room and all the common areas were spotless. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to unwind, and we especially appreciated the excellent availability of sunbeds. There was never any stress about finding a good spot to relax. Another detail that really made a difference was the music playing around the pool and in the hotel lobby. It was perfectly chosen—relaxing, not too loud, but with a great energy that matched the vibe of the place. It added a subtle but important touch to the overall atmosphere. Aluś Soul is a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in style and comfort. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about when we can come back. Highly recommended!

I'm coming to the end of a 10 day stay here with my daughter. We stayed last year and booked again and it has not disappointed. Lots of last years staff are still here and are all so lovely and hardworking. From reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment team work so hard too; although we didn't take part in the activities it was great to watch the daily pool workouts. The water carpet was hysterical and the entertainment staff created a fun atmosphere round the pool with everyone cheering each other on. The food at all mealtimes was delicious and lots of choice. Our room (1414) was amazing and an upgrade on last year (thank you!) Another reason we live this hotel so much is that it is right on the beach. By that I mean it has a beautiful cove and lovely beach, so nice for a swim and cool off. We will be back....I can't think of anywhere nicer to stay. Tips....me and my daughter walked to the marina and back from Cala dor town one day...it was just over 30minutes, well worth it.

Lovely size - not too big or too busy which is ideal for a family with real little ones (3y/o and 7mo). Pool ideal size for our family and the spa really was tranquil and a haven for those 5 minutes of peace when you can steal them. Food was fantastic - lots of choice. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff mega friendly and accommodating, very professional and maybe the best assets that the hotel has. 10 minute walk to the beach which is a lovely beach. Sleepy little port with modest square out front which again ideal for little ones s they can run around without any worries of somewhere busier.

The location was great. 5 minutes from the centre and even less to the cala gran beach. If we return to cala dor, we would definitely use Sol cala d'or again.

Locations was fabulous Central to restaurants bars and the beach. Short easy 10 min walk to the Marina. Room - 1 bed apartment Large rooms, plenty of storage Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. Kitchen was basic - but had the essentials. Hotel Clean and tidy, reception staff helpful and friendly. Pool area plenty of beds, but half the areas are in the shade till the afternoon. Nice size pool

The hotel surprised us a lot, a nice smiling staff was already waiting for us at the reception. Common areas and the pool area were diligently taken care of and cleaned often. The hotel is very nice, it has a pleasant impression. We were very surprised that the photos corresponded to the reality and even the reality was more beautiful, which has never happened to us before. A corridor with arcades led to our room, we really liked the open space. The rooms were really spacious. The bathroom was perfectly clean and we could not find any flaws. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel harmonizes pleasantly with the exterior. They varied the breakfast quite a bit, we knew how to eat well. We enjoyed the pleasant staff. We will definitely come back sometime.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at this hotel are nothing short of stunning. Everything was amazing, we upgraded to a pool room and the staff were great with us. Me and my partner got engaged when we were out there and they went above and beyond decorated our room and put a bottle of bubbly in there is well! Breakfast was great a nice selection and happy hour was even better! Thank you for everything we will be back!

The location is perfect for a family with both beach and pool access. There's a parking lot just across the street and a few parking spaces next to the hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked. There's also a restaurant and both a pool and beach bar that offer everything we needed during our stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, even during the night, as the hotel has a 24 hour reception. The facilities are all well-maintained and clean. The hotel is family friendly and geared towards kids, which was the perfect atmosphere for a family holiday.

Wir fanden am Ort alles wie im Internet beschrieben vor. Es ist ein schönes, kleines, inhabergeführtes Hotel. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt nur wenige Meter und bietet von der Terrasse eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Strand ist sehr schön und wurde nach stürmischen Wetter vom Seetang gereinigt, was an anderen Stränden nicht der Fall war. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind spärlich vorhanden, weiter kommt man nur mit Englisch. Frühstück und Abendessen in Form von Buffet waren immer reichlich, frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit Liebe zubereitet. Und genauso gut hat es uns geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren groß und es war alles vorhanden, auch die Betten waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel erfolgten regelmäßig. Vor Ort gab es direkt über der Straße einen Fahrrad- und E-bike-Verleih, der jedoch keine große Auswahl hatte und die Öffnungszeiten etwas variabler gestaltete als angegeben. Wir fanden dann in der nächsten Ortschaft ein schöneres Geschäft. Die Pools waren sauber und das Wasser wurde regelmäßig überprüft. Fitness- und Wellnessangebote waren vorhanden, wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt. Der TV ist zwar internetfähig, konnte sich aber nicht verbinden. W-Lan überall vorhanden, aber nicht übermäßig schnell. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This hotel is right on the beach, in a beautiful small cove which also has a handful of cute beach bars & restaurants. The hotel is perfect for families with small children, the staff are very friendly. The hotel restaurant overlooks the bay - white linen table cloths buffet style but with small portions constantly replenished- each night different options - fish, pasta, beautiful salads etc. We stayed in Apartment type A & it was perfect size for couple with one or two babies- big balcony, large living room & bedroom with pool & seaview. Hotel is mainly occupied by German families - all very friendly (lots of retuning guests). Kids club is also a bonus - family party is also lovely for younger kids and parents. We will definitely be back. Also Cafe Drac is worth going to for lunch - tables overlooking bay - tuna tartar, avocado, caprese salads…

Jr. studio. Location was excellent. Beautiful view. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. They share facilities with another building about 40 feet away. The pool, laundry, towels, front desk are all located in the other building. If you are booking an apartment and a studio keep in mind that they are in separate buildings. I was not aware of that when I booked an apartment for my husband and I and a studio for our 2 grown children. It didn't matter and worked out well for us.

The apartments were in the perfect location and right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had everything you could think of. There was a gym, pool and tennis court. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

All is thought off given the fact that there are towels for the pool, shower and if preferred for the beach as well.

We loved it here! The location was great, about a 10 min drive to the beach, yet in a quiet rural setting. The room was very clean and spacious and the decor was lovely. We had our own private patio with sun beds. Breakfast was excellent . There is a pool area with lots of seating. The grounds are beautiful. This place is very calm and still very close to different small towns and the beach. Perfect to relax and getaway. The best part of this place is Sibylle, she’s a great host, kind and very helpful. We had ja last minute booking and she did her best to accommodate us. We highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure.

This stay was the highlight of our holiday - the finca is so immaculate and every detail was thought about. Sybille goes above and beyond in every way! Anything we needed she provided. The breakfast each morning was superb, the pool area gorgeous and the closest town - Ses Salines just a five minute drive away is so gorgeous for an evening meal. The best beaches on the island are only a 15-20 minute drive away. We’d recommend this beautiful oasis to anyone looking to have the authentic Mallorca experience away from the tourist resorts.

Breakfast was included and it was really good. The location of the property is very close to any beach on the south east side of the island. Definitely I have no regrets taking this place instead of pricy hotels by the shore. As you already have the car it is easy to go anywhere but this place is a gem to find.

I really loved the place, it is a little beautiful and peaceful oasis.. I especially loved the way finca is constructed, leaving each and every room with the utmost privacy. Soundproofing was great, I couldn't hear other guests. The place is also extremely clean. I will definitely come back :)

A wonderful accodmodation by the sea, well equipped and very clean. The staff was really friendly, there were no problems with the check-in/out. The air conditioner was a life saver in these 5 hot days and we even got to watch our stuff with the smart TV in the evenings. There were no smells or darkness at all.

The room was super clean and tidy, well equipped, and cozy, the beds are crazy comfortable. Decent view from the balcony. I'd also like to highlight our host, Aziz, who was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Great location in a beautiful area! The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed with a simple check in and check out procedure!

Check in. Quick and faultless and the first exposure to the happy and helpful staff Room. Cannot fault it. It was perfectly clean and well prepared and was cleaned and new towels every day. Air condition wasn't great, however it was 37degrees. Pool area. No complaints. Got a sun bed every day. Three pools. Bar area. Nice bar well stocked speedy and friendly service. No problem whatsoever Food. This surprised me most. It was really good. Very enjoyable and varied menu. Much better than the canteen experienced I feared it would be. Entertainment every night wasn't too bad. A nice end to each day I'm a hotel snob and was terrified this family holiday would be dreadful but I can honestly say no comlaints whatsoever. Clean comfy bedroom, room by the pool on comfy beds, perfectly acceptable food and drink. Well done to all at Euro calas, a lovely holiday

Everything was good room very clean and modern, food very good, plenty of it and hot and replenished constantly and staff constantly clearing dirty plates, cleaning tables and also around the pool and the bar, staff constantly clearing tables and picking up cups, a very clean hotel. This is a family hotel and there is plenty for children to do including having a play area in the pool.

Great stay, was disappointing staff at the pool did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the pool. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job.

Lovely hotel, food is excellent particularly for all inclusive. Pools are excellent for children. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and well maintained by housekeeping. Good entertainment each night and free shuttle to beach. Negatives are that Local bars/shops are 10mins walk away...area is relatively quiet and the pool area could be a little more well maintained. (Else stop children running around with food from snack area! )

Our son caught hand foot and mouth from the pool. Furious as from reading other reviews he seems like a common problem. Why arent they communicating the issue and resolving it? We would never have let him in the pool with warning

The entertainment team really make this hotel, they are fantastic, offering activities for adults and children. The holiday club is great, and they looked after the children like they were their own. The food was great, we went all inclusive and car enjoyed all the food. The alcohol was local brands, but strong and plentiful. The family pool was large with plenty of space, and overlooks the ocean with oh is great. Make sure you get up for sunset at least once, it’s amazing. Oh and finally, the resident cat is great. She loves a fuss 🥰

The room was really clean & spacious, and the view of the family pool and sea was beautiful! We spent most of our time at the adults only pool which was lovely and relaxing and quiet. The food was delicious and lots of choice and variety! The main town was only a short walk away, along with the Marina.

Superb location, spectacular view to the see, spacious apartement, comfy beds, nice and renewed bathrooms. Pool is great, big and deep enough. The relax pool ( only for adults) is a great idea!

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location is absolutely incredible on the cliff. They also have a stairs down to the sea where you can jump in. With all the pools there was always enough room and enough sun beds all day long. The whole hotel was very very clean and the rooms too. The all inclusive food was pretty good as well. The walk down to the marina is 15 minutes which is perfect, and a taxi to the main centre costs like 6 euro’s.

We loved our stay here ! The rooms were very clean and refreshed every day. They felt modern and the beds were very comfortable. When it got cold one night the staff even left us a warmer blanket to come back to after dinner which was very thoughtful. Our taxi to the airport also cancelled last minute and they helped us arrange another one which was a lot less stressful. Perfect location, we had a car for most of the trip as well and found a parking spot every day without paying, within a minutes walk. Restaurants in the main part of town were right outside the door. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again !

I like EVERYTHING about the property. Clean, comfort, great location (200m to all beautiful beaches). I feel so safe even though being a female solo traveler. However, Sebastian must be the reason I want to come back the most. He is super responsive from the beginning as he showed me how to get to the hostel by bus carefully, then helped me checked in earlier as fast as he could. He was also very polite and comfortable to talk to. Even the lady at the outlet store next to the hotel is super nice and helpful. I had such a pleasant stay! Thank you very much!

Sebastian and his family are super hosts. They answered our questions super fast, provided us useful info & guidance and made our stay very pleasant. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. There are free parkings ~5 minutes(walking) away from the hotel, which is very helpful if you rent a car + the parking is safe there. We totally recommend this accommodation. P.S: if you like to workout, you have a mini gym on the 1st floor. 😀 @Sebastian, muchas gracias por todo.

The Iroco hostal was great in so many ways, super-clean, well-located, amazing bath products and towels, and incredible service from Sebastian and his staff. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible, there are something like 35000 :) restaurants within a few blocks, cala grand is almost nextdoor, and cala petit is maybe five minutes walking. If you've ever hesitated to stay in a hostal (like me), I highly recommend you stay here. It's opened my eyes. Thank you Sebastian and team!

It was very modern and clean. The perfect smell at the entrance made me happy immediately. The room was so clean and stylish. The bed was so comfortable. The terrace was so good with its perfect view. It's just in the middle of the center. I'll stay here when I visit Cala d'Or next time. Also, the owner offered towels for the beach. We've been happy with everything here.

The buffet is excellent! The freshly cooked meat and fish counters, the bread section and desserts are outstanding. Very good breakfast too. The Paellas are fantastic! The animation team do a great job and we recommend the Aquagym at 12h00. There are two pools and enough sun loungers for everyone even if you will see towels appearing on them from as early as 6am! The pool on the beach side is sunny only until lunch time. For proper sun tan and fun with the entertainment team, move to the pool at the back in the afternoon.There is a great mix of nationalities too which reminds us how great is Europe. The taxi ride to the airport is 50 minutes and very smooth. We got a ride waiting for us even though our plane had a 5-hour delay. And finally you can catch a tour boat right by the hotel to see dolphins and snorkel!

Staff were brilliant, everyone was really polite and hard working. 100% to the staff. They couldn't do enough for us and even served us drinks poolside. The hotel was very clean. The beds very comfortable and we slept very well. The towels were soft and fluffy. The pools were too cold for me to use but that's a personal thing, I hate cold water, even during the heat. There were always sun beds available. The entertainment team did the best they could during evening entertainment, although the area was so busy, you had to be there an hour before to get a seat. The sports bar leading into it was lovely, but you couldn't hear the entertainment from there. Staff were very generous with measures and worked hard to serve everyone quickly. The hotel hired two singers one afternoon and they were amazing, we enjoyed them the most. Our room wasn't huge but it had an amazing view of the beach. That's what we loved about the hotel the most. Highly recommended for the view. We loved the location too, lots of pubs, shops and restaurants outside. We would definitely stay here again, we just wouldn't go for the all inclusive version as we weren't keen on the food. The location is so great that you have plenty of fab restaurants outside your door.

The staff here are as other people have reviewed the prize of this hotel. They go above and beyond if you take notice. We liked the easy access to the beach, beautiful view from the (seaside) rooms, Children’s Club (staff) and choice of pool by the sea (sometimes windy and in the shade) or back side pool in full sun. Also, the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious (especially breakfast) and the staff were attentive. The buffet had a large selection of food, good variation and a lot of dessert, as well as ice cream for the kids. We had All Inclusive Plus, highly recommended over All Enclusive. The perks are worth the extra cost in my opinion.

We stayed here for our minimoon after our wedding in Italy. Upon arriving the staff at reception were welcoming and there was enough of them working that there was no queue. We were told that our room had been upgraded which is always great news. We had a sea-view room and the view was amazing looking down at the cove of Cala Ferrera. In our room we had swan towels and love heart sweets waiting for us which was a nice touch, The room was clean and modern, and had a safe and fridge. We spent our days by the pool that overlooks the beach, we were always able to get a bed but people do get up early to reserve the beds right by the cove. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk from the pool to the beach, we went for a swim most mornings to start the day. There are a number of shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the hotel, although we walked into Cala d'Or every evening for dinner which is a 15 minute walk. The harbour is only a 5 minute taxi from the hotel, and cost us about 7euro. The food at the hotel was good, a typical hotel buffet with a selection of food on offer.

location is amazing. directly next to a sandy beach with rocks/cliffs on the side. you can swim, jump or just walk into the sea to cool down. the beach is NOT dedicated to the hotel, but there was always enough space and as we heard there is a few line of sunbeds reserved for hotel guests (for a bit of extra cost, not included) room was small but enough for 2 people. the bed was hard, for us not comfortable. everything else was perfect. the bathroom is clean and comfortable. the room had a huge TV with USB option if you are bored or with kids, you can prepare some movies. we had a balcony and fresh water in the fridge free of charge. EXTRA POINT for the late night snack option with cold cuts/sandwiches and soft drinks. we arrived to the hotel around 01:00 after a 2.5 hrs flight and 1 hr transfer, so the late night snack saved our night🙏brilliant idea from the hotel the All Inclusive was totally fine, but dont expect something special. Breakfast was super. Lot of options, everything fresh, absolute highlight of every day. Snacks (11-18:00) were perfect to combine with day drinking: usually pizza, burger, triangle sandwich, chips and fried onions were available at the pool bar. Well-maintained and re-filled. Dinner was fine. Included cocktails were not the best, but we liked the Hugo for example. Draught beer is fine, soft drinks are also OK.

Der Check in wurde auch früher ermöglicht da wir schon sehr früh da waren. Zu der Anlage, die Anlage ist sehr schön es gibt 2 Pools der untere ist für die etwas kleineren und der große dementsprechend für die Schwimmer und dan gibt es noch den kleinen Wasserpark für die kleinen mit Rutschen und Wasserfontänen. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar und Spieleautomaten für Kinder. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einen Balkon direkt neben dem Pool. Abends gibt es noch Programm, Animation je nachdem für Groß und Klein. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt der Strand ungefähr 3 Minuten Fußweg der ist meist sehr ruhig und nicht so überlaufen aber selbst wenn es gibt 10 Minuten Fußweg noch einen anderen Strand. Was ich sehr empfehlen kann ist das Schnorcheln in der Bucht man sieht von Krabben bis hin zu sehr großen Fischen alles. Muscheln suchen klappt auch gut aber Vorsicht in vielen sind Einsiedlerkrebse drinne. Geschäfte gibt es umliegend auch sehr viele zur Verpflegung eroski Supermarkt oder die ganzen Souvenir und Ramschläden. Restaurant kann ich das Western Steak House empfehlen vielleicht nicht die traditionelle spanische Küche aber wer BBQ mag der wird das hier lieben die Cocktails sind auch sehr gut.

We had a lovely stay at Calimera Fido Gardens and would recommend to others. The hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and it does not have too many guests, making it easy to find a place around the pool and at dinner. The location is very good, there is a bus stop just over the road and the little cove Cala Egos is just a few minutes away, as well as Calo D'es Pou which is a slightly bigger beach which we enjoyed thoroughly. The food was pretty standard, they offered pasta, pizza, meats, salad etc.- if you are looking for a hotel with incredible food you will not find it here, but Calimera's food was certainly enjoyable for what we paid for it. The entertainment was good and finished at 10pm. The pools are beautiful and kept very clean

Fint ophold. Maden var ok og udvalget stort. Ikke alle drikkevarer var med i all inclusiv. Der var masser af underholdning for børn. Der kunne til tider godt være meget larm både ved restaurant samt pool. De hvide solsenge koster 25€ pr dag hvilket gør at størstedelen står tomme og tager mange gode pladser ved poolen. Vil ikke anbefale stedet for rejsende uden børn.

Price quality ratio is the best. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Don't miss this opportunity to stay here. We booked city view room but our balcony was facing the see from the corner. It was amazing view. With parking we only struggled first night even then it was just 50 meters of walking not a big deal. Otherwise we always found a spot in front of the hotel or on the corner with market place. Food was amazing there were a lot of varieties. Lamp, fish and all kind of meat were available all the time. Maybe there are 30 different dishes for main meals every time. I don't count salads, etc. We rented a car and didn't stay full day in the hotel but I see there are a lot activities if you stay 24 hours. Such as kid parties, from 21:30 to 00:00 dance etc activities. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel. For 3 star hotel with price range it is the best you can find.

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel! Ran by a lovely and friendly couple, we felt instantly at home in a cozy and homey hotel with antique decorations that really set the tone for a relaxing getaway vacation. The room was spotless and had a high ceiling with two beds, two small desk tables, lots of closet space and drawers, an AC, decent wifi, and a nice bathroom with a shower and little balcony. As it is a small hotel, it was nice and quiet and uncrowded, and the hosts give the place a personal feel. There is a beautiful little pool, a bar to get drinks in the evening, a spectacular view of the harbor, and it is very close to numerous beaches and the nearby town that has lots of restaurants and nightlife. Plenty of parking, and we particularly loved the breakfast - it featured a variety of fruits, bread, meats, cheeses, jams, eggs, pastries. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer and Alex Fowler are such kind and wonderful hosts. The hospitality shown to us was second to none. We started the day with a continental breakfast with fresh orange juice , local meats and cheeses, farm fresh eggs and delicious breads. Sitting in the balcony overlooking Cala D’or was a treat each morning. Our room had an amazing balcony and view over cala D’or Harbour. Everything was within walking distance and the Fowlers recommend many beautiful restaurants during our stay. A pre or indeed post dinner drink from their well stocked bar was a must. Having broken my shoulder earlier in the year, I was lucky to be able to continue my physio in their small pool daily. Cannot recommend this quaint hotel any higher. We will definitely return.

Great little place. If you don't want screaming kids in resort pools and loud music - then this is the place for you. Only a few rooms, and slightly off the beaten track for a quiet stay. Basically a quick 5min walk to beach and restaurants, so a great location. Breakfast was simple but lovely, rooms clean and the owners super helpful.

We decided to stay at Fowler’s after reading all the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and believe me we were glad we did. Fowler’s is a very traditional Majorcan house and is just full of antiquities which has been collected over many years. The hotel is run by Alex and Jennifer Fowler and you would not find two nicer people. I challenge you to find someone who can make a better cocktail, of any kind, or who knows more about music, of any genre, than Alex. The hospitality bestowed upon us by both Alex and Jennifer was well beyond the norm which made a good stay perfect. What was nice about our room is that it was basic, no telly, but like stepping back in time with just a true Majorcan style. Before arriving at Fowler’s we had stayed in a four star hotel at Porto Pollensa and wanted for nothing in our room, but it did not compare with the natural decor or our Fowler’s room. The views of the marina from our balcony at Fowler’s was just wonderful. At breakfast, which was a really nice buffet, you had 1930’s and 40’s music playing and in the evening Alex was clever enough to read his audience and play music accordingly. My wife and I, like a previous reviewer, don’t normally return to hotels twice but I’m sure this will change in this case. A wonderful stay in a perfect location taken care of by perfect hosts. Absolutely loved the home-y feel of the hotel and the general environment of the hotel. People will politely say hello and the staff were so attentive and lovely. Jennifer was super kind, helpful and informative giving us more than enough recommendations to have a brilliant stay, navigate the island and enjoy a lot of good food. It feels as though they managed to think of every possible issue and have something in place to help. The air con was brilliant, and despite not having a double bed the cotton divider put to join the two single beds was brilliant, left even more room to sleep! The bar below the hotel is beautiful, decorated in a maximalist and authentic style, it has a personality of its own. We unfortunately didn't have a drink here (as we were out and about a lot) but when walking through to go up you can see a really lovely environment with Alexander behind the bar talking animatedly to guests! The hotel is also brilliantly located, only a 4 minute walk from Cala Petita and 8 minute walk away from Playa Cala Gran. Definitely recommend for anyone who prefers a more relaxed and cozy feel to their holiday stays!

We had a lovely time here the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The whole hotel was really clean pool area clean just lots of wasps which you will get anywhere. Its lovely for a week. Only cons was the food was more of the same but was nice for a week. And the fact there was no bar inside the hotel so have to go out by the pool to get a drink couldn't get a drink if was raining unless if you want to get wet! Also the entertainment was very cramped and right next to the pool with nothing stopping young kids falling into the deep end! You only have one cup each whole holiday which is a clever way to keep the place clean we had no issues with this they was always cleaned. The staff was fine apart from one in the food area I noticed tutting and shaking his head at a 2 year old dropping food like a normal kid would. Also its a 25 min walk to anything the beach is a long walk up a hill. We didn't get the hotel bus as was only few seats and we went as a family of 8. Always a long que. And the local bus was always full and a hour to wait for the next. All in all I would say it was lovely for a weeks holiday if you want to just stay round the pool with the kids. Worth 3 stars 🌟

The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca.

The drinks, albeit locally produced were good quality The food, despite having a small range of options I.e. 1 grilled meat, 1 grilled fish, 1 grilled vegetable option along with chips (every meal), potato dish such as baked, wedges etc and a few sides along with lots of salad and bread. It was all very well cooked to a high standard and plenty of flavour. I picked up the leg of a chicken portion and the bone fell away. Very tender, lots of flavour and beautifully cooked. They had fresh fruit and a few desserts at each meal too including some very flavoursome chocolate mousse! The pool was clean and plenty of loungers, but pool a bit cold due to time of year. They give you a voucher for a cup at the start and you hold onto it. They wash it for you between drinks. You can buy more for 1€ each. At the poolside there's a self serve ice cream machine, but it's more like a sorbet and didn't have much flavour, or they have small tubs of ice cream in a chest freezer that you can help yourself to at any time. You can see they've renovated some areas such as the toilets around the complex and they're kept very clean and tidy. Room was a decent size with a small balcony and epic views. The lighting in the room was great and had two good sized mirrors, which when you're doing hair and makeup is a godsend as hotel rooms tend to be useless at this, but they nailed it here.

Usual A/I but always something to eat Reception staff.....IVAN & MIGUEL are Amazing Bar staff.....Friendly and very kind with the measures Sunbeds..... Always plenty to get and No mad rush to reserve Kids pool....Brilliant Kids entertainment.....Brilliant Town... The hotel will ring you a Taxi to go to town BUT it is very difficult to get a taxi back as it has to be done on a App, because it is only a 5 /7 Euro the drivers prefer to take more expensive fares. Walk to town approx 20 mins Apart from the Taxi issue the only Negative I have is of a Restaurant Waitress named MARIA !! WE WERE SEATED ONE NIGHT FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT and got the last table, seated next to us were a Portugese family who already had 2 tables pushed together, The father of the group was aggressive and said we couldn't have the table as he wanted it for the rest of his family, I refused to move so he rang his FRIEND MARIA who came from the restaurant and proceeded to LIE to me that they had paid 20 euro to reserve the table !! I WENT TO RECEPTION AND THEY STATED THAT no one CAN PAY OR RESERVE TABLES we later discovered that she was friends with this family therefore that night we didn't get a seat.

We had a lovely stay here :) the pools were excellent and the rooms, restaurant and pool areas were all very clean. We could not fault the staff especially in the restaurant, they were always helpful and constantly making sure tables and food areas were kept clean and tidy. Bar staff very helpful and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a drink, there was always loads of sunbeds and we always found table for the mini disco and entertainment in the evenings. With the 4 pools it never seemed overcrowded and seemed all ages and swimming abilities were catered for. Only negative (was what we had read prior to arriving) was the difficulty for guests of getting to town and back and several people told us this was the case whilst we were on holiday but for us that was fine, as we didn't feel need to explore other than the beautiful cove which is a 15 minute walk away which is worth a little trip out for the view alone! but other than that we stayed at the hotel as it had everything we needed. Would recommend !

Location was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We were group of 6 and stayed across both hotels. We like the fact that facilities were shared and we could spend time together. Food was ok. Some nights really nice and some not a lot of choices but we did eat out as well as at the hotel so no problem. Indoor pool was out of use and water in outdoor pools was freezing but there is a lovely beach about 10 mins walk.

I visited for 4 nights with 7 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. We all loved the resort, great sized outdoor areas, lovely pools, 2 x snack bars, 2 x restaurants. We found the food and drink to be really good, so much so we didnt venture far as we enjoyed the entertainment too. There is a beautiful sandy cove to the right of the hotel, takes about 15mins to walk there and the beach bar is so lovely too. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby but not a big place. Staff were all really friendly and i wasnt hesitate returning for a fun or chill out holiday

Very clean and comfortable bedroom - slept very well. Good breakfast- did not have any other meals as we have family who have a holiday home nearby and we ate with them. Great pool - nice cliff walks around the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money.

Unbeatable location, repeat visit. Great entertainment. Nice room facilites. Amazing pool. And above all else, never encountered any 'undesirable' guests.

They remembered that we had visited before and put a bottle of champagne in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. The location is right near the sea so the journey from the airport is a little long but worth it for the views. There are three bars around the pool and there’s never a rush for the sun loungers. The entertainment has now moved outside which is a lot better as there’s more space for guests and sitting under the string lights at night is so nice. Perfect location for a relaxing break, facilities are really clean and the massage was amazing.

Jaccuzi bath in every room as well as jaccuzzi in indoor and outdoor pools. Free pool towels. Pool set in lush green gardens with sun beds that are fabulous they are like your own bed. Truly wonderful hotel and staff.

Had a really nice week at the Melia in Cala d'or. Everything about the hotel was spot on. Room was clean and spacious (the bed was massive!). Staff were always friendly and helpful and the hotel, grounds and pools are gorgeous. Around the outside pool each pair of sun beds are separated by little hedges so you always have a bit of privacy. There are sun beds and cabanas dotted around the gardens so we had no trouble finding somewhere to relax. The pool bar staff are excellent and will even come and find you in your cabana to deliver a cold beer. Plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants a short walk away. This resort has something for everyone - it caters for couples or people with families, you can find your English Bar and Sunday lunch, but there are also lots of smart bars and restaurants serving authentic Spanish food and Tapas. The Marina area is a little further away, about a 20 minute walk. This was where we had most of our meals, we tried all of the Spanish restaurants on the Melia side of the Marina and we never had a bad experience. There is also a really good Thai restaurant there. All of the staff in all of the restaurants were excellent. The service was always very good, they seemed to know if you wanted a quick meal or if you were in a more leisurely mood and wanted to watch the millionaires yachts coming and going in the Marina. Take your sunglasses though, if you sit near the water just before sunset the sun is low in the sky and shines right in your eyes

The pool area was excellent . The flowers and grounds are beautiful. Your room is cleaned every day and you are given fresh towels. There are so many sunbeds all over the grounds, not just by the pool so you can relax away from the hubbub very easily. We had a junior suite and our terrace was huge. I loved reading there on the evening. The hotel was close to the centre but felt like a quiet retreat. It we be felt cooler when you walked through the gates. Twice a week they had singers come to perform around the pool. They were excellent and created a relaxed and cool vibe.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially Stefan who works at the reception desk. The pool area was gorgeous and immaculately clean. Service at the pool area was quick and friendly, although the cocktails were lackluster. We were also surprised to find out that the indoor jacuzzi wasn't kept warm. But if you're visiting Mallorca in the summer like we did, that probably doesn't matter much. The hotel is located a walkable distance to local coves/beaches and the city center with many shops and restaurants nearby. The marina is also technically walkable but a bit of a hike. Overall an amazing experience that I highly recommend!

We’ve just returned from a fab week st Melia Boutique Cala D’or. We travelled as a family with a toddler and I can honestly say it’s one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The hotel is set in beautiful well kept grounds, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the amenities were brilliant. We particularly loved the all-hours access indoor pool and spa facilities. The playground was a huge hit with our son, as was the pool. Thank you to your wonderful staff for making our holiday an unforgettable one!

A really great value for money hotel with a wide variety of activities. We didn’t try the restaurant but the facilities available for kids were amazing. The young kids enjoyed the two pools suitable for them with water slides and other exciting structures. The kids activities were well organised and the daily mini disco at 08:30pm was a lot of fun. There are lots of interesting activities for adults too. Would be amazing if they had a nursery area for kids under 4 so parents could relax for a short while. The apartment itself was fine with comfortable beds and nice views across two balconies. Shower gel was provided too. Property was cleaned quickly every two days which was absolutely fine for us. The swimming pool indoors was ok, not too warm but the jacuzzi and saunas were nice. You need to rent a towel with a €10 deposit in cash to use the facilities but note that this can be exchanged only during certain hours and days. Overall, the kids enjoyed their time thoroughly and for the price, one can’t complain at all for what you get.

Booked very last minute and was not expecting to love this place as much as we did , lots of food options weather was great lots for kids to do and they loved the pools we all had a great time only gripe was around pool areas were dirty could of done with a good clean but overall a great holiday for a great price and in a fab location

Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable.

Beautiful location with a view of Cala ferrera. Lovely pool area and breakfast was nice. We had a massive balcony with a view of the sun setting over the mountains. Very good value for money. Very very friendly helpful staff, on check out the receptionist was so nice and gave us lots of tips on where to visit on the other side of the island which we decided to do!

Was a perfect location with a quick walk out the back through the pool and right down to the beach!! Shops were right across the street and if you walk a bit further, you are right in downtown and leads right to the marina. This place was beautiful and would love to go back

Great stay from start to finish. Room clean and fab pool and sea views (superior room). Cleaned daily with fresh towels when needed. Good size room with plenty of hangers and storage in the wardrobe. There was a hairdryer supplied and full size kettle with coffee/tea/sugar/milk. Mini fridge to store essentials (wine haha). Spar just around the corner. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it with lots of choices to suit all. Didn't eat evening meal in hotel as B&B but others said it was nice with food choices available. Found a very mixed age group staying at the hotel from young couples, teenagers with their families etc. We met lots of lovely people around the pool, everybody really friendly and there was always sun beds available. Nobody rushing to save specks etc. Lots of nice places to eat, especially around the marina - €4 taxi if too hot to walk there. Beach just across the road, looked really busy all of the time. Pool area nice and chilled, no loud banging music, was very relaxing.

Just had a lovely stay at Rocamarina with my husband. The premium sea view room was nice, great view, always clean and this goes for everywhere in the hotel. Comfy king size bed, hot showers and tea/coffee making facilities and effective air conditioning. The staff go above and beyond to look after guests, the waiting staff are friendly and fun too. Lifts in use to different floors, steps to pool area. Pool opens at 9am prompt, sometimes there’s a queue to nab particular beds but beds available at different places around the hotel. Pool towels expect to be kept for a week, which we felt was a long time. Would be good to have a daily exchange available. We stayed half-board, breakfast had excellent choices, option to dine outside or inside with air conditioning. Evening meal was excellent, great choices, fresh hot food and chef cooking your choice of steak, burger, salmon etc on the grill. Only gripe is there are no drinks at dinner included in half-board, not even water. Still the cost still makes it worthwhile. Entertainment every evening and suits the age of guests. We spent a day at the Egos Beach Club opposite the hotel, which was nice, food is good. Beach is 6 minute walk, Cala Egos centre is also a few minutes walk. Mollys is a regular jaunt, only good Guinness in the area, Alan is always welcoming. Marina was busy and we noticed a ‘cool young vibe’ on the strip of bars. Booked via Tui, no issues at all. Would definitely return.

We stayed here in August 2025 and our stay was faultless! The rooms were clean and well appointed, we had one problem with the shower which was dealt with immediately. My only criticism was that the mattresses were rock hard but I think that's a common theme in Spanish hotels. The staff were really friendly and helpful, offering guidance on where to go for buses etc. They greeted us every time we saw them. Evening entertainment was fun and rounded the days off nicely. The food was amazing, large selection that was beautifully presented. You might struggle if you're vegan but I'm sure they would cater for you on request. Vegetarian options were more than plentiful. The pool area was clean and well looked after. Sunbeds were easily found and if none were available near the pool there were plenty free in the lawned area and on the terrace. Guests of all nationalities and ages were polite and courteous to each other even if language barriers were a problem, everyone got on. I lost my bracelet in the pool but it was found by a French couple for which I am extremely grateful. We had a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend this hotel. 🌟 🤩

Very much a last minute decision to head to Majorca, found the hotel on via both Tripadvisor and the web. Service from all staff was excellent, and always with a smile. Stayed for 5 days the dinner buffet was always good, lots of choice and Breakfast also excellent. Evening musical entertainment in the bar was of good quality, not the biggest audience, but clearly appreciated by those who attended. Great pool area, no issues with sunbeds, and the ability to use the nearby EGOS beach club, however there is a charge but this is discounted if you book directly with the hotel and includes a food/drink allowance. It's an incredibly relaxing place having two infinity pool areas along with drinks service to your bed/cabana. Some have mentioned the hotel was dirty and dated, however we didn't find that the case. It isn't the latest boutique hotel, but it is full of warmth and character. Rooms a good size, we had a fair size balcony, and I believe all rooms do. Local area is good to walk out to some bars with areas for families to entertain children, a smallish beach nearby, maybe get there early to get a sunbed, but space on the sand if you don't get one. Quite the guy who arrives a few times during the day selling fresh fruit! Would definitely return for a short break again.

Loved this hotel. The food was excellent such a good choice. The sunbeds around the pool were in short supply due to the space but plenty more around the garden. We didn't go to the infinity pool opposite as thought that 60 euros a day was a bit steep. One thing to be careful of is the temperature of the water in the bathroom is very very hot and my friend nearly burnt her leg on it , so make sure you run the cold water first. Must commend Renatta in the restaurant she is amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I will return.

Hotel was spot on, terrible amount of ants around balcony area but to be expected on holiday, rooms were always kept clean with room service 5 days out of 7. Bed probably not the comfiest ive stayed in but did the job. Asked for a pool view room but got room 217 looking into a back street with a large tree obscuring most view. Hotel were happy to accomadate pool view room when available but we decided just to stick with where we were. The hotel itself is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday as there is no pool entertainment etc. Everything is done in the main hotel 10 mins walk away. Bar closes at 18:00 aswell as snack bar closing at 15:30. Overall a nice place to stay but basic. Would recommend for a quiet holiday. If your looking entertainment teams and pool games during the day etc its not ideal. Would not recommend for families with young children as theres not much for them to do at this hotel.

The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. At the same time the Esmeralda Garden hotel is a small lovely place not as overcrouded as the Esmeralda Park. It has own lovely swimming pool and it is quieter and less crouded compared to the pool at Esmeralda Park. Near the hotel at least 3 supermarkets at 5 min walk, many other shops, and there are tapas restaurants who offer also a cheesburger with cheeps at an affordable price. Different dining options for different budgets. There are two big play areas for kids and adults which my daughter adored: trampolines, inflatables, electric racing cars, and other. The karaoke bar nearby was fantastic, they had great shows every evening inviting singers to perform from 9-10:30 pm alongside normal karaoke activities at all other times. You come there, order drinks and enjoy the shows. Inturotel was a real discovery for us, definitely coming back. Enjoyed every minute, never had such a variety of activities placed on one spot. No need for a car, accessing everything we need by walking, enough fun for 10 days of stay. There is a car rental nearby, but many buses available.

We had an amazing stay, everyois spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. The apartments are large, we also had a really lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds and a super shower and bath in the spacious bathroom. Great central location, an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful cove/beach. Fabulous restaurant on the doorstep, lots of choices available. The pool and gardens were lovely and everything was very well maintained. We have stayed at Inturotel properties in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, excellent value

Excellent location, only a short walk to three of the five main beaches in Cala D’Or and all the restaurants, bars and shops in the main part of town. Very clean and spacious apartment with a balcony, plenty of hot water and air-con. Comfy beds (two singles pushed together). Excellent outdoor facilities (outside bar, lovely big pool, pool table and lots of sun loungers (we never had a problem getting a sun lounger no matter what time of day!)) Friendly staff and ample secure free parking for our rental car.

Immaculately clean, really tastefully decorated. Well equipped little kitchen. Super comfy beds. Air con worked well . Lovely, friendly staff. Pool is great and little pool for children. Great, quiet location for exploring the Calas of the south. We would definitely return!

As all apartment block in between Cala Dor and Portopetro. Quiet location though the rooms themselves are sometimes not quiet as noise carries from other apartments very easily! Usually ok, but when there is noise late at night this can be a disturbance. Small pool with loungers and parasols which we used many days - our daughter loved it. Pool condition needs improvement though. Overall the apartments were clean and functional, if a little basic. Lovely views over the bay of Portopetro. Good A/C. Staff very friendly and helpful. More generally, easy to walk to restaurants in the evening - 10-15mins to either Portopetro (very pretty) or Cala Dor Marina (bit more flash but worth a visit). Beaches are less close. One very small one within 10-15 mins walk, but not parasols for hire and very busy. We got a taxi to Cala Mondragó which was nice, and I think there is a bus too. Overall we had a lovely week’s holiday here - beautiful part of Mallorca.

A great place to stay. The studio apartment had everything we needed for 4 adults to stay comfortably. The kitchen did not have a kettle but the pot boiled very quickly on the hob. The microwave was handy. The kitchen had a good set of cutlery and plates etc. The large verandah had four comfortable chairs around a table that overlooked the pool. The pool was kept immaculately and cleaned every day, There were sufficient loungers and it was a great place to chill out. The walk to the town area of cala egos was a 15 minute walk which we did enjoy although some may find the walk a little far in the heat. There were excellent eating places at various price levels. A taxi back to the apartment cost about 3.50 to 4 Euros.

To me cleanness level, bed linen, water pressure in the shower are most important characteristics and this place truly impressed me. Ok, maybe it’s not new but it actually works as positive future because you can see how are the owners take care of this property with care and love and you certainly can feel the corresponding ambiance to the village itself. You can feel the peace and quiet while in there. Only few people in swimming pool so you won’t be short of sun beds etc like you would in a hotel. Kitchen is small but totally enough to cater for a family. Every detail is clean and freshly painted. The apartment maintains pleasant temperature even during the warm hours. Nice view from the balcony and available car park. The residence is only 5-6 mins drive from a biggish town which makes things even better. The owners are very humble and caring - a very rare thing these days. Thank you!

This apartment block was very good, well maintained with top class views. Its really good in a basic way so well deserved of its rating. The pool surface has been updated with top class paving so the online pics of green surface are old and really don't do it justice. Its not a hotel!! Its apartments, so don't expect room service. The owner is there office hours. But very helpful if needed . The rooms are good but quite small but you don't go abroad to stay in. But very good balcony space so lovely evening eating and taking in the view. One bedroom with 2 single beds so a family of 4 there's a soda bed. House keeping is to a very good standard. Over all our family of 4 will go back. Thank you

Very good location, clean throughout, friendly and helpful staff, good animation team and pool area. Situated in a quiet residential area, sandwiched 5 minutes between beautiful Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda bays (easily accessible through public gardens turning right or left at rear of hotel), and within 10 minutes of main centre, 5 minutes of nearest shops, bars and restaurants and 20 minutes from the Marina. Stayed self-catering so can't comment on breakfasts and meals, but prices for snacks and drinks at the poolside bar were a little high! Stayed in a comfortable Superior Apartment on top floor of block A (room 305) - good for sea view and quieter as end of block and no apartments above (sound proofing between apartments not brilliant, but too be expected in this type of complex). Apartments cleaned daily. Pleasant pool area and not difficult in terms of accessing sunbeds when we were there (24 Aug-18 to 2 Sept-18) - as usual non-reserving of beds with towels is ignored by most guests and there is no enforcement of this rule by the hotel and pool staff. Very family friendly complex, with day and night animation entertainment activities. Can't comment on night, but day was not too overpowering and could be fun for children, teens and adults. We stayed as a family of four, with our two teenage daughters who enjoyed their stay. Would recommend these apartments and definitely stay there again! Cala D'Or is a lovely resort

Food: The dining experience at Apartamentos Cala d'Or Playa was excellent. There were plenty of choices available, and the dinner menu theme changed every night, ensuring we never got bored with the same food. Each meal was a pleasant surprise and kept our taste buds excited. Pool Area: The hotel boasts a great playing pool that my daughter enjoyed immensely. The policy of no sunbed reservation was particularly commendable, allowing us to find a sunbed whenever we needed one without any hassle. Additionally, the rule against floaties in the pool ensured that we could swim freely and comfortably. Parking: There are ample parking spaces next to the hotel, which was a significant advantage, especially in July when finding parking can be challenging. This convenience added to our overall positive experience. Proximity to the Beach: The hotel's close proximity to the beach was incredibly convenient. We could easily walk to the beach whenever we wanted, making our stay even more enjoyable. Suite Room: The suite room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large balcony. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the view and drying our swimwear easily.

We booked a standard apartment that we found was spacious and well maintained. Unfortunately the very large balcony didn't get any sun and overlooked the car park (113). The apartment was serviced every day. Fresh towels provided on demand. This property is very family focused, with lots for little ones to do, in and out of the pool. Not so good if you are an older couple looking for some peace and quiet around the pool.

A great family hotel, centrally located within walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. Room was clean, comfy and had a great shower. The breakfast is fantastic and much better than the typical buffet with good quality produce. The pool and kids pool were great, and the kids entertainment in the evening was also really good.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! They really have gone over and above with the renovation, everything is like new with beautiful finishes in the rooms. Usually I love a sea view but the Mountain View at sunset was absolutely stunning! Watching the sunset go down behind the mountains, breathtaking! It has 2 gyms with all new equipment, a gorgeous sauna & steam room with indoor pool for after to relax in the evening. I loved the yoga & stretching classes in the mornings, shout out to Rodrigo for great classes & all the entertainment team for their efforts in the daily entertainment that includes so many different things which always kept me entertained. There is also a quieter separate pool away from the entertainment but the ambience is nice at the main pool.The breakfast is extensive & well worth adding to the package, I tried the evening buffet once but I do think they should at least include water in the €25 euro price. The evening entertainment is also great, from shows, to singers to dance acts, varied & very enjoyable. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk & the general area is quiet but nice restaurants in the area & in Porto Colom. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience, as a seasoned solo traveller all over the world, this is one hotel that I aim to come back to. Thank you to all the staff.

The Hotel is New and its gorgeous . The location is amazing to relax not many tourists very quiet area . The food was amazing one of the best hotel food We ever tried and the staff at the restaurant was lovely we had a group of 9 and it was hard to sit together so the staff had reserved and got a table ready for us after the second night for the rest of our stay . The pools are amazing there is an amazing spa area inside is well and a great gym . There is a nice playground beside the pools for kids . There was always place at the pool witch was also great specially when your with a bigger group .

Had a brilliant stay here! I came on a solo trip to relax and I felt like it was the perfect place for this. The hotel and rooms felt fresh, all newly refurbished. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was placed in a room by the ‘quiet pool’ which was perfect for what I needed. The buffet breakfast was fab, so much choice! It does get busy, so the earlier to go the better. The only thing to point out is that the pillows on the bed were very hard. I did also order an iced latte by the pool one morning, which was more a weak, cold milky coffee with ice which cost €5.40. Apart from that, I had a great stay!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, offering a wide variety of options in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Entertainment was a highlight, particularly a performer who sang Tina Turner classics—her voice was truly outstanding. The spa facilities were also impressive, featuring an indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, and sauna, although massage services were not available. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the views overlooking the pool and the beach were absolutely stunning.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is brand new after the recent renovation. We had breakfast and diner in the hotel; and the food was pretty good. We loved the sauna space with jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool, the gym and outdoor swimming pool. The beach nearby is beautiful. The staff was very kind (special thanks for Madalena/reception and Toni/repair guy). We will definitely come back!
