9.9"Wish we had stayed longer!"
The Plantation House and its owners are absolute gems! We felt so welcome from the moment we stepped through the gates. Glenda and Peter create an atmosphere of fun and tranquility. The pool is the perfect way to start or finish your day, and Peter’s breakfasts are truly second to none! A great location away from all the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa, but just a 10 minute walk or short Tuk Tuk ride to the beach.
We thought everything was perfect! If you are thinking of staying in Hikkaduwa The Plantation House is the place to be!

A wonderful little retreat. Normally it’s fully booked but due the ‘well thought plan of The Donald to put the whole world in a new crisis’, there were a lot of cancellations. We ended up staying for four nights and it was wonderful. The breakfast really is as good as every other review is portraying, little work of arts! The pool is actually refreshing and clean. Can’t go wrong going here!
The aircons can be a bit loud, but when you have decent earplugs it doesn’t bother
