8.8My 3-night stay at Sugar Marina Resort Lagoon was nothing less than amazing! I stayed in a villa with pool access and a jacuzzi, which made the experience so relaxing. The customer service and hospitality were outstanding — everyone was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Pin and Reena for going above and beyond. They kindly translated for me when needed and even helped recover my lost passport during my trip. I am beyond thankful and grateful for their assistance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!
Leggi di più ↓After 22 hours of traveling. We arrived to the hotel which was very beautiful from the moment we pulled up. Also, they are very close to the airport. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and wonderful welcome from Aom and Lego along with complimentary, welcome drinks. They helped us check-in and gave us all the information that we would need. The hotel has a app which was very helpful with scheduling room cleaning and ordering food. Breakfast was amazing. Later on that morning, they were pretty helpful in guiding us with tours around the area. And the easiest way to get around.
