The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards or virtual credit cards are not accepted. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. Please note that for reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Quiet hours based on Greek law is between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. All guests are kindly requested to respect them. Full Housekeeping service is provided free of charge for stays 7 days or more. For stays 5-6 days a room tidying up is offered once and it is scheduled usually on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay. Housekeeping service can be offered or adjusted different days than the scheduled ones based on your needs with a surcharge. No free cleaning service is available for stays up to 4 days.
