8.6"Great spot for a family getaway"
Really enjoyed our time at the Hyatt Ziva. Great location, wonderful service, lots to do, and many dining options, and a beautiful pool space. I did find there to be a lot of noise at the property - constant music playing, it would be nice to hear the sound of the ocean. It was also a struggle to find pool chair most days and the chair policy was inconsistently followed by staff. Could use more spaces for enjoying the pool. All in all would go back and was a great place for families.

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva was excellent. The restaurants were top notch. The service was great. We took four kids as a family and there was plenty for them to do on the trip. We did not use the kids club because our children are older, but the shows were very engaging. Above all, the staff was so attentive to our needs and freindly.
