9.0This was my first time staying here, but my sister who I was with it was her 2nd time, everything she said about how amazing this hotel is was true and the hospitality of everyone was what made our stay memorable. I will definitely be staying here again.
The services and hospitality of the staff are great. The bus pickup at the Dubai mall was confusing. We waited at the designated spot and was looking for the bus. At the end, we saw the bus passing us and departing.
