9.6"Anniversary Holiday"
Stayed for our 40th Wedding anniversary in June. It is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in, from the stunning entrance, to the quality of the food in both the a la carte and Buffet Restaurants and the attentiveness of all the staff. The room was very spacious and had both a bath and separate shower. Everything was modern and well equipped. The cleanliness of the room and restaurants was excellent and the grounds were immaculately kept. We arrived late and after unpacking went to the lobby bar for a sandwich which was fresh even though the time was 1:30 am.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was outstanding. A very special thank you to Waiter mohamed shaban in Marha bar , who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was always kind, friendly, professional, and did everything possible to help us. His attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference, and we truly appreciated all of his efforts. Thank you, Louie, for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

Guests on All Inclusive Basis are entitled to dine at our A la carte restaurants free of charge not more than 05 times per one week stay (01 time for each restaurant) and 10 times per two weeks stay ( 02 times for each restaurant). Any additional bookings are extra charge. Reservation in advance is required through the terminal at Guest Relations Office. Reservations for the same day close at 17:00 Hours. Please note that Ala Carte restaurants are included for minimum 4 nights stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
