Please note that guests with pre-paid, non-cancellable bookings must present the same credit card used to make your booking when checking in at the hotel. Please note that the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card upon booking confirmation. Credit cards with declined payments may result in cancellation of the booking at the Resort. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the Resort at least 7 days prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that Resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking Resort. Designated outdoor smoking areas can be found along the walkways near the main entrance of the Resort. Please note that guests should indicate under Special Requests during booking they require an airport transfer (charges apply). Guests can also contact the Resort directly (contact details can be found on the booking confirmation) at least 48 hours before arrival. For bookings that include the Spa Package, please note that the 60-minute massage treatment is only applicable for either So Relaxing Massage or The Sentosa Massage, and is not refundable or exchangeable for other spa treatments. The massage treatment is valid for use during stay period and cannot be amended to other dates if not utilised. You can contact the Resort using the details provided in your booking confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
