7.8Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren in einer Prestige-Suite. Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Zimmer, fehlende Latten am Zustellbett, musste um Handtücher betteln, Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Sehr schade, da wir dieses Hotel gewohnt sind. Eine Renovierung wäre willkommen, aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals gleicht dies aus. Sie sind reaktionsschnell und aufmerksam.
Mehr lesen ↓Es ist ziemlich vernachlässigt, die Hotelzimmer benötigen definitiv eine Renovierung. Auch die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche wird nicht gewechselt. Ich musste einen ganzen Tag auf saubere Handtücher warten. Die Farbe blättert von den Wänden ab. Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht abschließen. Nicht viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Der Pool ist auch schön, aber auch dort ist viel kaputt oder beschädigt.
