From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room, per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents are exempted. The hotel will collect a refundable deposit of MYR 100 for incidental charges upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature, a copy of cardholder and a credit card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature). Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be presented upon check-in. Heritage Charges will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting from January 1st, 2025. Please take note that all receipts can be collected from the front office upon check-out. Renovation work will be carried out until 31 December, 2024, and rooms may be affected by noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
